Below is a comprehensive list of the relevant speed tiers in the current regulation, as well as a list of common speed tiers and their purpose. I've taken the sets from the speed stats from the smogon dex, here (Which you should totally check out btw!) as well as from what I found is reasonable. Above are generally important speed tiers applicable to any Pokemon. The original values are good benchmarks to hit if you dont have anything specific to outspeed in mind, however be aware that there are pretty fierce speed creep wars around some values, where people try to eek out the first move in a mirror (Ex. Flutter Mane only really needs to hit 188 speed, however many run up to 195 speed to get the jump on opposing Flutter Manes with Shadow Ball). I haven't listed these here, but you can make the decision yourself whether its worth upping your Pokemons speed for yourself.
