We currently aren’t doing a slate for Alolan Rattata and Alolan Raticate. We will do them next slate

Pokemon: Robbin (Name Origin: Rob + Robin)
Typing: Dark/Flying
Base Stats: 40 HP / 60 Atk / 30 Def / 31 SpA / 31 SpD / 70 Spe
Abilities: Unburden / Stakeout (HA)
Removed Moves: Bide, Mimic, Rage, Razor Wind, Sky Attack, Tri Attack, Work Up
Added Moves: Brave Bird, Covet, Knock Off, Lash Out, Night Slash, Sucker Punch, Swords Dance
Pokedex Entry: A scavenger by nature, this Pokemon uses its speed to steal stockpiled food from other Pokemon.
Weight: 1.8 kg
Height: 1'0''
Gender Ratio: 50 Male / 50 Female
Egg Group: Flying
Evolution: Birdglar (Lv. 20)

Pokemon: Birdglar (Name Origin: Bird + Burglar)
Typing: Dark / Flying
Base Stats: 65 HP / 95 Atk / 60 Def / 60 SpA / 60 SpD / 102 Spe
Abilities: Unburden / Stakeout (HA)
Removed Moves: Same as Robbin
Added Moves: Same as Robbin
Pokedex Entry: This Pokemon commands and coordinates a flock of Robbin, taking a cut of the food they steal in return.
Weight: 37.0 kg
Height: 4'0''
Gender Ratio: 50 Male / 50 Female
Egg Group: Flying
Evolution: N/A

Competitive Description: Birdglar serves as a fairly competent (albeit incredibly frail) Swords Dance sweeper. Stakeout will probably be the best ability on it, but Unburden has some merit with Terrain Seeds (or, if you're feeling cheesy, Focus Sash).

Pokemon: Seramik (Name Origin: Serpent + Ceramic)
Typing: Ground
Base Stats: 55 HP / 60 Atk / 44 Def / 40 SpA / 54 SpD / 35 Spe
Abilities: Intimidate / Overcoat / Solid Rock (HA)
Removed Moves: Acid, Acid Spray, Belch, Gunk Shot, Poison Fang, Poison Jab, Poison Sting, Poison Tail, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Venoshock
New Moves: Charm, Drill Run, Earth Power, High Horsepower, Magnitude, Mud Shot, Play Rough, Sand Tomb, Scorching Sands, Shore Up, Stealth Rock
Pokedex Entry: This Pokemon molds its clay-like shed skin into a makeshift pot, using it for protection.
Weight: 13.8 kg
Height: 6'07''
Gender Ratio: 50 Male / 50 Female
Egg Group: Field / Dragon
Evolution: Charmerpent (Level Up knowing Charm)

Pokemon: Charmerpent (Name Origin: Charmer + Serpent)
Typing: Ground/Fairy
Base Stats: 80 HP / 95 Atk / 69 Def / 55 SpA / 79 SpD / 70 Spe
Abilities: Intimidate / Soundproof / Solid Rock (HA)
Removed Moves: Same as Seramik
Added Moves: Same as Seramik + Disarming Cry, Misty Explosion, Spirit Break
Pokedex Entry: By rubbing its scales together, this Pokemon can make odd music that disorients its foes.
Weight: 130.0 kg
Height: 11'06''
Gender Ratio: 50 Male / 50 Female
Egg Group: Field / Dragon
Evolution: N/A

Competitive Description: Charmerpent can serve as a fairly powerful lower-tier Coil wincon, thanks to its decent Special Bulk, useful and unique typing, and great abilities in Intimidate and Solid Rock. I imagine a sample set would look like Coil, Play Rough (for power) / Spirit Break (for better taking Special hits), High Horsepower / Earthquake, and Thunder Fang (for dealing with Flying-types that resist your Fairy STAB) / Shore Up.

This time around I have a sprite for my Raticate replacement (check its hide tab) and concepts for my Fearow/Arbok replacement, although I went for a completely different concept than snakes for that family because we already have a family of serpents. If anyone wants to see my concepts for the other two, I may post them in the Discord later.

