Vileplume + Bellossom: MegaFlareon
Victreebel: Samtendo09

Yeah since its for the tiebreaker. Anyone who already voted can still vote for tiebreaker, I should say it the next time another tiebreaker happens. Anyways, thank you, G-Luke! Trouble is that MegaFlareon's isn't part of the tiebreaker, but rather between Demon Dragon and me.

In up to the next hour (or tomorrow) I will announce the winners (hoping G-Luke will use his tiebreak vote correctly for the Vileplume + Bellossom evolution).

Alright, its been yesterday and I will announce the winners of the triple tiebreaker!

Vileplume + Bellossom: Samtendo09 2 - 1 Demon Dragon
Victreebel: Samtendo09 3 - 0 Demon Dragon
Jumpluff: Spook 2 - 1 Samtendo09

Congratulations to my Hasseloom (Vileplume evo), Keithiiful (Bellossom evo) and Threethrus (Victreebel evo), as well as Spooks' Awaymbel (Jumpluff evo)!

Pre-Evolution: Vileplume
Pokémon Name: Hasseloom (Rafflesia hasseltii + Bloom)
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: Chlorophyll | Corrosive (HA)
Stats: 100 HP / 70 Atk / 85 Def / 125 SpA / 100 SpD / 60 Spe | 540 BST
New Moves: Toxic Spikes, Acid Spray, Sludge Wave, Earth Power, Taunt, Torment
Custom Elements: None
Height + Weight: 1.8 m, 24.6 kg
Description: Hasseloom's petals become much larger and Hasseloom's body become taller, with the hands and feet being colored like the petals. Leaves also started to sprout again since it was a Gloom, and are under the petals, some of which cover the eyes.
Competitive Uses: Hasseloom can functions as a wall or a wallbreaker with a strong Special Attack and is able to use Taunt. It is also able to use Earth Power, something that most other Grass/Poison (including Mega Venusaur) doesn't have, and allows Hasseloom to punish switch in of Fire-types that lacks Flying, or exploit Chlorophyll much more safely with Earth Power as a much needed coverage. It can run Corrosive instead and inflict Toxic on even Toxapex, Ferrothorn and other walls and bulky threats who would be otherwise immune to Toxic.
Is It Overpowered?: By itself, Hasseloom is still slow, and can be revenge killed quite easily. Although it can use Strength Sap to quickly recover health, it is unreliable against threats with poor Attack. Even with Earth Power, there is still Flying, Ice and Psychic threats that Hasseloom would not be able to fend off so easily, with Skarmory and Celesteela being the biggest problems it could face. Mega Charizard Y deserves special mention as it doesn't even need to worry about Earth Power, but if Hasseloom runs Chlorophyll, it can greatly backfire because of the speed boost for Hasseloom from the sun if Mega Charizard Y had weakened HP. Tapu Lele can OHKO with just a Psyshock or Psychic thanks to Psychic Terrain, but never wants to switch in because of Sludge Bomb STAB.

Pre-Evolution: Bellossom
Pokémon Name: Keithiiful (Rafflesia keithii+ beautiful)
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: Solar Power | Dancer (HA)
Stats: 100 HP / 95 Atk / 80 Def / 100 SpA / 125 SpD / 40 Spe | 540 BST
New Moves: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Earth Power, Fire Punch, Ember, Flame Charge, Overheat, Heat Wave, Fiery Dance, Fire Spin, Inferno
Custom Elements: None
Height + Weight: 1.5 m, 32.4 kg
Description: Keithiiful become considerably taller and the red flowers starts to spin so fast that it turns into fiery flowers. The yellow petals turns into yellow sunflowers (similar to a Sunflora) and the arms become quite longer, with the hands having three short fingers.
Competitive Uses: Not being weak to Fire is easily a boon for a Solar Power wallbreaker in a Sun team, especially with Quiver Dance into consideration. It can also deploy support with Aromatherapy and Sleep Powser/Stun Spore, with Sap Strength being used as a recovery move. Like Hasseloom, it also gained access to Earth Power, allowing it to take down opposing Fire-type and Steel-types like Heatran.
Is It Overpowered?: Even after one Quiver Dance or two, Keithiiful can get outrunned by Choice Scarf users and naturally fast Pokemon like Mega Alakazam, and as it is very slow by itself, it can get revenge killed easily without Quiver Dance. 100 / 95 Physical bulk isn't that impressive when you take Physical wallbreakers into consideration, so it must set up with Quiver Dance if it wants to stop them with Strength Sap (and even so, Priority is a thing, alongside Defiant). None of its Grass STAB are consistently reliable (Solar Beam is only real effective under the sun, Giga Drain can recover HP but is weak, and Leaf Storm reduce its Special Attack by 2 upon a hit).

