Gen 3 Doing Pretty Well

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 28 Spd / 228 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Thunderbolt

I needed something that could take sleep and make a good lead.

Skarmory (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP / 48 Atk / 192 Def / 16 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Spikes
- Substitute
- Whirlwind

Just a standard spiker, physical wall and phazer. Substitute helps alieviate having to Whirlwind turn 1 and takes away having to have a ghost to keep spikes up.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 172 HP / 176 Spd / 160 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Surf

Prevents spikes from ever hitting my side of the field, takes status, can do major damage to most switches except Blissey or Regice.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Wish

Standard special wall. With Roar Swampert and Substitute Skarmory Wish was neccessary. Toxic helps to catch the most common switch of Tyranitar and the rest is self explanatory. Ice Beam for Gengar coverage and Seismic Toss is just basic.

Swampert (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 16 Atk / 156 Def / 76 SAtk / 8 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Roar

Rock resist, bulky water and phazer. Not much to say about him.

Heracross (F) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Swarm
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide
- Substitute
- Swords Dance

Late game sweeper, can come in any time there is no Skarmory on the opponents team though. Jolly nature because things like Aerodactly can still come in and beat it when it is Adamant which is not good.

Quite solid imo, being that it's standard.

I would suggest Claydol over Starmie though, as you have nothing else to beat Tar other than Pert, and with no way for it to recover (except lefties) it'll wear down eventually after enough RS/EQs.

Meh, I think he was going for pseudo-suispikes with skarm/pert. So, I didn't suggest he change it.

Well, Claydol is better for tanking/immune to spikes/able to use support moves, but Starmie is better if you need a late game cleaner, so it really depends on KY.

Gengar (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 100 HP / 60 Atk / 212 Spd / 136 SAtk
Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Explosion
- Hypnosis
- Ice Punch
- Thunderbolt

EVs: 100 HP / 132 Atk / 212 Spd / 16 SAtk
Mild Nature (+SAtk, -Def)

Same stats, 48 extra EVs. I'd recommend lowering your HP, anyway, and just dropping in some more Special Attack or something. Use at least 4 more Speed EVs for the base 105s (Electabuzz, really, since you might as well if you're right there).

Skarmory (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP / 48 Atk / 192 Def / 16 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Substitute
- Spikes
- Whirlwind

Starmie @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 172 HP / 176 Spd / 160 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Surf
- Thunderbolt

I'd use Ice Beam on this team. You have Skarmory to take Gyarados and Swampert to stop DDMence, but Swampert is also trying to block DDTar, so you could reduce the strain on it with Ice Beam here. Also helps against Celebi and the like a bit.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled
- Thunder Wave

I'd use something over Thunder Wave. Counter is my favorite. The reason is that most of your Pokemon don't care too much about being slow or are already fast. Thunder Wave helps against DDMence, I guess, but why not just use Ice Beam for the additional Gengar coverage, then? Thunder Wave works better if you have stuff like Rhydon or Marowak imo.

Swampert (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 16 Atk / 156 Def / 4 Spd / 76 SAtk / 16 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Roar

Rawr! Might as well max HP instead of going 240.

Heracross (F) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Swarm
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide
- Substitute
- Swords Dance

Do you have Adamant or Jolly? It says Adamant, but it also says +Spd.

Are you sure about needing Jolly on Heracross? Max speed with Adamant is 269 which goes to 403 after Salac boost..

Yeah, only +Speed Electrode and Ninjask are faster than Adamant Heracross after its Salac, and Jolly Ninjask is still faster than Jolly Salac Heracross.
