Why not make a poll? If a significant amount of people want Darkrai tested, then it gets put to Colin and stuff works out like that. If not, then no-one's wasted anyone's time. By "significant amount I mean ~65% in favour either way.

Pokémon with Double Team and Minimise is a different game to Pokémon without. It just depends on what game you'd rather be playing. I should think the sensible thing to do is to keep it banned - this is a competitive play forum, and relying on luck to win has never been a competitive strategy.

Half of this game is luck. Acupressure isn't used competitively because it's not a competitive move, not because a 1/7 chance of +2 to evasion is gamebreaking. When you use a move like Acupressure, you're taking a risk, which you may or may not be rewarded for - if you don't get anything useful...

It sounds like a really cool idea until you realise that they're all pretty much going to be sharing half their moves with every other member of the team, which makes for a cool theme team which won't be competitive.

How do I breed a Slowking with Nasty Plot and Slack Off? Can I raise a Slowpoke to level 39, have it learn Slack Off, then trade it with a King's Rock for a Slowking that will learn Nasty Plot on evolution? Or do I have to breed two Slowpokes that both know it?

Is there any reason the level-up movepool is this big? Is this the proposed final movepool, or is there room for additions/deletions? This feels like it learns too many moves, and those moves too frequently (when other pokemon learn 1 move maybe ever 10 levels, sometime 2 within 10 levels)...