Pre-Evolution: Victreebel
Pokémon Name: Threethrus (Corruption of treacherous, and also include the word tree or three.)
Pokémon Typing:

Abilities: Chlorophyll | Gluttony (HA)
Stats: 80 HP / 110 Atk / 70 Def / 110 SpA / 70 SpD / 100 Spe | 540 BST
New Moves: Earth Power, Crunch, Bite, Bulldoze, Earthquake, Wood Hammer, Gunk Shot, Toxic Spikes, Pursuit, Acid Spite
Custom Elements: Acid Spite (Special Attacking Pursuit clone)
Height + Weight: 2.9 m, 40.6 kg
Description: Threethrus's leaves that are on its bottom body transforms into dark green root-like appendages, with extra leaves at the end of each of the two. There is another root-like appendage sprouting out of its behind as well. The teeth are more numerous and pronounced, and the tail become sharper and splits into three ends.
Competitive Uses: A base 100 Speed can make it lightning quick in the sun with Chlorophyll, and Gluttony allows for early consumption for Salac Berry. With Growth, it can become quite a demon in a Sun team as it allows for insane mixed wallbreaking or sweeping while the sun lasts. Just like Hasseloom, it can now learn Earth Power (alongside Earthquake for physical variants) to take care of most pesky Steel-types and Fire-types. Acid Spite works like Pursuit and allows Threethrus to take down, or at least heavily damage, anything that is weak to Poison.
Is It Overpowered?: It is still frail thus easy to revenge kill and cannot survive from more than a few hits. Even with Strength Sap, Special Attackers still fare much better against it, and the likes of Pelipper and Mega Charizard Y will have no problems dealing with Threethrus (although if Threethrus have Chlorophyll, don't Mega Evolve Charizard lest it will outspeed Charizard because of the sun). Although difficult to outspeed in the sun or after a Salac Berry boost, it can get hurt by Priority moves without Psychic Terrain support.
Pre-Evolution: Jumpluff
Pokémon Name: Awaymbel
Type:

Abilities
: Chlorophyll/Aerilate (Unburden)
Stats: 75 / 105 / 80 / 75 / 95 / 125 | BST: 555
New Moves: Bramble Roll, Spiky Shield, Fake Out
Custom Elements: Bramble Roll: Grass-type Take Down clone. Sets a Layer of Spikes if it misses.
Description: Awaymbel is covered in brambles, resembling a tumbleweed. It still floats, and it's eyes peek out from inside the brambles.
Competitive Uses: Awaymbel is just what it needs to be. a fast physical attacker who can dish out and amazing Acrobatics at will. Normal Gem + Fake Out into Acrobatics or Bramble Roll is great on both an Aerilate and an Unburden set.
Enjoy at least some discussion before I could make a big announcement later on!

From this slate on, it will be permanently free-for-all within the range of the remaining To-Do List. In other words, you can now make up to 4 submissions for any of the following Pokemon;

Talonflame (499 BST), Gothitelle (490 BST), Reuniclus (490 BST), Exploud (490 BST), Staraptor (485 BST), Scolipede (485 BST), Clefable (483 BST), Pidgeot (479 BST), Wigglytuff (435 BST), Azumarill (420 BST), Vivillon (411 BST), Beautifly + Dustox (Beautifly is 395 BST, while Dustox, for some reasons, is 385 BST), Butterfree (395 BST), Beedrill (395 BST}

Dusknoir (510 BST), Electivire (540 BST), Leavanny (500 BST), Luxray (523 BST), Meganium (525 BST), Poliwrath* + Politoed (510 BST and 500 BST respectively), Slaking (670 BST), Ampharos (510 BST), Walrein (530 BST)

*Included which despite being PU ranked, it is because Poliwrath is part of the Poliwag's line (which Politoed is part of). This is done to keep consistency for the entire Poliwag line.

As a reminder, Pokemon that were already part of a branched evolutionary line (i.e. Poliwrath and Politoed) must have the same the same BST. And since this is a FFA slate (and it will be like this too in future slates), there's no real extra rules, but I will suggest to ensure that your evolutions still have some reminiscence of the respective "pre-evos".

Azumarill, Clefable and maybe Reuniclus are those who are best likely to benefit the Eviolite item, but if one of them proved to be overpowered (or just far too overcentralizing) because of Eviolite, they will end up being banned and the respective Evolution may likely act as the "replacement".

That being said, I need to say that the evos' BST range should be between 500 to 570 (you can go 600 if your Evo's type combination would be really bad, but do it at your risk), but no lower than your destinied pre-evo (i.e. BST cannot be lower than Poliwrath's 510 and Politoed's 500).

