Sandstream only helps Gliscor out, and Stone Edge isn't totally reliable with the Sand Veil boost. Hopefully you can switch him in before Tyranitar Curses up too much, but I guess if you let anything like that set up you're screwed anyway. Earthquake is a definite 2HKO, and a likely 2HKO even if Tyranitar gets a Curse in.
