-Donphan's Bulky Attacker set was removed. It now only runs Assault Vest.

9/8:

Gen 7 Random Battle:

All instances of "PT" refer to the "preferred type" system; a Pokemon with a preferred type will always generate with a move of that type. It will be referred to by the aforementioned "PT" shorthand in the rest of this pull request.

These changes are largely to align Gen 7's set optimization with that of the newly-revamped Gen 6 Random Battle when reasonable. Now, the only differences between generations 6 and 7 of Random Battle will involve actual generational mechanic, movepool, and stat changes.

Role additions/changes/removals:
-Steelix now has three sets:
--Wallbreaker, which is the Sheer Force Life Orb set unchanged
--Staller, which is Sturdy Leftovers with Earthquake, Heavy Slam, Toxic, and Protect
--Bulky Support, which is Sturdy Leftovers with Earthquake and any 3 of Heavy Slam/Toxic/Roar/Stealth Rock
-Arceus-Psychic has a set split:
--Bulky Setup with CM + Recover + Judgment + Fire Blast/Earth Power
--Bulky Attacker with Recover + Judgment + Earthquake/Fire Blast + Willowisp/Toxic/Defog/the other of Earthquake/Fire Blast
-Bronzong has a set split:
--Bulky Support, unchanged
-- Staller, with Toxic + Protect + any 2 of Iron Head/Psychic/Earthquake
-Aerodactyl has a set split:
--Bulky Attacker with Stone Edge + Earthquake + Roost + Defog/Taunt/Toxic/Stealth Rock and Leftovers
--Fast Support with Stone Edge + Earthquake + (almost) any 2 of Defog/Doubleedge/Pursuit/Stealth Rock/Roost, with Leftovers/Focus Sash/Life Orb/Choice Band depending on moves and team position
-Rapidash has a set split:
--Bulky Attacker with Flare Blitz + Morning Sun + any 2 of High Horsepower/Wild Charge/Will-O-Wisp and a Leftovers (new)
--Wallbreaker with Flare Blitz + any 3 of Morning Sun/High Horsepower/Wild Charge/Megahorn, with Life Orb or a Choice Band (new)
-Infernape: Setup Sweeper changed to Z-Move user (Fightinium Z)
-Farfetch'd: Fast Attacker changed to Setup Sweeper (forces Swords Dance) (DONE IN BOTH GENS 6 AND 7)
-Magcargo's Bulky Support changed to Staller (forces Toxic)
-Feraligatr's Wallbreaker changed to Bulky Setup (forces Aqua Jet and Swords Dance)
-Bulky Attacker (SubPunch) Mega Mawile has been removed.
-Setup Sweeper Carnivine has been removed.

Item changes:
-King's Shield Aegislash will now generate Leftovers instead of Life Orb.
-Jirachi: +Healing Wish; Healing Wish cannot generate with Body Slam; Choice Scarf Jirachi now exists.
-Dialga: -Roar, +Dragon Tail; Dialga can now run Assault Vest
-Primeape: +Hone Claws; Primeape can now run Life Orb

Move changes:
-Dusknoir: -Substitute, +Haze
-Staller Empoleon: +Defog
-Bulky Attacker Rampardos (the Mold Breaker one): +Superpower

9/13:

Random Battles was updated for the Teal Mask DLC. A full changelog would bypass the character limit of a Smogon post.