Pre-Evolution: Dustox
Pokémon Name: Grothic
Pokémon Typing: Grass / Poison
Abilities: Wonder Skin / Regenerator
Stats: 75 HP / 65 Atk / 90 Def / 85 SpA / 125 SpD / 60 Spe | 500 BST
New Moves: Cotton Spore, Razor Leaf, Seed Bomb, Grass Knot, Leaf Storm, Synthesis, Ingrain, Sleep Powder, Stun Spore, Camouflage, Toxic Spikes
Custom Elements:
Height + Weight: 20 BP from Low Kick.
Description: Dustox's exposure to plant life (via the Mossy Rock) has caused it to steal foilage for its defensive purposes. Its wings have grown thicker, with purple flowers replacing Dustox's former red spots. Its purple main body has vines protecting it and sprouting out.
Competitive Uses: Grothic acts as a Mega Venusaur that doesn't take up a Mega Slot, that is more offensive than Amoongus. 60 Speed allows it to slow pivot out of Magnerna, even if it can't damage Magnerna too well directly. Regenerator allows Grothic to continuously check Greninja, Rotom-W, etc. without losing as much momentum as Venusaur, which can easily be underestimated by the opponent. Use of U-Turn preserves momentum and prevents it from being setup bait unlike its Grass/Poison competition. Wonder Skin prevents Taunt and lets it Roost/ set Toxic Spikes, though this role is mainly for flavour with no physical bulk.
Is It Overpowered?: Grothic is still 2KO'd by Heatran’s Magma Storm and other strong SE hits. RegenVest variants are pressured by (and setup bait for) most physical attackers who aren't Grass type. It shares a weakness to Psychic with Toxapex preventing it from making too effective of a Regen core, abusable by Mega Zam and Tapu Lele (though U-Turn makes Dustox not completely useless). Lower Defense, usage of Vest, and lack of Leech Seed or good offensive presence outside of SE hits still give Venusaur-M a niche.
Movesets:
RegenVest (Dustox) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Sludge Bomb
- U-turn

Pre-Evolution: Beautifly
Pre-Evolution New Moves: Leech Life, Drill Peck, Tail Glow
Pokémon Name: Mosquiflut
Pokémon Typing: Bug / Ground
Abilities: Vacuum / Multiscale
Stats: 70 HP / 105 Atk / 55 Def / 120 SpA / 75 SpD / 105 Spe | 520 BST
New Moves: Drill Root, Mud Shot, Leech Life, Tail Glow, Drill Peck, Horn Leech, Swords Dance
Custom Elements:
Vacuum: User gains 1.3* HP and deals 1.1* Damage with Draining Moves.
Drill Root: 75BP Ground Physical Type Draining Move.
Height + Weight:
Description: Mosquiflut uses an earth fortified sucker to supplement its prevolved aggressive nature, draining the life from enemies and flowers alike. It now also preys on insects and nutrients from the ground, sucking it up if plants don't give enough on their own. Hoenn's warm climate and lucrative human targets have caused it to become a major pest throughout its native region, though it doesn't thrive too well in Sinnoh.
Competitive Uses: Mosquiflut aims to replicate Aurumoth's (CAP) multi-setup prowess, with Quiver Dance, Tail Glow, and Swords Dance. Its high speed allows it to use Tail Glow and Swords Dance to break through slower offensive teams. Vacuum allows Mosquiflut to switch in multiple times and attack with Leech Life / Drill Root before switching out with U-Turn - those moves can also replenish Multiscale. A ground type threatens Heatran, who would wall much of the slate otherwise from typing alone.
Is It Overpowered?: Even with Multiscale, Mosquiflut's defenses are not good. It has a poor defensive typing and Multiscale is broken somewhat easily anyways. Mosquiflut's sets all have bad coverage, relying on Bug and Grass/Hidden Power for major damage. It also can't use a powerful ground attack and Multiscale, nor any Ground move stronger than HP if using Tail Glow. If using the more powerful Vacuum, it just folds to almost any attack, and without it isn't all that strong. It is also threatened by faster threats and Greninja's Water Shuriken (which ignores Multiscale)
Movesets:

Pre-Evolution: Vivillion
Pokémon Name: The Devil (WIP)
Pokémon Typing: Bug / Flying
Abilities: Shield Dust / No Guard / Aroma Veil
Stats: 100 HP / 52 Atk / 70 Def / 110 SpA / 70 SpD / 99 Spe | 501 (#) BST
New Moves: Fly Cannon, Air Slash, Moonblast
Custom Elements:
Fly Cannon: 110BP, 80% accuracy Special Bug move (Bug Hydro Pump).
Height + Weight: 20 BP Low Kick.
Description:
Competitive Uses: Vivllion is a Quiver Dancing monster. After a Sticky Web, it sets up extremely easily with No Guard Sleep Powder and hits hard.
Is It Overpowered?: 4* weak to Rocks. Lack of coverage. Frail and weak to priority and multi-hit moves. Lowish special attack. Villion finds it hard to set up without Webs because it isn't fast without a boost. Even with webs, Flyers still tank Fly Cannon and K.O low defenses. Celesteelia hard walls this.
Movesets:
Quiver Dance (Vivillon) @ Focus Sash
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

