Pre-Evolution: Golem
Pokémon Name: Gigoni
Type:
Abilities: Solid Rock/Sturdy (Bulletproof)
Stats: 100 / 120 / 145 / 55 / 75 / 45 | BST: 535
New Moves: Shore Up, Stone Slam, Bullet Punch
Custom Elements: Stone Slam: Rock-type Thousand Waves clone
Description: Gigoni grows a gem on it's forehead, and some of it's stones become round with markings on them. Several rock chunks float around Gigoni, as if Gigoni itself was a planet.
Competitive Uses: Capitalizing off of what Golem is, which is a Stealth Rock setter with capabilities of Hyper Offense, Gigoni takes this to a whole other level. Usual sets involving Weakness Policy mean Gigoni can set up and then use a boosted Bullet Punch, either killing, or making a great chip. Pileup allows it to retain a defensive staple, allowing for a more defensive Lefties/Toxic set, making it even better with the trapping ability of Thousand Waves.
Pre-Evolution: Golem-Alola
Pokémon Name: Gigoni-Alola
Type:
Abilities: Magnet Pull/Sturdy (No Guard)
Stats: 100 / 120 / 145 / 55 / 75 / 45 | BST: 535
New Moves: Shore Up, Zap Cannon, Dynamic Punch
Description: Gigoni-Alola gets several yellow stones in it's beard, as well as a gem on it's forehead.
Competitive Uses: Can actually punish Steel-types now!
Pre-Evolution: Unfezant
Pre-Evo New Moves: Slash, Reversal, Double Kick
Pre-Evo Competitive Uses: Outclassed mostly by Beautifowl, Unfezant still is bulky with the power of Eviolite on its side. It has 50% crit STAB slashes and can be a bulkier, less useful Wish passer than its evolution. Also not weak to Faries.
Pokémon Name: Barfowl [Barf + Fowl]
Pokémon Typing: Fighting / Flying
Abilities: Big Pecks / Safe Strikes / Rivalry
Stats: 90 HP (+10) / 130 (+15) Atk / 90 (+10) Def / 75 (+10) SpA / 65 SpD / 113 (+20) Spe | 553 (+65) BST
New Moves: Drill Peck, Slash, Superpower, Reversal, Double Kick, Triple Kick, Pursuit, Belch, Acid
Custom Elements:
Safe Strikes: Attack and Accuracy of Physical moves are increased by *1.2, but are unable to critical.
Code: https://pastebin.com/g0U5d3fs
Height + Weight: 1.5m / 35 kg
Description: Barfowl has been tinted green from consumption of urban food, including settling into trash. It can settle into trash dumps over other Pokemon due to its fighting prowess. It has also adapted to the smog of the cities, able to attack with some precision. It still is unable to handle poison very well. Both Males and Females can become Barfowls with enough outside influence.
Competitive Uses: Barfowl acts as a Z-Move wallbreaker with U-Turn. Its speed stat creeps on the Lati twins, Kartana, etc, allowing it to threaten them with high power attacks. Superpower and the Fighting type also pair well in eliminating much of Flying's resists, making the user to play around its stat drops. It also acts as a fast taunt user, and somewhat threatens psychics with U-Turn+Pursuit.
Is It Overpowered?: While Barfowl has a fairly high attack stat along with its ability, it has to use Superpower to damage anything that resists Flying. It is then forced out with a nonthreating U-Turn. It has a hard time switching in with slightly below average defenses. It is revenge killed by faster special attackers like Scarf Lele and Greninja. Pokemon like Landrous-T, Beautifowl, Slowbro, and Tangrowth can easily wall/lure the Z-Move. It also can't set up, making the higher attack less meaningful.