Notable trends include:
-Every new Pokemon was added. You can see their sets with the "/randbats" command!
-Pokemon with the Wallbreaker role now always get a STAB priority move if it is available in their Randbats movepool.
-Dipplin has Eviolite and does not die.
-Scale Shot sets were added to several Dragon-types. Scale Shot gives Loaded Dice. It's usually paired with Swords Dance.
-Knock Off has replaced all of those other Dark moves we were using as placeholders.
-A couple things got Scald. We didn't give it to everything that gets it, because not everything wants it over Hydro Pump.
-A couple things got Toxic. We didn't give it to everything that gets it, because not everything wants it over actual attacks.
-Flip Turn exists on several Water-types, and, aside from Basculin, it'll never generate alongside Aqua Jet.
-All those sad Pokemon relying on Stomping Tantrum now run High Horsepower.
-A couple things run Lash Out now. Not many.
-Physical Ghosts run Poltergeist now. Please excuse Banette's level being so busted-nasty for what it is now.
-Officially, now, under 10% of teams have three choice item users or more! This has been our goal for a while now. Let's hope we can maintain that rate.
-Officially, now, 38.1% of teams have hazard removal. Let's hope we can keep that number going up.

----------------

9/14

Bug fixes:
-Gliscor and Gurdurr no longer run Flame Orb and instead get their correct items.
-Grassy Glide is treated as a priority STAB move and is therefore enforced on Wallbreaker Rillaboom.
-Galvanize and Magnet Pull now appear on the correct sets on Alolan Golem.
-Ninetales now always gets Drought.
-Politoed now always gets Drizzle.
-Empoleon now always gets Competitive.
-Illumise now always gets Prankster.
-Leavanny will no longer get Overcoat, since Grass types are immune to powder moves.
-Weezing-Galar will no longer get Misty Surge, and now always gets Levitate.
-Setup Revavroom is now Fast Attacker, so that it gets Life Orb instead of Air Balloon.
-Uxie is now Bulky Support, to prevent Life Orb.
-Jirachi can now get Healing Wish and U-turn together, can get Wish + Protect + U-turn on the same set, and will no longer get Life Orb, all due to its role becoming Bulky Support.
-Ogerpon-Wellspring's non-support set is now Setup Sweeper, to enforce Swords Dance.
-Infernape's mixed Wallbreaker set is now Fast Attacker so that Mach Punch is not enforced; the physical set's role is now Fast Support, which is functionally identical to its previous role.

Regular ol' set changes:
-Fast Support Ribombee: -Tera Fighting
-Bulky Support Alolan Sandslash: +Iron Head
-Sunny Day Sunflora: -Energy Ball, +Giga Drain
-Swords Dance Mienshao is now its own set with Regenerator and Close Combat, instead of being part of the Reckless High Jump Kick set.

9/16:

-Ogerpon is now treated, functionally, as a Tera Blast user. It rejects other Tera Blast user roles, and is rejected itself if the team has a Tera Blast user.

-Fezandipiti's sets have been overhauled. Its AV Pivot set now has Beat Up over Brave Bird with Tera Dark/Steel/Water. It also now has a Bulky Attacker set with Roost, Gunk Shot, Play Rough, and Beat Up/Double Kick/U-turn with the same teras as above.

-Sunny Day Sunflora was removed. We tried. We can't do better than specs.
-Wallbreaker (Choice Band Wood Hammer) Ogerpon was removed.

-Ogerpon-Wellspring and Cornerstone's Fast Support roles were changed to Bulky Attacker; this means their non-Swords Dance sets will always have Synthesis now.

-Stealth Rock Golem now runs a Custap Berry.
-Weak Armor Shell Smash Magcargo now runs Heavy-Duty Boots.

-Regular Weezing now has a 50/50 chance of running either Sludge Bomb or Gunk Shot.
-Torterra: +Tera Rock

9/20:

Singles:

-Decidueye-Hisui has received a set split: the Bulky Attacker set is identical to before except with Defog removed, and a Fast Support set with Defog has been added. This gives Defog sets Heavy-Duty Boots instead of Leftovers and increases the overall chance of Defog from 20% to 50%.

-Hatterene can now have a Bulky Setup Calm Mind + Draining Kiss set with Tera Fairy/Steel. Its remaining moves are Mystical Fire and a roll between Psychic/Psyshock.

-Empoleon's AV Pivot set has been removed.

-Sandslash-Alola's Setup Sweeper set can now roll Rapid Spin, making Swords Dance/Ice Spinner/Earthquake/Rapid Spin a possible set.

