[Solstice]

Well, here's my art thread. So far, I don't have a gigantic amount of art up, but heres what I've got.

Characters

Well, this is a character from a book I read called Mortal Engines, its a mechanical soldier called a Stalker.

Pokemon

Heres a piece I did on a Hitmonchan, Im adding in a background soon.

Sprites

Well, I have quite a few sprites I've done, so I'm not going to show all of them, just some of my favorites.

So, thats my art thread. Everything can be used as avatars if you give credit.

Fakedex

Ok, well Im starting up a new Fakedex, so Im posting the list of the Pokemon in my fakedex that me and a friend made. Since none are actually done on paper/tablet yet, Im requesting that you request ones from the list! Just pick out cool sounding ones! I'll explain Pokemon with special evolution, placement in the game, etc. Names are also just there for fun, they arent permanent. Im accepting 3 requests at a time. An evolution chain or alternate forms is one request.

Well, the first nine that are bolded are starters, obviously.
The next 3 are an interesting bunch. Depending on Coparoos gender, it can evolve into two entirely different Pokemon.
The next four are a Psychic type version of Tyrogue and the Hitmons, with Special attack and defense.
Next four are fossil Pokemon.
Sandsheik is a Sandshrew evolution.
Hybernal is a Noctowl evolution.
Number 60 can be either Fighting-Electric or Fighting-Ground, it changes depending on where it is in the region. Its where the last battle was, like Wormadam.
Fuelshell is a Torkoal Evolution.
Wailmin is a Wailmer pre-evo.
Magusho is a Magcrago evolution
85-89 are an idea of my friends. Its one Pokemon that evolves into either a squid or a dragon depending on the month (I hate this idea)
90-99 are a second set of starters that are received after the seventh gym leader
Up to 107 are pre-evos, alternate evos, and new evos, I'll let you figure out of what.
The three dragons are a roaming legendary trio that you awaken in the eigth city.
The three water types are another dormant trio of small legends.
And the final guy on the list is a legend that duked it out with Arceus when time began to be able to build the world. He lost, and now he's back and pissed!

So, requests? It'll take me a few days to get up a trio of pokes. Im not coloring yet, just inking. I'll add links beside them in the OP.

New addition to the thread, I drew a Hitmonchan. I tried to make him look like he was victorious over someone else, and Im going to add in a background soon, to show the scene. Any comments on the new piece?

Hmm, I see what you mean. What I was going for in the few I've done is a guess more of a basic design thing, Hitmonchan is supposed to be stepping forward, but without a background I can see why it looks like that. Im working on drawing backgrounds, but its tougher than I imagined. And They do need more exciting poses, thats true.

I think Chan's limbs could use a little work and the one glove looks like an oven mit, but I love the colouring and style and there's something about the head I adore, maybe just because its Hitmonchan. Good Job.

The Rock (I'm guessing) Haunter kind of freaks me out, I don't know not a huge fan of the hands but I love the Fire/Ghost fakemon, that thing is intense!! I want that thing to come out of my pokeball.........okay did that sounds as wrong to you as it did to me. Ya I mean that'd be a sweet pokemon to have and it has a sweet typing.

If I had to suggest something I'd say to change it's hands up a bit, I don't know I'm loving the side view right one more than the front view left one. Still awesome job.