Pokémon Name: Beautifowl (Beautiful + Fowl)
Pokémon Typing: Fairy / Flying
Abilities: Big Pecks / Super Luck / Cute Charm
Stats: 130 HP (+50) / 100 (-15) Atk / 105 (+25) Def / 55 (-10) SpA / 85 (+30) SpD / 68 (-15) Spe | 553 (+65) BST
New Moves: Sky Snipe, Play Rough, Disarming Voice, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Slash, Reversal, Double Kick, Whirlwind
Custom Elements:
Sky Snipe: 80BP Flying Contact with increased Crit. (Drill Run clone with 100% accuracy)
Height + Weight: 1m / 21 kg
Description: Takes more inspiration from Tranquill and Pidove. Males have peacock like pink feathers attract humans to give it food. Females are still a dull colour, but with a pink hue. This was once the default evolution of Unfezant, but urban influence made them adapt.
Competitive Uses: A bulky utility fairy type who can pass Wishes and Defog somewhat easily. It acomplishes this over its Eviolite pre-evolution with a much higher HP stat and a better, threatening, typing. It prevents itself from being too much of set up fodder with 50% or 100% crit Sky Snipes or phazing. Also somewhat handles Intimidaters with its bulk and crits.
Is It Overpowered?: Beautifowl faces extremely heavy moveslot syndrome, unable to use many of its utility options, and mostly locked into mono-STAB. Sky Snipe's perfect crit is appealing, but is heavily resisted (Steel resists both STABs) and comes off a relatively weak stat/type. Its role as a U-Turn user (and Defogger) is hampered by a Rocks weakness.

The information would be added in the spreadsheet at tomorrow. In the meanwhile, you can discuss about any of the winners. I will announce the next slate at either tomorrrow or the next day.
Pre-Evolution: Toucannon
Pokémon Name: Koukaboom (Kaboom + Koucan (Hawaiian of Toucan))
Pokémon Typing:
Abilities: Intimidate / Skill Link | Sheer Force (HA)
Stats: 100 HP / 130 Atk / 110 Def / 55 SpA / 90 SpD / 60 Spe | 555 BST
New Moves: Pecking Fury, Flare Blitz, Iron Head, Double-Edge, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Self-Destruct, Explosion
Custom Elements: Pecking Fury (Flying-type Bullet Seed clone.)
Height + Weight: 1.7 m, 58 kg
Description: The beak of Koukaboom now have a darker red tip, and the irises become red. Although its feathers now sports darker red feathers and the yellow feathers become longer, it now sports a notably confident and smug expression compared to the grumpier Toucannon's perpetual expression. The wings also have bright yellow tips on the frontal side, which brights when using certain moves such as Flare Blitz, Beak Blast and Explosion.
Competitive Uses: Be it a set up wallbreaker (Skill Link, Sheer Force) or a physical wall (Intimidate), Koukaboom isn't someone you wanna mess with. Its signature move, Pecking Fury, is made for Skill Link, as it allows it to put a headache into anything that doesn't resist Flying. Steel-types coming at you? It got both Earthquake and Flare Blitz, which means that not even Heatran would stand much of a chance, especially if Koukaboom is healthy, and Sheer Force + Flare Blitz means Steel-type switching in is absolutely out of question. Intimidate, alongside its good Physical bulk, can make life difficult for even Physical wallbreakers, as Koukaboom can just heal off with Roost for the defensive movesets, and Beak Blast that inflict burn against contact abusers doesn't make the situation any better (unless the contact user is a Fire-type).
Is It Overpowered?: It is slow, so faster Special Attacking threats (especially with super effective STABs) can make a quick work out of Koukaboom, though since it can use Earthquake, Electric-type isn't the best unless you are Zapdos... but Skill Link Rock Blast will likely beat that one from a boosted Koukaboom. Burn/Toxic/Paralysis (doesn't work against Rest Koukaboom) and Intimidate can also stick a severe wrench into its gears, and Stealth Rocks can whittle its HP pretty quickly if switched in. While it can be unpredictable because of its three useful Abilities, its Normal/Flying isn't really the best for either offensive or defensive roles, and as such it compete with Landorus-T, Zapdos and Celesteela that have better typing, but doesn't have more Abilities thus made them more predictable (or Landorus-T not really a master of all in comparison).