-Manaphy: -Tera Steel.

-Great Tusk's non-setup set is now Bulky Support to enforce Rapid Spin.
-Walking Wake's Specs set now runs Flip Turn, replacing Hurricane.

Technical:
-Setup Toxtricity's role is now Setup Sweeper, fixing an issue with both sets having the same role

----------

Doubles:

Teal Mask update. Notable:
-High Horsepower is now a move again.
-Knock Off is now a move again.
-All of the new mons are in.
-Sorry about the Sticky Web.
-Dark Void isn't in this on purpose.

-Morpeko's Tera Types have been revamped to be only STAB teras; the one without Knock Off is Dark/Electric, and the one with Knock Off is only Electric. -Goodra: -Tera Dragon
-Hisuian Goodra: -Tera Dragon, -Tera Steel
-Bulky Support Clefable: -Tera Fire, +Tera Poison

10/6:

Gen 9 Random Battle:
Per Council decisions, Last Respects is no longer in the format. Thus:

--Houndstone and Basculegion can now be leads again
--Houndstone: level 87
Set 1: Bulky Attacker, with Poltergeist + Body Press + Shadow Sneak, and a roll between Trick, Will-O-Wisp, and Roar as the last move. Tera Fighting. Leftovers or Choice Band.
Set 2: Bulky Support, RestTalk Poltergeist Body Press, Tera Fighting, Leftovers.
Set 3: AV Pivot, Poltergeist + Body Press + Shadow Sneak + Play Rough, Tera Fighting/Fairy.

--Basculegion-F: level 85, Tera Water only on both sets.
Set 1: Wallbreaker with Hydro Pump, Flip Turn, Ice Beam, Shadow Ball. Choice Specs.
Set 2: AV Pivot with Wave Crash, Hydro Pump, Flip Turn, and Shadow Ball.

--Basculegion-M: Level 86, Tera Water
AV Pivot with Wave Crash, Aqua Jet, Shadow Ball, and Flip Turn.
Other sets may be tried later, but Tera Blast is not going to be one of them due to how Adaptability works.

Set 1: Z-Mirror Move (+2 attack, uses the Z move of the mirrored move), Brave Bird, Sucker Punch, Protect.
Set 2: Bulky Attacker. Brave Bird + Roost + Thunder Wave + random roll between Haze, Pursuit, and Defog

Gen 6+7 Random Battle:
-Fast Attacker Celebi now always gets Psychic.

Gen 5 Random Battle:
It's this format's turn for a complete revamp! It's identical in function to previous revamps of Gen 6/7, with a notable addition of the Spinner role. This role's meant to ameliorate Gen 5's godawful hazard control situation. If a Pokemon could be a Spinner role, it will always run its Spinner role, unless the team already has a Rapid Spin user.

12/1:

Levels have been balanced in all generations based on win rates.

Changes marked with (*) reduce the rate of choice items.

Gen 9 Random Battle:
-Swalot's sets have been adjusted: alongside the Swords Dance set, it now has a set that's Toxic + Protect + EQ + Sludge Bomb with Tera Ground, and a Bulky Attacker set that's Sludge Bomb + Knock Off + any 2 other moves that Swalot's old support set used to get except Toxic or Protect, with Tera Dark. ...It makes more sense if you see it.
-Golduck's sets have been adjusted: its old set's role was changed to Fast Bulky Setup to enforce Nasty Plot and allow Leftovers on Encore + Nasty Plot + 2 attacks, and it has gained a new Fast Attacker set that's Grass Knot + Hydro Pump + Ice Beam + Flip Turn or Nasty Plot with Tera Grass or Water. This second set will either get Life Orb or Choice Specs depending on its fourth move.
-Mewtwo's sets have been adjusted: its old set's role was changed to Setup Sweeper to enforce Nasty Plot, and it has gained a new Fast Attacker set that's Psystrike + Dark Pulse + Recover + Aura Sphere or Focus Blast with a Life Orb. Yes, this means Specs Mewtwo is gone. (*)
-Bronzong's sets have been adjusted: its old set no longer has dual screens, and it now has a Bulky Setup set with Iron Defense + Body Press + any two of Iron Head, Psychic, and Rest. Leftovers with 3 attacks, Chesto with Rest.
-Dragonite has a new Tera Steel Iron Head Dragon Dance set. (*)
-Girafarig has a new Hyper Voice Nasty Plot set with Tera Normal/Electric.
-Raichu has a new Tera Blast Ice Nasty Plot set. (*)
-We're trying Sunny Day Sunflora one more time, but this time with Solarbeam and Earth Power instead of Energy Ball and Sludge Bomb. It's probably not going to work, but it's not like Sunflora really has anything to lose by trying. We'll revert if it's bad. (*)
-We're trying Chilly Reception Future Sight Boots Slowking one more time, but this time with Scald, now that it has it. Hopefully it doesn't result in a winrate decrease this time. (*)

