Choice Specs Toxtricity is a fantastic wallbreaker in UU thanks to its great movepool, ability, and typing combination. Punk Rock-boosted Boomburst and Overdrive make Toxtricity switch-ins limited to Specially Defensive Tyranitar, Rhyperior, and Palossand, but these don't have great synergy and can be severely weakened by Toxtricity's teammates. Volt Switch is a great option to retain momentum against Pokemon that might switch into Boomburst, such as Tyranitar and Jirachi, while also hitting. Sludge Bomb is a great midground option and since it's STAB-boosted it is a great option to force Fairy-types like Hatterene and Sylveon out. Snarl can be used over Sludge Bomb too, as it offers Toxtricity an option to hit Pokemon that would otherwise completely wall it like Palossand and Golurk for super-effective damage. A Timid nature is preferred to outspeed Adamant Mamoswine.
Due to Toxtricity's below-average Speed tier, teammates that can compensate it are strongly recommended. Pokemon like Noivern, Scarf Jirachi, and Scarf Keldeo pair up well with Toxtricity, providing much needed Speed control while also beating many of Toxtricity's checks. Sticky Web support from the likes of Araquanid and Ribombee is also welcome, as Toxtricity becomes a fierce breaker against slower opposition. Most Pokemon that resist or that are immune to Toxtricity's weakenesses, such as Incineroar, Skarmory, Jirachi, Krookodile, and Scyther provide great support and synergize well, forcing out Pokemon that can threaten it. Finally, strong breakers that share their checks with Toxtricity, like Swords Dance Terrakion and Choice Specs Kyurem, can be used to overwhelm those, applying a lot of pressure and eventually punching holes in the opposing team.