Pre-Evolution: Butterfree
Pokémon Name: Benjamin (WIP)
Pokémon Typing: Bug / Steel
Abilities: Compound Eyes / Tinted Lens
Stats: 70 HP / 115 Atk / 100 Def / 45 SpA / 70 SpD / 95 Spe | 505 BST
New Moves: Lunge, Mirror Shot, Flash Cannon, Steel Wing, Magnet Bomb, Smart Strike, Iron Tail
Height + Weight: 80 BP Low Kick
Description: Butterfree's scales have only increased in beauty with added metal, gaining a luster like no other. It required much stronger wings in order to support the metal outlining its body, gaining a large physical prowess from weight alone.
Competitive Uses: This set is aimed to abuse Tinted Lens U-Turn in all of its Mothim glory. Being nearly unresisted due to its ability, a Choice Butterfree can come in and U-Turn and threaten balance cores with ease. An immunity to Poison makes stall harder.
Is It Overpowered?: Butterfree's bulk is not all that good, even with its amazing typing. It faces competition from Mega Scizor, with the same typing, almost as neutral U-Turns (w/o Choice), and actual defensive utility. Scizor can also switch in much easier than Butterfree. Its speed is good but is still outsped by a bit of the tier, like Keldeo, Garchomp, most Mega Evolutions, etc. It also is worn down by Pursuit and Rocks, even if it isn't weak to either.
Movesets:
Choice (Butterfree) @ Choice Band / Choice Scarf
Ability: Tinted Lens
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Lunge
- Smart Strike / Sleep Powder
- Defog / Roost

Pre-Evolution: Beedrill
Pokémon Name:
Pokémon Typing: Dark / Poison
Abilities: Swarm / Sniper
Stats: 70 HP / 130 Atk / 50 Def / 35 SpA / 95 SpD / 125 Spe | 505 BST
New Moves: Meltdown, Night Slash, Slash, Air Slash, Razor Wind
Custom Elements:
Meltdown: 70BP Poison Physical move. Super effective against Steel.
Height + Weight: 40 BP from Low Kick.
Description:
Competitive Uses: Unlike the other Bugs (and its Mega), Beedrill aims to Meltdown Pokemon like Celesteela and Heatran. It also sports a much higher speed tier, threatening Kartana, Scarf Magnezone, and normal Greninja. It also works against Mega Alakazam due to its new Dark typing. It can then use Knock Off to remove items, or Night Slash Scope Lens Sniper.

Pokémon Name: Duskiller
Pokémon Typing: Ghost/Dark
Abilities: Pressure/Cursed Body/Strong Jaw
Stats: 75 / 120 / 150 / 55 / 150 / 50 | 590
New Moves: Drain Punch, Knock Off, Crunch
Height + Weight: 10'1" + 242.42lbs
Description: Gets two skeletal arms attached to its own. A dark shroud covers its entire body. The stomach mouth becomes much more jagged and and when opened, sucks in everything nearby.
Competitive Uses: Ghost and Dark handle almost all of each other's weaknesses. Greater attack stats and a reliable form of recovery makes it a much better tank. It'd effectively be OU Spiritomb.
Is It Overpowered?: It's surely tough to beat, but not invincible. Most Fairy types can shrug off its STAB attacks and recovery move and reliably strike back. Clefable is particularly annoying as it can recover better than Duskiller and handle Will-O-Wisp.

Pre-Evolution: Walrein
Pokémon Name: Tuskdra
Pokémon Typing: Water/Ice
Abilities: Ice Body/Titanic Blubber/Hibernation
Stats: 125 / 95 / 120 / 125 / 75 / 60 | 600
New Moves: Rime, Freeze-Dry, Liquidation
Custom Elements:
Titanic Blubber: Doubles Special Defense.
Hibernation: Heals 10% health for every turn asleep.
Rime: Water | Special | 60 Base Power | 30PP | 100% accuracy | 30% chance to freeze.
Height + Weight: 6'11" + 498.33lbs
Description: The tusks lengthen and small icicles sprout on them. The white fur trails down its back, down to the tail.
Competitive Uses: Very bulky for an Ice-Type. Rime is the best freezing move ever, period. Titanic Blubber and Hibernation are both great defensive abilities. Hibernation in particular is a godsend to RestTalk. Despite freeze having great potential for stall, most pokemon can't reliably use it. This one can.
Is It Overpowered?: Most Fighting pokemon can feasibly 2HKO the beast. Mega Medicham can outspeed and OHKO it outright with High Jump Kick unless it puts in Evs in defense. Breloom can counter the freeze with its toxic orb and reliably 2HKO it with bullet seed. Banded Kartana and Tapu Bulu can also do huge damage. Despite its huge defense stat, physical attacks are the way to reliably beat it.
Movesets:
Walrein @ Leftovers