-Florges is now Flower Veil even in Singles, as a nice bonus to all the Mayhem players out there.
-Kilowattrel is now Bulky Attacker instead of Fast Support; functionally, this means it now always gets Roost.

-Dual Screens has been removed from everything except Grimmsnarl and Uxie. This means it's gone from Bronzong, Hypno, Wigglytuff, and Carbink. No strong reason other than that screens isn't really that good on most of these mons and cutting them down as much as we can means fewer complaints about having multiple screens setters on a team.
-Wugtrio: -Memento, +Tera Ground
-Wigglytuff: +Knock Off
-Chesnaught: -Leech Seed
-Muk (both sets): +Poison Jab
-Arceus-Poison: +Dragon Dance (all other physical Arceus sets have Extreme Speed)
-Weavile and Chien-Pao: -Ice Spinner, +Icicle Crash
-Belly Drum Cetitan: -Icicle Crash, +Ice Spinner
-Swords Dance Iron Hands: -Close Combat
-Fast Support Electrode: +Tera Dark
-Vigoroth: -Tera Poison (after a long time, we've ultimately deduced that its winrate lowered after we added Tera Poison to it)
-Both Zamazenta-Hero sets: +Tera Steel

Gen 9 Random Doubles:
-Hisuian Arcanine is now always Intimidate. It has one Choice Band set with Rock Slide, Flare Blitz, Stone Edge, and Extreme Speed, and one Sitrus Berry Bulky Protect set with Protect, Flare Blitz, Rock Slide, and one of Will-O-Wisp and Morning Sun.
-Tera Blast Farigiraf was removed.
-Kingambit now has a Swords Dance set with Protect, Iron Head, and Sucker Punch.

Old Gens
-In gens 5, 6, and 7, Electivire now always gets Ice Punch.
-In Gens 6 and 7, Pangoro now always gets Scrappy if it does not have any punching moves.
-In Gen 7, Drampa now runs Berserk with Roost.
-In Gen 5, Pokemon with Poison-type moves now cannot generate Expert Belt.
-In Gen 5, Gengar now always gets Focus Blast.
-In Gen 5, Regirock's Bulky Attacker set is now Bulky Support.

Apologies for being late on this update!

12/15:
The Indigo Disk update occurred! Obviously too much to make a full changelog, but notable points are as follows:

Knock Off is now forced on pure Normal and Fighting types.
Bug STAB is now forced on Bug/Electrics.
Psychic STAB is now forced on Grass/Psychics.
Kommo-o is now Soundproof.
Steel-type STAB is now enforced on Steel-types with base Attack stats of 90 or higher; this means that Magearna and Cobalion are now proud holders of Steel moves all the time.
Alluring Voice has replaced most instances of Dazzling Gleam. We'll try rolling between the two at a later point.
Psychic Noise has been added to many bulky Psychics
Throat Chop has replaced nearly every instance of Crunch, because of the new Sound moves. We'll try rolling between the two at a later point.
Double-Edge has replaced or become a roll with Body Slam on most offensive Normals.
Terapagos counts as a Tera Blast user.
Tera Blast Espathra has been removed.
Several new sets have been added for preexisting Pokemon that we'd like to try out, like Draining Kiss Enamorus-Therian, Swords Dance Grafaiai, and Curse Oinkologne.
Sheer Force Trailblaze Feraligatr is entirely intentional, before you ask.