Pokemon: Rasket
Typing: Normal
Stats: 40/56/35/35/55/32
Abilities: Sweet Veil/Gluttony/Regenerator
Removed/Added Moves: -Charge Beam, Iron Tail, Flame Wheel, Thunder Wave, Thunder, Thunderbolt, +Sweet Scent, Present, Parting Shot, Soft-Boiled
Pokédex Entry: A Rasket has never been shown to leave its cover. It has a very strong, sweet smell that most animals can pick up from several yards away.
Weight: 4 kg
Height: 1.5 ft
Gender Ratio: 50/50
Egg Groups: Field
Evolution: Cadbunny @ Level 17

31 - Cadbunny.png

Pokemon: Cadbunny
Typing: Normal
Stats: 75/71/60/50/100/57
Abilities: Sweet Veil/Gluttony/Regenerator
Removed/Added Moves: -Charge Beam, Iron Tail, Flame Wheel, Thunder Wave, Thunder, Thunderbolt, +Sweet Scent, Present, Parting Shot, Soft-Boiled, Heal Bell
Pokédex Entry: The chocolate of a Cadbunny is believed to have very minor healing properties for humans. They create candy regularly and often hide it for their owners to find.
Weight: 18 kg
Height: 3 ft
Gender Ratio: 50/50
Egg Groups: Field
Explanation: Chocolate bunny family. Both of them are meant to be slower, fatter Regen pivots. Rattata already gets U-Turn so if you want to use that over Parting Shot then you probably can, and it also has Heal Bell as a fun Cleric option.

Pokemon: Scratchling
Typing: Fighting/Flying
Stats: 40/60/31/31/30/70
Abilities: Keen Eye/No Second Ability/Guts
Removed/Added Moves: -Throat Chop, Assurance, Drill Run, Agility, Double-Edge, +Karate Chop, Submission, Seismic Toss, Brick Break, Close Combat, Jump Kick, High Jump Kick, Swords Dance, Brave Bird
Pokédex Entry: Scratchling know how to fly soon after birth. They scratch things frequently to help develop their claws.
Weight: 2 kg
Height: 1.2 ft
Gender Ratio: 50/50
Egg Groups: Flying
Evolution: Falkick, 24

Pokemon: Falkick
Typing: Fighting/Flying
Stats: 65/110/65/55/51/100
Abilities: Keen Eye/No Second Ability/Guts
Removed/Added Moves: -Throat Chop, Assurance, Drill Run, Agility, Double-Edge, +Karate Chop, Submission, Seismic Toss, Brick Break, Close Combat, Jump Kick, High Jump Kick, Swords Dance, Brave Bird
Pokédex Entry: Only the most experienced Scratchling can evolve into Falcick. Thanks to rigorous training, their claws are powerful enough to pierce diamond.
Weight: 38 kg
Height: 4 ft
Gender Ratio: 50/50
Egg Groups: Flying
Explanation: Fighting-type karate birds and a resub of sorts, as these two got into TPR v1, albeit with a midstage. Guts is a fantastic ability, and Fighting/Flying is a really good STAB combo even if this Pokemon has very little coverage outside of it. Protect is a given, but outside of that, you could also run U-Turn, Swords Dance, or Defog if you really wanted to, or I guess Pursuit if past gen moves are legal.

EDIT: If I'm not mistaken I should be allowed to add more moves here if they match the typing of my new STAB, if not then I'm really strapped for options that don't cut into the flavor of this thing pretty badly. It's normal for most Pokemon to have as many Normal-type moves as Spearow does so I'd rather not remove too many.

Pokemon: Breeker
Typing: Poison/Psychic
Stats: 40/30/44/60/64/45
Abilities: Magic Guard/Liquid Ooze/Neutralizing Gas
Removed/Added Moves: -Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Bite, Crunch, Aqua Tail, Iron Tail, Dragon Tail, Stomping Tantrum, Attract, +Confusion, Psybeam, Psyshock, Psychic, Calm Mind, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Recover
Pokédex Entry: A successful experiment is what caused the creation of the first Breeker. Despite loving science, it knows very little about it, and its experiments often cause catastrophic results.
Weight: 20 kg
Height: 2 ft
Gender Ratio: Genderless
Egg Groups: Amorphous
Evolution: Chemask, Level 26