Ability: Ice Body
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD

Description: Puffs up massively while a great deal of fur covers it. Gets a round shape like jiggypuff.
Competitive Uses: Physical wall. Can use Cosmic Power to boost physical bulk and patch up its special bulk. Sets up stealth rocks and uses Heal Bell and Taunt.
Is It Overpowered?: Special moves will destroy it with ease. Faster Taunt users also shut it down.
Movesets:

Stats: 100 / 65 / 70 / 110 / 100 / 90 | (535) BST
New Moves: Psyshock, Focus Blast
Height + Weight: 1.5 m / 44 kg
Description: Butterpsy awakened its latent psychic powers and uses them to devastating effect. It antennae have grown and are used to direct its psychic abilities. Its wings have grown considerably and have gained a pattern. Said pattern includes parts that look vaguely but still suspiciously like bent spoons.
Competitive Uses: Trades Tinted Lens for a unique type, Multiscale, and most importantly, stats that aren't terrible. It can use Focus Blast to hit Steel if it needs to.
Is It Overpowered?: Volcarona is less bulky, but faster and more powerful. Multiscale is broken by hazards, and unlike Dragonite it can't avoid Spikes.
Movesets: Quiver Dance + Psyshock + 2 of: Bug Buzz, Focus Blast, Roost

Is It Overpowered?:
Movesets:
I'd kindly remind that Fourth Frontier's goal is to give evos for second stage evolution Pokemon with BST lower than 500 (alongside those who are unranked). Your first three submissions still have lower than 500 BST, so I would raise them up for at least 500 or a bit higher.

Pre-Evolution: Dusknoir
Pokémon Name: Duskiller
Pokémon Typing: Ghost/Dark
Abilities: Pressure/Cursed Body/Strong Jaw
Stats: 90 / 120 / 155 / 90 / 155 / 60 | 670
Movesets:
Duskiller @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure

Adamant Nature
- Pursuit

Pre-Evolution: Walrein
Pokémon Name: Tuskdra
Pokémon Typing: Water/Ice
Abilities: Ice Body/Titanic Blubber/Hibernation
Stats: 125 / 95 / 120 / 125 / 75 / 66 | 606
Bold Nature
Ability: Ice Body
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
- Roar
- Toxic
- Rime
- Protect

Walrein @ Assault Vest
Modest Nature
Ability: Titanic Blubber
EVs: 116 HP / 252 SpA / 140 Spe

Walrein @ Leftovers

None of the Evolutions are supposed to have BST higher than 600 (you can make them exactly 600 BST but unless if it is something like Walrein's typing, I would not recommend that). I should said this before but looks like I really have to say it here. The reason is that none of the stage two evolutions have BST higher than 600 (except Slaking, who is handicapped with a too-crippling Ability), and I do not want to break this trend in fear of resulting Pokemon too powerful.

I also already mentioned in the OP that you cannot have more than one Custom Ability, same with Custom Moves. You can have one Custom Ability and one Custom Move at once, though.

Pre-Evolution: Luxray
Pokémon Name: Luxlynx
Pokémon Typing: Electric / Dark
Abilities: Strong Jaw / Intimidate / Guts
Stats: 100 HP / 125 Atk / 79 Def / 95 SpA / 79 SpD / 100 Spe | (578) BST
New Moves: +Sucker Punch, +Moonlight, +Pursuit, +Zing Zap, +Dark Pulse, +Taunt, +Foul Play
Custom Elements: N/A
Height + Weight: 1.7 m + 62 kg
Description: Luxlynx sports two tails that hang upwards, with its fur scruffier and less well kept, and its eyes shine a bright red instead of yellow. Its hind legs are also fully covered in black fur.
Competitive Uses: Luxlynx hits slightly harder than its predeccesor, but its real strength comes in its improved bulk and speed, allowing it to check a lot more threats. It also gains strong STAB priority.
Is It Overpowered?: It still faces all of the problems a physically inclined Electric type would face, in that it lacks a truly reliable physical Electric STAB above 80 BP (though Strong Jaw alleviates this somewhat). It also doesnt have a means of boosting its attack, so its still relatively weak for a wallbreaker.
Movesets:
Luxlynx @ Black Glasses
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Strong Jaw / Intimidate
Jolly Nature
- Thunder Fang / Zing Zap
- Crunch
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit / Ice Fang / Moonlight

Pre-Evolution: Exploud
Pokémon Name: Cacophlosion
Pokémon Typing: Normal
Abilities: Soundproof / Scrappy
Stats: 124 HP / 101 Atk / 73 Def / 111 SpA / 83 SpD / 78 Spe | (570) BST
New Moves: +Explosion, +Nasty Plot
Custom Elements: N/A
Height + Weight: 2.2 m + 130 kg
Description: WIP
Competitive Uses: With finally enough bulk to justify its low Speed, Cacophlosion is ready to make a loud entrance in OU. Its Boomburst boosted by Specs is absolutely bonkers, and if paired with Nasty Plot, can absolutely wreck defensive teams.
Is It Overpowered?: Even with its higher bulk, its defensive prowess isnt outstanding, and hates taking powerful hits. It doesnt help that it does not habe any resistances, and therefore lacks any defensive merit.
Movesets:
Cacophlosion @ Silk Scarf
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Scrappy
Modest Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Boomburst
- Fire Blast
- Focus Blast