Partially late, partially early:
12/16:
-Scrafty will correctly get Shed Skin on Bulky Setup and Intimidate/Moxie on Setup Sweeper.
-Toucannon will get Keen Eye on sets where both Sheer Force and Skill Link are useless, since it can theoretically be useful.
-Primarina will always get Torrent.
-Ambipom will get Pickup on sets where Technician is useless, since it can theoretically be useful.
-Flame Charge Solgaleo gets Weakness Policy as intended, instead of Assault Vest.
-Meowstic will no longer get sets with only 3 moves.
-Dodrio will always get Early Bird.
-Tera Blast User (TBU) Keldeo is removed.
-Uxie's STAB move is now a Psychic/Psychic Noise roll.
-Bellossom's non-TBU set with coverage is now a roll between Sludge Bomb with Tera Poison and Moonblast with Tera Fairy.
-Lilligant's non-TBU set now has Alluring Voice as its coverage move instead of Pollen Puff.
-Goodra-Hisui's Curse set has been removed. It is now always Assault Vest.
-Araquanid no longer gets Focus Sash in the lead slot, since it has good bulk.
-Minior now has some defensive teras, specifically Steel and Water.
-Doubles Torterra will no longer get Loaded Dice; it was an unintended byproduct of a change to singles.

12/17:

-Kyurem's sets have been adjusted: Tera Blast Ground has replaced Earth Power on the Dragon Dance set, and it now has a Wallbreaker set that is either mixed 4 attacks Boots or Choice Specs, depending on moves rolled.
-Deoxys-Defense has a new Psychic Noise variant of its support set with Knock Off and Teleport, while the Night Shade set no longer has Knock Off.
-Toucannon will now get the correct abilities in the correct occasions.
-Shed Skin now actually appears when it's supposed to and doesn't appear when it's not supposed to.

12/20-12/21 probably (not live yet):
-Ditto is now Tera Stellar always. The meme will be missed.
-Raichu now has Alluring Voice on its support set.
-Alolan Raichu now has Alluring Voice and Tera Fairy as options. Its sets have also been split to make Nasty Plot always have Psyshock over Psychic.
-Gliscor's third set no longer has Protect enforcement or Spikes, because enforcing Protect and adding Spikes lowered Gliscor's win rate somehow.
-Toucannon now always has Beak Blast.
-Rampardos now gets Choice Scarf instead of Choice Band.
-Swampert now gets Damp when it does not have a Water move.
-Araquanid: +Tera Steel, +Tera Ground

-Ting Lu's second set has been changed to Bulky Attacker; as such:
--Set 1: -Ruination (to prevent too much set overlap, and also to prevent Ruination + Whirlwind hazardless)
--Set 2: -Tera Fighting, -Tera Ground, -Stone Edge, -Body Press, +Tera Ghost, +Spikes, +Stealth Rock
--the rate of Assault Vest has been lowered to around 10%

1/7/2024:

-Removed the limit of one Pokemon per unique type combination in gens 2-9.. This means it is now possible to get, for example, Kyogre and Barraskewda on the same team. Monotype will still have a limit of three Pokemon of a type combination in gens 6-9.
-Implemented a limit of four Pokemon weak to Freeze-Dry in gens 6-9. Testing has shown that its effect on team generation is negligible outside of its intended purpose.
-Gens 5, 6, and 7 no longer have a limit of two Pokemon per Smogon tier, since they no longer have Pokemon consistently attaining a winrate over 53%.
-Removed tier limits and the soft type cap from gen 1.

