Before each set has him 4 moves asigned.. i mean having the last moves change his cheks/counterthe voting phase is over! thank you to everyone who voted, and also thank you to Oathkeepre for taking care of this thread up until now. here at the results!

your submissions will be added to the archives shortly.
please note, however, that i wont take in submissions like the klang one from this week from now on - these niche sets don't offer much other than reliably beating the week's victim and it defeats the purpose of this project; finding viable answers to a certain threat. if you have any questions or if you are unsure, do not hesitate to dm me on discord, ps!, or even here
moving on, this week's victim is
Hitmontop (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Close Combat
- Mach Punch
- Aerial Ace / Earthquake
hitmontop's access to rapid spin and large offensive movepool makes it a very threatening offensive spinner capable of also acting as a revenge killer thanks to its access to mach punch while making it considerably harder to revenge kill. you have until thursday, good luck!
seconding this! can we get some more clarification on which of the moves we should account for when posting? Before each set has him 4 moves asigned.. i mean having the last moves change his cheks/counter
What is the last move in this set? Aerial Ace or EQ??
You account for both. I did this sometimes when I ran the thread. Just like in a real battle, you never know if they have one or the other, but that's why you pick a mon that handle both.seconding this! can we get some more clarification on which of the moves we should account for when posting?
ah okay, didnt think about it like that. thanks! You account for both. I did this sometimes when I ran the thread. Just like in a real battle, you never know if they have one or the other, but that's why you pick a mon that handle both.
Honedge is not in the Viability Rankings anymore, therefore you cannot choose it. It wasn't likely such a niche pick gets past gum anyway. RIPHonedge... i will to post this time xd
