The Monotype Council has voted on the second round of Quick Bans for the Pokemon Home Metagame. As a reminder, since there were 7 voters this round, the quickban threshold will be 5/7.
As a result of our most recent discussion, Urshifu-S has been banned from Monotype.

Urshifu-S It should be no surprise that we elected to ban this Pokemon. With its newfound access to Swords Dance, it has somehow become an even bigger menace. Its Dark+Fighting STAB is an unresisted combination that allows Urshifu-S to devastate slower Pokemon, while being able to pick up kills with Sucker Punch. Swords Dance also allows it to viably recover off damage with Drain Punch, making Urshifu-S even more difficult to take down. Wicked Blow allows it to break defensive walls with ease such as Corvikninght, and its Choice Band sets can 2HKO Unaware Walls that would otherwise be able to take on Swords Dance sets such as Dondozo. Due to these reasons it has been quickbanned from the tier.

Following this, our watch list is:
- We removed Urshifu-R and Landorus-I from the immediate watchlist since no council members wanted to take action on it
- We voted on Sneasler due to how uncompetitive Dire Claw is
- We also removed Basculegion-F from the watchlist and will be closely watching Rain teams instead
- Spectrier, Sneasler, and Zamazenta remain on the councils radar.
- Enamorus-T with screens and nasty plot on fairy, as well as its superpower sets can become overwhelming
- After these above have been dealt with we will take another look at what we want to assess.