Pre-Evolution: Politoed
Pokémon Name: Politide
Pokémon Typing: Water / Psychic
Abilities: Water Absorb / Synchronise / Drizzle
Stats: 110 HP / 75 Atk / 75 Def / 110 SpA / 120 SpD / 80 Spe | (570) BST
New Moves: +Psyshock, +Calm Mind, +Shadow Ball, +Zen Headbutt, +Recover
Custom Elements: N/A
Height + Weight: 1.4 m + 53.3 kg
Description: Politide has the same general body structure as its prevo, but returns to its blue main body colour with green underbelly. Its head curl is now longer and randomly twirls and spins. Its belly swirl is now more intricate and is also constantly spinning. Politide does this to hypnotize foes.
Competitive Uses: Politide can now directly compete with Pelipper without completely outclassing it, with it's Psychic typing giving it unique matchups and it having overall better bulk.
Is It Overpowered?: With the popularity of Electric types in OU and the presense of Grass types like Shiftry's final form, Politide still has several checks towards it. Tyranitar being able to easily clear Rain and Pursuit trapping it also hurts for it.

Pre-Evolution: Poliwrath
Pokémon Name: Poliwreck
Pokémon Typing: Water / Fighting
Abilities: Water Absorb / Moxie / Swift Swim
Stats: 110 HP / 115 Atk / 115 Def / 70 SpA / 100 SpD / 70 Spe | (570) BST
New Moves: +Mach Punch, +Drain Punch, +Superpower, +Close Combat, +Recover
Custom Elements: N/A
Height + Weight: 1.7 m + 74 kg
Description: Poliwreck has much more developed muscles and defined chest, with a menacing glare and a wrestling belt like structure around its waist.
Competitive Uses: Poliwreck is a powerhouse, with amazing bulk and a great typing both offensively and defensively. It can serve as a wall or it can be a wallbreaker, and can even be a secondary Rain sweeper along side of Mega Swampert, notably having a much better matchup against Tangrowth and Ferrothorn.
Is It Overpowered?: Psychic and Fairy types litter the tier, and give Poliwreck a hard time. Electric types also annoy Poliwreck, and its notable lacking speed gives offensive sets a hard time against offensive builds.

Pre-Evolution: Electivire
Pokémon Name: Electoviral (Corruption of Electric + Viral)
Type: Electric
Abilities: Motor Drive (A1), Sheer Force (HA)
Stats: 80 (+5) / 133 (+10) / 77 (+10) / 85 (-10) / 90 (+5) / 105 (+10) | BST: 570
New Moves: Bulk Up, Swords Dance, Drain Punch, Iron Head, Zen Headbutt
Height and Weight: 2.1 m, 174.8 kg
Description: Electoviral's fur is a bit less prominent after evolving from Electivire, but the tuft of it head when it was an Electabuzz had sprouted back, with a bit more numerous spikes and the tallest one have a red tip. The wire-like tails are also larger and the tip sprouts two extra plug-shaped spikes as well.
Competitive Uses: With Sheer Force and access to Bulk Up or Swords Dance, Electoviral become a serious Electric-type wallbreaker, with a slightly higher than average Speed allowing to be a sweeper as well. Although most of its Physical moves aren't particularly powerful, Sheer Force can power-up the likes of Elemental Punches, Iron Head, Rock Slide and Zen Headbutt, thus giving their power to a more affordable level. This will put severe pressure on multiple Pokemon weak to Electric-type, especially the likes of Toxapex and Skarmory, and with Ice Punch and higher-than-average Speed, Zapdos and Landorus-T should not risk a switch-in.
Is It Overpowered?: The reason it wouldn't be is because its Physical bulk remains weak, which means Earthquake remains big trouble, as well as very unlikely to survive from neutral powerful physical attacks from boosted threats. 105 Speed alone isn't all that impressive and Choice Scarf users or naturally faster threats like Greninja, or especially Mega Swampert when the rain weather is active, can easily take it down once Electoviral is worn down. Burn, Intimidate (unless if setting up beforehand) and Toxic can give it hard time as well.
It also face competition with Tapu Koko, who can set up a free Electric Terrain thanks to Electric Surge and is much faster as well, although Electoviral do compensate with a naturally stronger Attack, bigger coverage, able to Set-Up and have Sheer Force. It may also face competition with Gorochu does to better Electric STAB in the form of Volt Tackle and have a dual STAB.