1/20:

Gen 9 Random Battle
-Teams will no longer get multiple Sticky Web users. In order to accomplish this:
--Araquanid can now run Mirror Coat over Hydro Pump sometimes. If the team has a webs setter already, it will run both Mirror Coat and Hydro Pump with an Assault Vest.
--Kricketune now runs Swords Dance over Sticky Web on its current set if the team has a webs setter already. Swords Dance Kricketune will not exist otherwise.
--Ribombee's Sticky Web set can now run Psychic Noise. If the team has a webs setter already, it will run Moonblast + Psychic Noise + Stun Spore + U-turn.

-Teams will, under the vast majority of scenarios, no longer get multiple Stealth Rock users. In order to accomplish this:
--Golem's two sets have been fused together. Aside from tera types on the Stealth Rock set now matching that of Rock Polish, this presents no functional difference.

Random Battle Lead
2/16:

Gen 9 Random Battle:
-Teams will now have at most one Toxic Spikes user.

New sets, set merges, and set splits:
-Chien-Pao has a set split: Wallbreaker Choice Band with Ice Shard + Sacred Sword + Icicle Crash + Throat Chop/Crunch, and Setup Sweeper with SD + Icicle Crash + Throat Chop + Ice Shard/Sucker Punch/Sacred Sword.
-Exeggutor has a new third set: Bulky Setup, with Calm Mind, Psyshock/Psychic, Giga Drain, and Substitute.
-Mismagius has a set split: Wallbreaker Choice Specs as normal without Nasty Plot, and Setup Sweeper with Tera Electric/Fairy, Nasty Plot + Shadow Ball + Tbolt/Dgleam + Mystical Fire/Substitute/Tbolt/Dgleam. Runs Leftovers with Substitute, and Life Orb otherwise. This decreases the rate of Specs Mismagius.
-Alolan Golem has a set split to give it better Tera Types. Setup Sweeper (Rock Polish LO) will have Tera Grass/Flying, while Wallbreaker (Choice Band) will have Tera Electric/Grass/Ground.
-Alomomola now has a second set of Fast Support that runs Heavy-Duty Boots but is otherwise identical.
-Dialga-Origin now has a second set that's identical aside from having Heavy Slam over Flash Cannon.
-Torkoal now has a set split: Wallbreaker with the same moves as usual, and Bulky Support with all the same moves except Earthquake. Only Bulky Support has Tera Dragon as an option. In effect, this increases the rate of Rapid Spin and deletes Assault Vest Torkoal.
-Granbull now has a second set with Roar over Encore.
-Kyurem-White now has a second set with Ice Beam over Earth Power.
-Earth Power Terapagos: -Rapid Spin, +Rock Polish. Role changed to Fast Bulky Setup to make this work on a technical level. Rock Polish will only generate with Calm Mind + Earth Power + Tera Starstorm and will get Leftovers.
-Setup Sweeper Electivire's role changed to Bulky Setup to give Leftovers; -Supercell Slam, +Wild Charge
-Setup Sweeper Raikou is now Bulky Setup to prevent Life Orb Raikou.
-Urshifu-Rapid-Strike is no longer hardcoded to have Punching Glove with Swords Dance. Now, it has two sets: one can get choice items and Life Orb, and the other can get Leftovers and is only SD + Ice Spinner + STABs. Aqua Jet and choice items are now half as common as before on it as a result.
-Arceus-Steel now has a set split between Calm Mind and Will-O-Wisp. It can no longer get both at once and will always have a ground move. Will-O-Wisp has Earthquake.
-Drifblim's sets have been merged for simplicity. Drifblim will no longer get Will-O-Wisp ever, and will instead always be Calm Mind if you have a hazard remover on the team already.
-Brambleghast's sets have been merged for simplicity. This has no functional change aside from slightly changing the chances to get SubSeed (I haven't done the math)
-Pawmot's sets have been merged. It now always runs Double Shock Tera Electric and no longer runs Volt Switch, Thunder Punch, or Focus Sash. All other moves and items still exist as normal.
-Iron Defense 3 attacks Probopass now runs Leftovers instead of Air Balloon.

