First of all, I don't see anything on this beast that would create spores and second of all, crippling speed would be a bit overpowering.

But some of these option don't really have a middleground where simple condition(s) like your could be accepted. Most of these question are simple "choose the option(s) you like" or "simple yes or no answer". Adding something like "yes but if only..." into your vote make it harder for whoever is counting these votes.....

....although since I'm the one that have to count all these votes, I could really just count your vote and others that do the same thing you did as a simple "yes/no" answer, which is really just that.

Well, for mine at least, it'd be like this: If the first question ends up with anything winning other than "None", then I don't want Flare Blitz and Wood Hammer usable together.

Reason for that is Flare Blitz and Dragon Dance are breedable from Charizard, and Curse and Wood Hammer are both breedable from Torterra. The other two are TMs. So basically either "base line" dual STAB, or "base line" single STAB + stat upper. Shouldn't have both.

If you'd rather it be a simple yes/no, just say how long until the poll ends, I'll see how things look myself, and edit in how it would end up so you don't have to.

Dragon Dance is the best option imo. If its speed or attack were higher, than I would change this vote, but Dragon Dance is perfectly fine with these stats.

I think it is impossible, but they shouldn't be accessable at the same time. That would be too much. One at time it fine with me however.

Stun Spore would be giving it too much imo. Many pokemon learn Reflect/Light Screen, but it shouldn't be a problem on this guy.

No preference here really, so I'd be fine with no recovery.

Zap Cannon is too unreliable to prove to be that big of a threat, charge beam is okay with me, and Leaf Storm would be doing to much without a boost, and even then, it would be negated with a -2 drop.

But, Dragon Dance + Wood Hammer should be illegal, so I first off this should not be in the ground egg group, then Flare Blitz can be a level up/heart scale move, and both Wood Hammer and Dragon Dance can be egg moves. If this thing is in the dragon and plant egg groups for example, then it will only be able to get Flare Blitz + Dragon Dance from Charizard, and only be able to get Wood Hammer from like Abomasnow or something, making Wood Hammer + Flare Blitz possible, but Wood Hammer + Dragon Dance illegal. This way, things like Gyarados and Gliscor become better counters and checks against Dragon Dance versions of this thing.

It sounds like to me that you're voting for both options but is leaning more towards no at the moment.

Polls are usually one-three days long so I don't really see a need to post that in every poll. Then it comes down to having little to no votes within like 4-6 hours apart from each other, then I'll do the count.

I don't see any problem with dragon dance if it can't get Wood Hammer at the same time. The only pokemon DD really threatens is Tyranitar.

No, he's saying count the total number of people voting, and then divide out how many votes each thing gets by the total number of voters. Anything with 50% or more would make it in.

This means that multiple options, or no options at all, can make it in from a particular group.

So say the following were total numbers (completely made up off the top of my head):
Total Voters - 100
Move A - 20
Move B - 60
Move C - 54
Move D - 47

Moves B and C would make it, as they have over 50% wanting them. Moves A and D would not, as more people did not want them than those who did.

If then, for example, the following occured instead (or on another part):
Total Voters - 100
Move A - 20
Move B - 40
Move C - 14
Move D - 37

None of the moves would make it in, as none of them had more "aye" votes than "nay" votes.

This obviously doesn't apply to "this or that" options like the Flare Blitz/Wood Hammer choice, but only to "add or drop" type votes (such as this vote's Stat Ups and Alt Type Attacks).

I think that for now we assume Wood Hammer and Flare Blitz are together, and then we maybe hold a runoff poll to decide if they will be illegal together or not.

Personally, I think we just test it with both accessible and only then should we make them illegal together.
