[OVERVIEW]
Despite that gnarly Special Attack stat, Xurkitree's other stats leave a lot to be desired. A measly Speed stat mandates Sticky Web support and makes pretty much any wallbreaker or sweeper often a better choice than Xurkitree, and poor bulk hampers setup opportunities.

[SET COMMENTS]
Xurkitree can act as either a wallbreaker with Tail Glow and three attacks or a sweeper with Z-Hypnosis provided it's supported by Sticky Web. However, with such a low Speed stat, Xurkitree is rarely sweeping even with Sticky Web support; for instance, Choice Scarf Landorus-T is a very common set that ignores Sticky Web and will revenge kill +1 Xurkitree. Furthermore, it's overreliant on Hypnosis actually hitting to get an opportunity to set up. The Defense EVs let it take a Choice Band Thousand Arrows from Zygarde through Shuca Berry, but Hypnosis sets should put these EVs into Special Attack.