Pre-Evolution: Dusknoir
Pokémon Name: Duskreap (Dusk + Creep + Reaper)
Type: Ghost | Dark
Abilities: Pressure (A1), Reaper (HA)
Stats: 65 (+20) / 115 (+15) / 135 / 55 (-10) / 135 / 50 (+5) | BST: 555
New Moves: Swords Dance, Knock Off, Slash, Shadow Claw, Sucker Punch, Shadow Scythe, Poison Jab
Custom Elements: Reaper (Ability, clone of Scrappy; enables Ghost-type moves to hit Normal-type Pokemon), Shadow Scythe (Ghost-type clone of Leech Life; Physical)
Height + Weight: 2.5 m, 154.6 kg
Description: Upon evolution, Duskreap develop two scythers, one of each arm, and the belly-mouth is perperually opened. The head is significantly changed into a red and blue eldritch eye, with the top of its head turns into a sharply toothy mouth. The tail is splitted into a long robe, like a reaper's traditional clothing. The other "eyes" of its body turns into the same colors of the main eldritch eye.
Competitive Uses: It can either play as a PP Stall, thanks to slightly improved HP allowing abuse of Pain Split, or a bulky attacker with Shadow Scyther that allows it to recover HP. Swords Dance can be used to wallbreak or, in a Trick Room team, to sweep, and this can stack well with Shadow Sneak and/or Sucker Punch for revenge killing. Improved Attack means that Duskreap can abuse the aforementioned attacks and Pursuit much better. Reaper can be used for offensive Duskreap to hit Normal-type with Shadow Sneak and Shadow Scythe. Having only one weakness means that it cannot be pressured very easily other than Fairy-type.
It also retained Dusknoir's access for Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Earthquake and Thunder Punch, making it difficult to guess what coverage it will run.
Is It Overpowered?: Duskreap is still slower than many OU threats and speed ties with Chansey, meaning that it can be easily revenge killed outside of Trick Room, unless if the supposed revenge killer is easily damaged enough for Duskreap to finish it off with either Shadow Sneak or Sucker Punch, both of which can be stopped by Psychic Terrain. Its base Attack of 115 isn't all that powerful, and none of its Moves are particularly powerful, which means a few Physical Walls like Skarmory can wall it unless Duskreap had setted up like crazy with Swords Dance, although they cannot wall a defensive Duskreap with Rest.

Pokemon with Scrappy such as Mega Lopunny can also threaten Duskreap with Fighting-type moves. Tapu Koko and Tapu Lele can greatly threaten Duskreap with their Fairy-type STABs, but Tapu Lele should not switch into any of its Ghost-type moves except for Shadow Sneak, and neither wants to get hit by Poison Jab, especially if Duskreap have set-up beforehand. Mimikyu with Disguise active can outlast Duskreap by setting up Swords Dance and then use Play Rough, but can be hindered if Burned. Burn and Intimidate can also hamper an offensive Duskreap, but otherwise doesn't do much on a defensive Duskreap.

Pre-Evolution: Talonflame
Pokémon Name: Bazascorch (Bazas + Scorch)
Type: Fire | Flying
Abilities: Flame Body (A1), Gale Wings (HA)
Stats: 78 / 117 (+36) / 71 / 54 (-20) / 79 (+10) / 140 (+14) | BST: 539
New Moves: Talon Claws, Brick Break, Drill Run, Metal Claws, Iron Head, Steel Wings, Wild Charge
Custom Elements: Talon Claws (Flying-type clone of Quick Attack; Physical)
Height + Weight: 1.7 m, 37.8 kg
Description: Upon evolution, Bazascorch’s tip of the head start to ablaze, the talons are notably larger, the black mark of Bazascorch’s face are longer and wider, and the beak is slightly longer and sharper. The underbelly feathers are now darker, and the feather tails are now light blue instead.
Competitive Uses: Bazascorch is designed to play much closer Talonflame’s playstyle back in Gen 6 while now having firepower to work even without the nerfed Gale Wings, with Talon Claws, although weak, always give priority regardless of Bazascorch’s HP. Brick Break, Iron Head and Drill Run are added as coverage moves against Rock-types that can take a hit from Bazascorch’s main STABs. Wild Charge also helps Bazascorch to fend off most Water-type threat as well, especially after setting up with a Swords Dance. It can also use U-Turn for momentum.
Is It Overpowered?: It retain a crippling 4x weakness of Rock, meaning that Stealth Rocks still poses a huge threat to Bazascorch if not handled carefully. Some walls like Toxapex can also wall Bazascorch even with Super Effective coverage moves, while Rock-type Pokemon that can take a Brick Break, Iron Head or Drill Run can revenge kill. Priority move, especially Extreme Speed, Aqua Jet and Accelerock, are also effective against Bazascorch because of its frailty, but Sucker Punch may not be the ideal choice if Bazascorch will use its own Talon Claws. It also faces competition with Mega Charizard X as a Fire-type set up sweeper, but Bazascorch can work as a revenge killer does to higher Speed and having Talon Wings instead.

Pardon my double-posting but considering that nothing else is going on, voting phase is open.

