Increase the attack to 130, increase both defenses to 120, increase special attack to 110, and give it Power-up Punch, Shell Smash, Tail Glow, Hurricane, Brave Bird, Leaf Blade, Extremespeed, Earthquake, Shell Smash, Stored Power, and Sucker Punch and I think you'll be close enough.
Adding all those stat boosts is going to leave it at a 660 stat total... The mark we're supposed to be going for is 600. I'll boost the attack to 130 though. I'm also trying to keep the flavor relatively sound so shell smash leaf blade and tail glow are out. But i'll add the rest. ALSO:

Volt Absorb + Electrify + 150 Speed + 120 Attack + Power-Up Punch + Priority Moves = A serious mindgame in which none of the opponents attacks do anything but restore Pachi's HP and Pachi racks up attack with power up punch before obliterating with shadow sneak and extremespeed.

Jumpluff
Grass/Flying
80/105/85/55/85/119 (BST: 529)
Chlorophyll/Leaf Guard/Infiltrator
Movepool: +Brave Bird, +Leaf Blade, +Sucker Punch, +Baton Pass
Jumpluff is a top-tier OU threat except it's somehow missing half of its attack stat. I fixed that, gave it better STABs, and gave it Sucker Punch for coverage. Since it already knows Coton Guard and Swords Dance, it's now a fantastic Baton Pass user too.

Mienshao
Fighting
85/125/80/95/80/105 (BST: 530)
Inner Focus/Regenerator/Reckless
Movepool: +Ice Punch, +Springy Kick (new move: +1 priority, 80bp, fighting-type U-Turn)
Mienshao is great because it hits like a bus and has Regenerator. But it's frail, which is a shame for a thing with Regenerator, so let's fix that. And all the top sets run HP:Ice, but now they don't have to. And it's a shame it doesn't get stab on U-Turn, since that's half of what makes Regenerator fun, so I broke that in half.

I could probably do more, but meh.

New base stats: 90/110/140/70/140/65 (615)

Also, make iron fist affect Power up Punch because it really should.

HUGE KALOS 2 UPDATE: I now have a custom client, which means you can pick stuff like latios-mega and diancie in the teambuilder! be aware to changes to old pokemon won't show though, cause I don't want to confuse the regular metagame players on my serv (there are lots of not so big bugs like dimension warp having a messed desc. and the new pokemon not having their movepools-but you can just type into the moveslots) these bugs will be fixed also huge note: when you get onto the server you have to be logged in and your account has to be registered- if you do that stuf it will tell you to copy paste some stuff into a box from a box, just do it and you should be able to get on : http://24.22.226.179:8000/testclient.html?~~24.22.226.179

Sweet! The Kalos 2 Update will make editing teams a lot more convenient!

Castform
Normal
100/70/100/130/100/100 (BST 420 --> 600)
Forecast
Movepool: +Hurricane, +Morning Sun, +Growth
Now rain Castform has ridiculous coverage (Thunder, Hurricane, Weather Ball). Sun Castform has Growth/Solar Beam/Morning Sun, which is also a good set. With 130 SpA, good bulk, and a movepool consisting of 100+ bp moves with no drawbacks in the weather, Castform should be bordering on uber.

Mr. Mime

Mr. Mime already has good moves, and is almost useful despite its terrible stats. Now it has good stats and a broken ability.

Great sets, but Sims wanted us to keep the BST's around 600. Maybe you should consider making Ninjask's speed somewhere around 200-220 and Pyroar could probably have a few stats lowered. Not sure though because, as Sims said before, there is no such thing as too broken.

I said before that there IS such a thing as too broken.

[14:14] Falling Angel: should I post kalos 2.0 ideas on the thread or tell you here?
[14:15] ~Oiawesome: both

Play Rough should be buffed to 100 acc, just because there's no completely reliable physical fairy move as it is (Play Around is an option, but inferior for sweeping because the stat drops can screw you even more than a miss could).

And I discussed it with Oi on the server, and we agreed on these changes to Mega Absol:

Typing: Dark/Fairy
Ability: Magic Bounce (Still)
Stats: 80 / 160 / 70 / 115 / 70 / 115
+Roost, +Knock Off (in gen 6 so it's compatible with Play Rough)

It was a little outclassed by Mega Gyarados before, but with these buffs it should be able to hold it's own as a frailer swords dance sweeper VS gyara's bulkier dragon dance set.

Fair enough, I have adjusted some of my spreads.

I figured Ninjask's spread would be fine because 200 speed is still enough to outspeed almost every scarfer with little investment so the 50 extra points would be for aesthetic purposes. I have reduced it to 220 to bring the BST down.
As for Pyroar, my idea was to give him more than 600 BST to make up for a lack of good coverage options (that work flavourwise). Perhaps 666 is too much with such powerful STABs though so I reduced it slightly.

Lunatone
Ground/Fairy
100
/55/105/125/135/70 (BST 440 --> 620)
Levitate/High Tide (New ability: Summons Gravity upon switching in.)
Movepool: +Surf, +Moonlight, +Lunar Dance, +Night Daze, +Thunder, +Power Gem
Much like the Moon's gravity influences the earth's tides, Lunatone's gravity should influence the tide of battle. It has solid coverage with its STABs alone, not to mention Blizzard, Thunder, Power Gem, Night Daze and Surf, and good Sp. Attack for a support Pokemon. Also has a perfectly accurate Hypnoses, Moonlight, Stealth Rock and Lunar Dance for support sets.

EDIT: Psychic Type replaced with Fairy because of the Fairy types connection to the moon.

No Megas in Brokenmons, so just change that to regular Garde and add more abilites and you'll be fine. BTW, what is the point of Hyper Voice as an egg move when you have Boomburst?

Let me try one.

Magmortar
Fire/Electric
75/95/77/145/105/103 (BST 540 --> 600)
No Guard / Vital Spirit / Mega Launcher

Movepool: +Hydro Pump, +Surf, +Zap Cannon, +Nasty Plot (Event, Mega Launcher only), +Thunder, +Aura Sphere, +Heat Pulse*, +Vacuum Wave, +Moonblast

*Heat Pulse: 90 BP, 24 PP Fire-type special attack, never misses, boosted by Mega Launcher. Magmortar's signature move.

With a wonderful 145 Special Attack and trolly 103 Speed, Magmortar can wall-break or sweep. It can now run many different sets, each of which is excellent.

Magmortar @ Life Orb
Ability: No Guard
4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
~ Zap Cannon
~ Fire Blast
~ Hydro Pump
~ Moonblast / Vacuum Wave

Magmortar @ Air Balloon
Ability: Mega Launcher
4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
~ Nasty Plot
~ Heat Pulse
~ Thunderbolt
~ Hydro Pump / Surf / Aura Sphere / Vacuum Wave

The first set uses Magmortar's ridiculous Special Attack and great speed to break down walls. Zap Cannon also paralyzes the foe, preventing many from switching in. Ground-types are wrecked by Hydro Pump, while Dragons are nailed by Moonblast. Vacuum Wave can also be used as priority.

The second set attempts to sweep, with Nasty Plot boosting its Special Attack to insane levels, exceeding that of even +2 Xerneas! An Air Balloon ensures it can set up in relative safety, and avoid 4x SE Earthquakes. The moves capitalize on both Magmortar's ability and its STABs.
