[SET COMMENTS]
Although it suffers major competition from Magearna and Solgaleo for the Steel-type slot, Dialga's great typing, decent bulk, and useful utility options make it a good wall in Ubers UU. Earth Power gives Dialga a way to hit opposing Steel-types like Solgaleo and Magearna as well as Pokemon like Arceus-Poison and Hatterene, but Thunder Wave is an option to cripple Pokemon attempting to set up on it like Mewtwo, Zacian, and Zamazenta-C. Stealth Rock grants Dialga extra utility, giving Pokemon like Kyurem-W a difficult time switching in. Roar allows Dialga to phaze Pokemon attempting to set up like Sneasler and Zacian while also going through Substitutes from Palkia-O and Cyclizar, but Dragon Tail can phaze Taunt users like Arceus-Dark at the cost of not going through Substitute and being walled by Fairy-types like Hatterene and Magearna. If phazing is not a priority, Heavy Slam can be opted as a secondary STAB move, as it targets Pokemon like Hatterene and Kyurem-W. Tera Flying allows Dialga to flip the matchup against Pokemon like Great Tusk and Landorus and remove all of its weaknesses, although it does give Dialga a weakness to Stealth Rock. Spikes setters like Ogerpon-H can make Dialga's phazing more potent. Dialga struggles against strong physically offensive threats like Zacian, Kingambit, and Palafin, so physically defensive walls like Toxapex and Great Tusk that can take these Pokemon on make great partners. Offensive threats like Deoxys and Choice Scarf Kyurem-W appreciate Dialga crippling switch-ins with Stealth Rock and Thunder Wave.

Although it suffers major competition from Solgaleo and Magearna (and corviknight and skarmory)for the Steel-type slot, Dialga's great typing, decent bulk, and useful utility options makes it a good wall in Ubers UU. Earth Power gives Dialga a way to hit Pokemon like opposing Steel-types Solgaleo and Magearna as well as Pokemon like Arceus-Poison and Hatterene, but Thunder Wave is an option to cripple Pokemon attempting to set up on Dialga like Mewtwo, Zacian, and Zamazenta-C. (No mention of stealth rocks support + targets of sr it helps to alleviate?) Roar allows Dialga to phase away Pokemon attempting to set up like Sneasler and Zacian and also goes through Substitutes from Palkia-O and Cyclizar, but Dragon Tail can phase away Taunt users like Arceus-Dark at the cost of not going through Substitute and being walled by Fairy-types like Hatterene and Magearna. Tera Flying allows Dialga to flip the matchup against Pokemon like Great Tusk and Landorus and remove all of its weaknesses, although it does give Dialga a weakness to Stealth Rock. Spikes setters like Deoxys-S and Ogerpon-H can make Dialga's phasing more potent. Dialga struggles against strong physically offensive threats like Zacian, Kingambit, and Palafin. Physically defensive walls like Toxapex and Great Tusk who can take these Pokemon on as such make great partners. (No mention of Pokemnon that dialga can enable by setting rocks or statusing, like Deoxys or Scarfed Kyurem-W?)

Although it suffers major competition from Magearna and Skarmory Solgaleo I liked solg as a better example for the Steel-type slot, Dialga's great typing, decent bulk, and useful utility options makes it a good wall in Ubers UU. Stealth Rock gives Dialga extra utility, making Pokemon like Kyurem-W have a difficcult time switching in. Roar allows Dialga to phase away Pokemon attempting to set up like Sneasler and Zacian and also goes through Substitutes from Palkia-O and Cyclizar, but Dragon Tail can phase away Taunt users like Arceus-Dark at the cost of not going through Substitute and being walled by Fairy-types like Hatterene and Magearna. If phasing is not a priotity, Heavy Slam can be opted as a secondary STAB move as it targets Pokemon like Hatterene and Kyurem-W. Tera Flying allows Dialga to flip the matchup against Pokemon like Great Tusk and Landorus and remove all of its weaknesses, although it does give Dialga a weakness to Stealth Rock. Spikes setters like Deoxys-S and Ogerpon-H generally spike setters in UUbers don't synergize well with dialga imo but, ig it's fine to include this example? Spikes hearthpon isn't great imo but it's the best example of a spike setter I suppose. I just really don't think Deoxys-S fits well cause it's more or less always a HO lead and Dialga doesn't fit well on non-HO can make Dialga's phasing more potent. Dialga struggles against strong physically offensive threats like Zacian, Kingambit, and Palafin. Physically defensive walls like Toxapex and Great Tusk who can take these Pokemon on as such make great partners. Offensive threats like Deoxys and Choice Scarf Kyurem-W appreciate Dialga crippling switchins with Stealth Rock and Thunder Wave.
