Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Turtle Beeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaach!!! I have a cheap set but they haven't let me down. Though changing the volume on mine is weird I don't know if that issue is still there with the more expensive models.
I'm going to miss the clastrophobic corridors that made up Bioshock 1 & 2, but I have a feeling that this game will feel similarly confined most of the time seeing as it is a similarly hostile environment. Though I'm curious to see if flying will be incorperated in any way, I have a feeling...
My favorite as of late has been Desert Punk as I just watched through the whole series last week. But honestly I'm not much of an Anime guy, I much prefer manga, I just feel like something is lost when It's put into Anime form, but thats just personal opinion. As far as manga is concerned my...
I'm saying to use Heatran as an SR user, not the lead.
@ TheLegendKiller
I'm just saying that Heatran and Machamp get good synergy also that Heatran makes it easier to set up SR earlier in the game. Also I'm not saying to get rid of Swampert, maybe repurpose Swampy and swap something out...
This isn't a thourough rate but I would have to say that as far as SR go you really need to go with Heatran, personally the best set for this is the Smogon ShucaTran set, also if you go with this you don't have to risk going up against Azelf, which more and more often are carrying LO and...
I've tested out several of the suggestions I've been given. Flygon isn't viable as it leaves the team too vulnerable with three Choice users, although it is powerful It's a risk that did lose me battles.
@ apologies
The new EV set on Dragonite works wonders.
@ IBanez
Rotom-W is a...
I've made another varient of this team on Shoddy with Choice Scarf Flygon instead of Dragonite, and Rotom-H instead of Rotom-C. This team hasn't lost since I made the swap but I'm a bit wary of the fact that I now have three Choice users on the team and I've noticed that I'm now more vulnerable...
** Updates in this format.
This is my latest OU team, within the past few days that I've employed it I've seen a massive jump in my CRE and only see it going up, starting from a low point due to months of inactivity. At the moment I'm hovering about 1200 (unimpressive) as I've been lazy in my...
Lol @ me, I didn't notice the post above me when this was posted. x'P
As far as all of the Pokémon you say you have trouble with Rotom-H can take all of them relatively well. Though you will have to watch out for Lucario with Crunch so I would suggest the Choice Scarf variant, like so...
I'm not really sure why you would make a team such as this without TTar... So here I go tearing through it limb-from-limb... :'|
Tyranitar @ Lum Berry
Ability: Sand Stream
252 HP/ 32 Atk/ 224 SpD
Nature: Adamant
-Stone Edge
-Payback
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock
This lead takes down...
You could swap one of Starmies attacks for Psychic as most lead Machamp are carrying Lum Berry and if my hunch is right a boosted LO Psychic from Starmie will OHKO, though I haven't done the number's seeing as I don't do that. Regardless It still allows a more viable option to tacking down...
Trick outpaces you because most Trick leads carry a Choice Scarf as a standard. Making Azelf's good base 115 sky high, thus outspeeding the likes of Aerodactyl. If you wanna beat Trick leads than I suggest that you run one yourself.
You should also run Protect on Gengar instead of Toxic it...
This is copied from my thread on Pokémon.Marriland, so if you recognize this team don't bash me because It is mine.
Due Process
I started thinking about making a new team and I wanted a lead that could hit many of the common leads in today's metagame and still retain some usefulness if it...