Because this slate is FFA (and so are later slates), the voting phase will be handled differently:
  • You may vote for up to five submissions (a paired submission counts as one submission).
  • You may not self-vote more than for two of your own submissions, and not as the only votes you will cast.
  • Top 3 votes will be the winners. If up to two submissions get tied for first, second or third, both submissions wins. If there's more than one, then a short tiebreaker will take place.
  • To vote, specify the submission alongside the user to make it easier for me to find them for compiling votes and for seeking info about the submissions in question. Example: Submission Name or "Pre-Evo" Name (User), such as Gorochu (Actual Evo)/Raichu ("Pre-Evo) (User).

When will this be concluded? If you keep delaying in the attempt to obtain votes, the Pet Mod will die. Sometimes you have to roll with what you get.

Height + Weight: 6’ 3” + 148.5lbs
Description: Gothitelle’s dress grows into a queen’s ensemble, huge and covered in frills. Her hair morphs into a hairstyle similar to Marie-Antoinette. Her psychic powers grow by a insane margin but the cumbersome dress is somewhat harder to walk in.
Competitive Uses: Gothereine functions as a great Trick Room attacker. The only that outspeeds it is Ferrothorn. Assault Vests also offer great help, but it costs the goth Recover and Will-O-Wisp. Its bulk in general makes
Is It Overpowered?: It has a 4x weakness to Bug, no resistances, and abysmal speed. Despite the mon’s defenses, a strong supereffective will still be more than it can handle. Volcorona and Heracross can OHKO it more often than not.

Description: The amniotic fluid gets thicker and Embrain gets more control over it.
Competitive Uses: Embrain takes everything Reuniclus had. Solid typing, bulk, and access to great abilities and Recover and takes them to their logical extreme.
Is It Overpowered?: Taunt users such as Heatran, Tapu Lele, and Tapu Fini prevent Reuniclus from using any of its status moves and can thus prevent it from sweeping. Trick users such as Victini and Hoopa-U can cripple Reuniclus. It also gets outsped by everything outside of Trick Room. 4MSS is also a problem.

Pre-Evolution: Electivire
Pokémon Name: Electoviral (Corruption of Electric + Viral)
Type: Electric
Abilities: Motor Drive (A1), Sheer Force (HA)
Stats: 80 (+5) / 133 (+10) / 77 (+10) / 80 (-15) / 90 (+5) / 110 (+15) | BST: 570

It also face competition with Tapu Koko, who can set up a free Electric Terrain thanks to Electric Surge, have dual STAB and is much faster as well, although Electoviral do compensate with a naturally stronger Attack, bigger coverage, able to Set-Up and have Sheer Force.

Pre-Evolution: Meganium
Pokémon Name: Crownerial (Corruption of the flower name Crown Imperial)
Type: Grass | Dragon
Abilities: Overgrow (A1), Pine Coat* (HA)
Stats: 100 (+20) / 82 / 125 (+20) / 83 / 125 (+20) / 70 (-10) | BST: 575
New Moves: Restore, Draco Meteor, Dragon Hammer, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Tail, Roar, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Stun Spore, Floral Healing
Custom Elements: Pine Coat (Ability, clone of Water Absorb; immunity to Ice-type moves; when hit by one, restore 25% of max HP.)
Height + Weight: 2.3 m, 251.7 kg
Description: Upon evolution, Crownerial developed more leaves from the forehead, shaping like a crown and the design resembles of the Crown Imperial flower. The petals on the next, in turn, transform into one layer of darker pink petals and a second layer of pink petals, similar to a Columbine flower. The antennas also sprouted flowers from the tip, which resembles the Globe Thistle flowers.
Competitive Uses: Improved bulk means that Crownerial have a much more defined role than the master-of-none Meganium; it can run as a wall with Leech Seed + Recover/Synthesis, or as a cleric with Aromatherapy, giving support such as Reflect and Light Screen, or phaze with Dragon Tail or Roar. With Pine Coat, most attacking Water-types such as Greninja and Mega Swampert can't retaliate with Ice-type moves, and also put a wrench into Mamoswine, Weavile and Avalugg (plus winner Ice-type Third Evolutions) by being able to switch into their Ice-type STAB. Three double-resistances of Water, Grass and Electric tells nothing good for Pokemon that relies on STAB out of these moves, either, combining with Crownerial's powerful bulk.
Is It Overpowered?: Five weaknesses of Flying, Poison, Bug, Dragon and Fairy are nothing good, especially with Flying having more threats of Barfowl and Bazascorch, and it faces competition with Tangrowth who have access to Regenerator and Ferrothorn for superior defensive typing, as well as Baliaqua who is far from passive. Although most non-Grass types do not want to get hit by Stun Spore, Hasseloom, Threethrus, Awaymbel and Kartana are immune to it, and Stun Spore have a notable chance to miss.

Re-subbing Electoviral and Duskreap while adding a new one for Meganium. If any of these sounds too powerful, please warns me.
