Jolly Nature
- Sticky Web
- Spore/Nuzzle/Glare
- Stone Axe/Stealth Rock
- Ceaseless Edge/Skill Swap/Destiny Bond/Memento/Spikes/Taunt
This Smeargle set aims utilizes Smeargle's flexible movepool to become an incredible suicide lead. The next move is between Spore and Nuzzle. Spore is usually the better option, as sleep is absolutely broken, but Nuzzle can be used to spread paralysis to several targets, with Glare just being Nuzzle but Tauntable, but can hit Ground-types. Stone Axe is used to set Stealth Rock while bypassing Magic Bounce, but Stealth Rock can be used as an alternative if you really hate missing. Lastly, for the last moveslot, Ceaseless Edge is the move of choice to set up Spikes while bypassing Magic Bounce, but Skill Swap can be used to be able to Skill Swap Magic Bounce off of Magic Bounce users in order to set up Sticky Web. Destiny Bond or Memento can be an alternative if you want to get out of a pinch, while Spikes is a strange alternative to Ceaseless Edge in case you hate missing. Taunt is also an option to disrupt opposing Pokemon.
Focus Sash is the standard item on this Smeargle set, allowing you to take a hit from a faster Pokemon and Spore them or set up hazards in return. However, Mental Herb + Taunt/Spore is another option, which can act as insurance against Taunt Deoxys-S, allowing you to shrug off the Taunt and then Spore or Taunt them in return. Lastly, Lum Berry is an option if you really want to cope against Stun Spore Ribombee or Spore Breloom or something.
I chose Tera Ghost for Smeargle, because while you are rarely terastallizing your Smeargle, you can tera Ghost in a pinch to block rapid spin. The other niche option is Tera Dark, granting you an immunity to Psychic, but more important, an immunity to Prankster, which can help you in certain cases.
Support Pokemon
Smeargle @ Focus Sash/Mental Herb
Ability: Own Tempo
Tera Type: Ghost/Dark
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Lunar Dance/Healing Wish/Memento
- Spore
- Knock Off/Nuzzle/Glare
- Court Change/Roar/Whirlwind/Taunt/Haze
The first moveslot is for support - you can run Lunar Dance to fully restore a near-dead mon, while Healing Wish does the same without restoring PP, but has the nice effect of being abel to be stored. Memento is just nice to just die and have a free setup opportunity. Next is Spore, which is one of the best support moves. Knock Off and Nuzzle are both nice complementary tools, with Knock Off removing items for teammates and Nuzzle offering an alternative status to spread. Glare can also be run over Nuzzle to hit Ground-Types, but then it is Tauntable and Magic Bouncable. The final moveslot is for various support moves, such as Court Change to swap hazards or maybe even Aurora Veil, Roar or Whirlwind to phaze enemies, Taunt to stop enemies from setting up or even Taunting you, and Haze to stop setup sweepers if Focus Sash is still intact.
Focus Sash is still the item of choice for Smeargle (it is still too frail), but Mental Herb is still useful for blocking Taunts if you think it necessary. Tera Ghost is still used to spinblock and provide an immunity to your only weakness, while Tera Dark is for Prankster mons.

Classic Fear set, with Feint being non-contact and +2 priority just like Extreme Speed, it's pretty good ig. Spore/Toxic for non-FEARable mons such as ghosts or lefties.