Pokemon: Chemask
Typing: Poison/Psychic
Stats: 90/50/74/99/85/50
Abilities: Magic Guard/Liquid Ooze/Neutralizing Gas
Removed/Added Moves: -Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Bite, Crunch, Aqua Tail, Iron Tail, Dragon Tail, Stomping Tantrum, Attract, +Confusion, Psybeam, Psyshock, Psychic, Calm Mind, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Recover
Pokédex Entry: A few of science's major discoveries in recent history have been found by various Chemask. The fluids in its body are toxic enough to severely damage anyone that even inhales their fumes.
Weight: 46 kg
Height: 5.7 ft
Gender Ratio: Genderless
Egg Groups: Amorphous
Explanation: Based around science and various kind of glassware found in labs. This is mostly meant to be a Calm Mind user with one of its two pretty good abilities and less than stellar bulk on both ends. Flamethrower is for coverage if it wants to run that over Recover.

Pokemon: Sewratter
Typing: Normal/Poison
Stats: 40/26/35/55/45/52
Description: A sewer rat that itself looks like sewage taking rat form with fangs and a pungent cloud.
Abilities: Scrappy/Corrosion (Intimidate)
Added Moves: Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Hyper Voice, Boom Burst, Toxic Spikes, Nasty Plot, Energy Ball, Poison Gas
Removed Moves: Ice Beam, Flame Wheel, Blizzard, Bubble Beam, Sucker Punch, Pursuit, Wild Charge, Sword Dance, Quick Attack
Pokédex Entry: Sewratters become so attuned to their sewers that they can hear a pin drop 2 miles away if still within said sewer.
Weight: 3.1 kg
Height: 1'2"
Gender Ratio: 50/50
Egg Groups: Field/Amorphous
Evolution: Cholerat at Level 20
Competitive: Sewratter goes to LC with 2 possible goals: spread toxic or spread Super Fang and do so uninterrupted.

Pokemon: Cholerat
Typing: Normal/Poison
Stats: 70/36/60/85/60/102
Description: The clouded rat is bigger with bigger teeth and more sludge.
Abilities: Scrappy/Corrosion (Intimidate)
Added Moves: Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Hyper Voice, Boom Burst, Toxic Spikes, Nasty Plot, Energy Ball, Poison Gas
Removed Moves: Ice Beam, Flame Wheel, Blizzard, Bubble Beam, Sucker Punch, Pursuit, Wild Charge, Sword Dance, Quick Attack
Pokédex Entry: It is said that certain ancient diseases have remained in this region from their ability to thrive in Cholerats for hundreds of generations.
Weight: 13 kg
Height: 2'5"
Gender Ratio: 50/50
Egg Groups: Field/Amorphous
Competetive: So in whatever tier this Cholera rat winds up in, it is meant to do the same as its previous form. All abilities promote different styles.

Pokemon: Owlectro
Typing: Electric/Flying
Stats: 40/26/31/60/40/65
Description: These owls have lightbulb eyes and look almost like a robot or clockwork mini owl. Think Bubo from Clash of the Titans.
Abilities: No Guard/Steelworker (Tinted Lens)
Removed Moves: Drill Peck, Drill Run, U-Turn, False Swipes, Pursuit, Twister, Assurance, Focus Energy
Added Moves: Thundershock, Thunder Wave, Thunder, Hurricane, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Flash Cannon, Air Slash
Pokédex Entry: These owls use their eyes to create hot light that attracts insects only to paralyze them before eating.
Weight: 1.7 kg
Height: 1' 3"
Gender Ratio: 50/50
Egg Groups: Flying/Mineral
Evolution: Spowlted at lvl 21

