This next round's team has been graciously provided by Tect and even I don't know his last

- Swords Dance
- Outrage
- Superpower
- Poison Jab

Relicanth @ Life Orb
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
IVs: 29 HP
- Head Smash
- Waterfall
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Polish

Misdreavus @ Eviolite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Will-O-Wisp

Monferno @ Life Orb
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Flare Blitz
- Mach Punch
- Swords Dance

Purugly @ Silk Scarf
Ability: Defiant
Happiness: 0
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Frustration
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off

The team lacks any real speed if somehow webs are removed which isn't too hard to do (Vullaby defogs on Monferno or Fraxure). Purugly is useful for deterring defogs for free, while also providing a generally fast mon that can clean up or revenge kill as necessary.

Pawniard @ Eviolite
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Knock Off
First of all, Pawniard is one of the best Pokemon in SW teams and this is no exception. You have Missy to block Rapid Spin, and Pawniard to block Defog and who is the best in this role. Thanks to Knock Off, he can remove Eviolite and Lefties from bulky mons to help your team's sweep. Also, his priority Sucker Punch is useful when Monferno's Mach Punch isn't powerful enough to take away faster Pokemons.

Electrode @ Life Orb
Ability: Soundproof
EVs: 60 HP / 252 Spa / 196 Spe
Modest Nature
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Ice
- Taunt

Birdspam hurts this team a lot. Dodrio says hello to this team, as it outspeeds everything, ignores sticky web, leavanny doesn't have electroweb to hit it, and once relicanth it weakened, it tears through the rest of the team. Chatot as well for the same reasons. Electrode solves these problems by nature of electric typing, high speed, and soundproof giving it an immunity to Boomburst.
This is just the standard Electrode set. 196 speed lets you outspeed Zebstrika without webs. Volt Switch OHKOs the birds mentioned above and is nice for momentum, Thunderbolt is strong STAB, Hidden Power Ice gives you an option to hit Vibrava, weakened Golems, and the like, and Taunt is to stop setup sweepers and hazard stackers from getting too crazy.

The winner is RawMelon's Purugly!
The next round's team has been provided by our resident PU mod voice mod Dundies. This is definitely less formulaic, so go nuts.

I'm seeing a team that already has hazard removal, yet lacks a switch-in for Golem, so a physically defensive Grass-type that is able to resist EQ and switch into Stone Edge at the same time would work. This team also has nothing to switch into Stoutland at the moment (except Stunfisk, but that doesn't come out on top at all), so defensive Tangela fits well here. Defensive Quilladin would fit as well.

Babyself (Tangela) @ Eviolite
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA
Bold Nature
- Synthesis
- Knock Off
- Giga Drain
- Sleep Powder

Tangela also works well because its Sleep Powder gives Ninetales an opportunity to setup, while its Knock Off also removes Eviolite on Pokemon that may be able to take a hit from Dodrio, Ninetales, or Cryogonal (Knock Off and Sleep Powder are both good reasons to use it over Quilladin here, although Quilladin would have other benefits such as weakening Pokemon for Ninetales with Spikes and pressuring Roselia with Zen Headbutt for Politoed and Stunfisk). Tangela has nice synergy with the rest of the team too, and all of its weaknesses except for Poison are covered (Stunfisk resists Flying, Ninetales Fire, Ice, and Bug, and Cryogonal Ice).

Machoke @ Eviolite
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 160 HP / 252 Atk / 24 Def / 28 Spd / 44 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dynamic Punch
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch
- Bullet Punch

Yeah, this team has 1 physical attacker, and that's scarf Dodrio, so fatmons like Lickilicky and Audino wall this team really hard. A strong fighting type attack is needed, and that's where Machoke excels. Even against maximum defense Audino, Dynamic Punch from Machoke still 2HKOes:
252+ Atk Machoke Dynamic Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Audino: 236-282 (57.5 - 68.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Dynamic Punch with No Guard is chosen due to the confusion chance, which is always nice, the status absorbers already on the team (Ninetales and Stunfisk), and the lack of defense drops Close Combat brings.
Machoke also brings a strong Knock Off, which is always nice given the lack of psychic resists on the team, Ice Punch for good coverage, and Bullet Punch for priority, which is always nice.
Machoke also makes playing easier than if one used CB Stout or Quick Feet Ursaring, the former requiring one to predict and the latter having a short lifespan.

Leafeon @ Choice Band
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Bullet Seed
- Double-Edge
- Knock Off
Looking at the team, I saw similar weaknesses tap did, but even more notably, a big weakness to RP relicanth. Leafeon also works well to lure in Monferno/bouffalant, with Double Edge (similar to how its used in megazard's rmt), and the team would really like a wallbreaker for ninetales or dodrio to clean.
