VGC 2012 Goodstuffs

Good morning, Smogon! I was wondering if you guys could give me some tips on my team. Feel free to suggest new Pokemon, or new moves etc. Thanks!

[Logistics]
Team Type: VGC 2012 (4v4 Double)
Team Theme: Goodstuffs (Pokemon that generally work well together)
Other Information:
- Total Pokemon in the Team: 6
- Alternate Team Uses: GBU Doubles, Wifi Doubles

[Typings]
Number of Physical Oriented Pokemon: 3 Total
Number of Special Oriented Pokemon: 3 Total

Types of Pokemon: (Total different types: 10)

[Dark/Steel] [Normal] [Fighting/Fire]
[Grass/Poison] [Water] [Dragon/Psychic]

Physical Offensive Move Types:

[Dark x2] [Steel x1] [Flying x1] [Electric x1] [Normal x1] [Fire x1] [Fighting x1] [Rock x1]

Special Offensive Move Types:

[Grass x1] [Ice x1] [Water x1] [Dragon x1] [Psychic x1]

[Pokemon 1] Bisharp
Type: Dark/Steel (Physical)
Item: Focus Sash
Nature: Adamant
Moveset:
- Night Slash [Dark]
- Sucker Punch [Dark]
- Iron Head [Steel]
- Protect [Normal]
EVs: 252 HP // 252 Atk // 4 SpE

[Paired With Up Front]:
Blaziken
Amoonguss

[Paired Within a Group of Four]:
-Front Line: Blaziken, Latios
-Back Row: Bisharp, Suicune

[Strategy]: Night slash is Bisharp's primary dark damage, while Iron Head is for steel damage. Sucker punch takes the role of the result of my prediction, and allows Bisharp to move first.

[Comment]: Bisharp was the last Pokemon I added to this team, even though he's way up on top. I figured that Bisharp would be an excellent addition to my team primarily because of his dark typing. Two of my Pokemon are x2 weak to psychic, and Bisharp has fine dark moves to take care of most psychic threats.

[Pokemon 2] Bouffalant
Type: Normal (Physical)
Item: Normal Gem
Nature: Brave
Moveset:
- Aerial Ace [Flying]
- Wild Charge [Electric]
- Head Charge [Normal]
- Protect [Normal]
EVs: 252 HP // 252 Atk // 4 Def

[Paired With Up Front]:
Latios
-- Generally won't be up front

[Paired Within a Group of Four]:
Front Line: Blaziken, Latios
Back Row: Bouffalant, Suicune

[Strategy]: Aerial Ace is a questionable move for Bouffalant. It seems as if it would be better with rock slide instead of that AA. The reason that I didn't have rock slide, is because Blaziken already has a rock move. His other two attacks are strong, hard hitting physical moves (In specific, Head Charge powered with Normal Gem)

[Comment]: I have never really used Bouffalant a whole lot. His decent typing seemed to match up with my current team when I was building it at the moment.

[Pokemon 3] Blaziken
Type: Fire/Fighting (Physical)
Item: Fire Gem
Nature: Adamant
Moveset:
- Flare Blitz [Fire]
- Hi-Jump Kick [Fighting]
- Stone Edge [Rock]
- Protect [Normal]
EVs: 4 HP // 252 Atk // 252 SpE

[Paired With Up Front]:
Latios

[Paired Within a Group of Four]:
Not quite sure...

[Strategy]: Ahh, Blazing Chicken = Blaziken? (Ahhhaahaha...) Anyways, Flare Blitz is Blaziken's priority move. Since it's powered with a fire gem, it's damage dealt will be even greater. Hi-Jump kick is his fighting move, which can be dangerous in times with protect being on many VGC sets.

[Comment]: I don't really have anything else to say.

[Pokemon 4] Amoonguss
Type: Grass/Poison (Special)
Item: Lum Berry
Nature: Bold
Moveset:
- Rage Powder [Bug]
- Giga Drain [Grass]
- Spore [Grass]
- Protect [Normal]
EVs: 252 HP // 252 SpA / 4 SpE

[Paired With Up Front]:
Bisharp

[Paired Within a Group of Four]:
Front Line: Bisharp, Amoonguss
Back Row: Suicune, (Bouffalant/Blaziken)

[Strategy]: Rage Powder is one of my favorite moves for Amoonguss. However, many experienced players know about this "gimmick" and can predict a further plan.

[Comment]: I don't know exactly how often I'll use this mushroom, but I know I'll find some use for it.

[Pokemon 5] Suicune
Type: Water (Special)
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Modest
Moveset:
- Calm Mind [Psychic]
- Hydro Pump [Water]
- Ice Beam [Ice]
- Protect [Normal]
EVs: 252 HP // 252 SpA / 4 SpD

[Paired With Up Front]:

[Paired Within a Group of Four]:

[Comment]:

[Pokemon 6] Latios
Type: Dragon/Psychic (Special)
Item: Life Orb
Nature: Timid
Moveset:
- Dragon Pulse [Dragon]
- Thunderbolt [Electric]
- Psyshock [Psychic]
- Protect [Normal]
EVs: 4 HP // 252 SpA // 252 SpE