Reversions of previous updates due to winrates: (written as: these changes are what are happening now)
-Tinkaton now has Mold Breaker again.
-Hydrapple can now run Life Orb 3 attacks Nasty Plot again (role changed back to Fast Bulky Setup)
-Slowbro's Bulky Support set now has Psychic Noise again.
-Dialga-Origin: -Tera Fairy, +Tera Steel (also in place for the new set)
-Tera Electric readded to Uxie, Bulky Support Mesprit, Bulky Support Bronzong, and Bulky Support Chimecho.
-Curse Muk and Curse Alolan Muk no longer exist.
-Dewgong now runs Assault Vest again sometimes.
-Rabsca no longer runs Calm Mind and now always runs Revival Blessing again.
-Toucannon no longer runs Swords Dance + Flame Charge.
-Pyroar no longer runs SunnyBeam.
-Heatran no longer runs its Leftovers Protect set.
-Bombirdier once again no longer runs Hone Claws.
-Choice Scarf Rampardos: -Tera Psychic, -Zen Headbutt, +Fire Punch
-Lycanroc-Midnight: -Tera rock
-Alcremie: -Dazzling Gleam
-Dipplin: -Infestation
-Grimmsnarl: -Crunch
-Oricorio-Sensu: -Tera Ground
-DD Whiscash: -Waterfall, +Liquidation
-Exeggutor: -Giga Drain, +Sludge Bomb, +Psychic
-Camerupt will now always get Stealth Rock again, but still has Will-O-Wisp and Fire Blast in its movepool over Lava Plume. Camerupt will still not generate as a second Stealth Rock setter.

Other removals:
-Choice Specs Galarian Slowbro no longer exists. (Wallbreaker: -Trick, -Sludge Bomb, +Shell Side Arm, -Psyshock, +Psychic)
-Draining Kiss CM Iron Defense Enamorus-Therian no longer exists.
-Cud Chew SubBU Tauros-Paldea-Combat no longer exists.
-WishTect Luvdisc no longer exists.

-Dragalge: -Sludge Bomb, +Sludge Wave
-Araquanid: -Leech Life, +Lunge
-Toxtricity: -Toxic Spikes
-Noctowl: +Nasty Plot
-Arceus-Fighting: -Tera Psychic
-Venomoth: +Morning Sun
-Wallbreaker Tauros-Combat: +Tera Dark, +Tera Steel
-Cyclizar: +Tera Fairy
-Calm Mind Raging Bolt: +Tera Fairy
-non-Tera Blast Lilligant: +Tera Fairy
-Tera Blast Eiscue: +Tera Electric (as a roll with Ground)
-Ho-Oh: +Tera Steel
-Setup Sweeper Garchomp: +Tera Fire
-Vaporeon: +Tera Steel, +Tera Poison
-Orthworm: +Tera Ghost

Technical:
-Several pieces of item code were combined when reasonable and sanitized.
-Hardcodes removed for Urshifu and Luvdisc.
-Loaded Dice code was refactored to use multi-hit moves in general and not just Scale Shot to determine the item, to decrease the number of necessary Loaded Dice hardcodes.
-Doubles Clear Amulet code moved up in the priority list to better work with the new Loaded Dice code.
-Air Balloon code simplified significantly; no longer uses roles, and instead just exempts any setup move users from having Air Balloon.
-Revavroom's role changed to Setup Sweeper to be more face-value accurate given the above Air Balloon exemptions no longer require it to be Fast Attacker. No functional difference.

Gen 9 Random Doubles:
-Tinkaton is now Mold Breaker again.
-Slowking: -Slack Off, -Chilly Reception
-Slowbro: -Slack Off
-Deoxys-Attack: +Knock Off
-Scale Shot Loaded Dice Kyurem-Black no longer exists.
