Q: Why is Froslass not suspect?
A: Well you see kiddo, Froslass only got 3 nominations, all pretty much average (2 were actually subpar). Given it being voted UU by a secure margin (maybe not in total votes but in total paragraphs received) me and reach were left to assume that while people bitch and moan about Froslass, they actually don't feel that strongly about it, or they would have nominated it!
Q: Well Moltres only got 3 noms too why is that a suspect?
A: Because Moltres has constantly been a Pokemon that has been on the suspect fence so we figured it was due for a suspect vote.
Q: Raikou only got 4 noms and was voted uu last voting period!
A: That's not a question silly, that's a statement. Raikou was another Pokemon we were unsure about, but given its close vote/paragraph receival in the last vote, and the quality of a couple of the nominations, we figured it was a good time for another Raikou vote.
