Draco Meteor (pretty much standard on any non-legend Dragon-type)
    Thunderbolt
    Fire Blast

Gives you elemental coverage (BoltBlizz) + Draco Meteor
    Seem good?
I wish I had time to sit here and answer questions for you all day, but there's a much more efficient way to find information around here. Check out the index of OU analyses here: http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=83009. We write these to help players like you. Skim through as many analyses as you desire for relevant information and ask the players who wrote them if there's anything missing.
It's a gimmick at best. Even with as much physical bulk and support options as possible, you're not getting the spin on Jellicent, and Gengar can check you unless it's Raining. The best Rapid Spinners in the tier are Forretress and Excadrill, since Forretress can Volt Switch out of Ghosts and into a Pokemon that can handle it, while Excadrill forces switches with its mere presence, and it's a safe bet Gengar or Jellicent won't try to block it.
I already gave you the answer to that. It still has niche, but most players will use something that requires a little less support. If you're going to use it, carry Rapid Spin and a good physical wall to block Conkeldurr and Scizor.
There's virtually no chance of it going OU, if that's what you're referring to. It barely held onto OU even last gen where it was much better.

(Between you and me, I think its SD set has BL potential this gen. Its only good checks/counters are Arcanine, Hitmontop, and Escavalier)
Of course, Weavile's still good in this generation. But if you're going to use it, you need to understand how to use it and what it requires in order to work. See the analysis linked in my sig for details.
Instead of trying to explain it, I think it'd be much easier if you read this.
Note that despite what it says in red, the post is about Sav.
    Psychic Arceus
Latios and Latias (whenever their Soul Dew is released)

Both of them could use Psyshock well to defeat opposing Calm Minders as well as hitting special walls for decent damage.

    ...I think that's about it.
Well, that depends. What do you want Mamoswine to do? iirc it can't have egg moves w/ thick-fat.
Yes, it is. I've done it before; do you mean using them for random wifi matches and such?