Pokemon: Spowlted
Typing: Electric/Flying
Stats: 65/51/66/90/70/100
Description: A bigger thunder owl. The eyes glow almost uncontrollably in neon colors.
Abilities: No Guard/Steelworker (Tinted Lens)
Removed Moves: Drill Peck, Drill Run, U-Turn, False Swipes, Pursuit, Twister, Focus Energy, Assurance
Added Moves: Thundershock, Thunder Wave, Thunder, Hurricane, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Calm Mind, Flash Cannon, Glare, Air Slash
Pokédex Entry: A simple stare into this Pokemon's eyes can send a target into seizures.
Weight: 4 kg
Height: 2'7"
Gender Ratio: 50/50
Egg Groups: Flying/Mineral
Competetive: These owls have great abilities and great movesets. No Guard is nice with its dual STAB and Heat Wave, although it wishes it was a bit faster or a bit sturdier, or even a Steel type. Tinted Lens Flying types are always great and Electric is a decent enough compliment. Steelworker is probably weakest. I guess if fairies take over we can see it shine most.

Pokemon: Slithi
Typing: Poison/Dragon
Stats: 55/65/34/30/55/49
Description: A loch ness serpent with no limbs. A limbless plesiosaur if you will.
Abilities: Shed Skin/Multiscale (Waterworks - Water type Steelworler)
Removed Moves: Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Crunch, Stomping Tantrum, Rockslide, Giga Drain, Haze, Belch, Mud Bomb, Sucker Punch
Added Moves: Dragon Dance, Dragon Rush, Waterfall, Flipturn, Scald, Hydro Pump, Outrage, Dragon Tail, Scale Shot
Pokédex Entry: These serpents live in shallow inland swamps but have been known to slither among the waves.
Weight: 10 kg
Height: 2'4"
Gender Ratio: 50/50
Egg Groups: Dragon/Water2
Evolution: Lochney at lvl 25

Pokemon: Lochney
Typing: Poison/Dragon
Stats: 80/95/64/50/85/74
Description: Bigger snake Plesiosaur monster.
Abilities: Shed Skin/Multiscale (Waterworks - Water type Steelworler)
Removed Moves: Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Crunch, Stomping Tantrum, Rockslide, Giga Drain, Haze, Belch, Mud Bomb, Sucker Punch
Added Moves: Dragon Dance, Dragon Rush, Waterfall, Flipturn, Scald, Hydro Pump, Outrage, Dragon Tail, Scale Shot
Pokédex Entry: These serpents attract tourism at large rates. Tourists are rumored to be a favorite snack.
Weight: 42.3 kg
Height: 4'9"
Gender Ratio: 50/50
Egg Groups: Dragon/Water2
Explanation: What can I say? There just aren't enough early route dragon types. With two great setup moves in Dragon Dance or Coil, both forms are meant to set up in their respective tier and make use of their STAB combo alongside most likely Fire Fang or Aqua Tail/Waterfall depending on your setup move. And Waterworks makes said water moves a very viable coverage, or just a really good flipturn.

I think this is too late from voting, but I have to disqualify Dilasc and his Plugbug Line from subs, since they didn’t follow the rules on moves, that you cannot add more moves than you remove. If you can remove some of your added moves in the next 24 hours, I’ll still allow that submission. Otherwise, I’ll add Weedle once again in this slate. Quote this post once you’ve done so.

Edit: Same with you CharSiuEmboar you added more moves than you removed, and your submission is lacking a lot of parts. If you can edit your winning sub in 24 hours I’ll still allow it

You lack the following:
Stats
Weight
Height
Gender Ratio
Egg Groups

If you finish by the next 24 hours, I’ll have enough time to still edit the spreadsheet. Otherwise, I won’t be able to edit it for a while

Don’t mean to double post, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the OP and the format before submitting. I’ll be stricter next time, since I was lenient for the previous two

I have altered the moves to balance out the number of add vs removed.

Given how many mistakes there apparently were with winning subs and the fact that you said you weren't strict enough with the rules round 1, I think it'd be best if you went over all of the subs maybe a day or two before submission phase ended and checked over them just to make 100% certain that none of the current submissions are illegal. I see a lot of mods do this where if someone has a mistake with their sub, the owner will quote the post and tell them what they need to change before voting phase begins.

Also, my votes are as follows. I likely won't be able to sub until Friday due to a busy upcoming schedule. Only reason I was able to vote was because I was ahead on all the work I've needed to do.

Rattata: A>C>B
Spearow: C>B>A
Ekans: A>B>C
