[OVERVIEW]
Tauros excels as a wall-breaker, revenge killer, and lead due to its impressive blend of power, Speed, and movepool variety. Tauros stands out with its potent Normal-type STAB moves in Body Slam and Hyper Beam; versatile coverage options like Earthquake and Blizzard; and its high critical hit rate, making it a formidable force that's hard to switch into. However, despite its decent bulk, Tauros lacks resistances, instant recovery, or immunity to status conditions, making it a liability defensively for any team. While it compensates for its defensive weaknesses with overwhelming offense in OU, the more resilient Ubers metagame diminishes its effectiveness slightly, as it struggles to secure KOs as easily. Consequently, Tauros is less prized, allowing for a more aggressive playstyle, as its preservation for late-game scenarios becomes less crucial.

Set Description
=========

Body Slam is the premier move Tauros uses to deal damage, being a potent STAB move coming with a paralysis chance, that also has a high critical hit rate thanks to Tauros's high Speed. Hyper Beam complements it well, allowing Tauros to finish off weakened targets with no drawback if it scores a KO. Earthquake is a great coverage as it hits would be checks like Gengar and Rhydon for super effective damage and can be used to keep an offensive pressure against Counter users like Chansey and Snorlax. Blizzard comes in nicely as it threatens Rock-types like Rhydon, Golem and Aerodactyl for a 2HKO while also menacing Exeggutor and Zapdos for super effective damages. Stomp can be used instead, as it pairs nicely with Body Slam's paralysis chance with its 30.1% flinch chance, making it an effective tool to weaken paralyzed bulky threats like Mew, Mewtwo, and Chansey.
