Tapu Fini is the best Guardian Deity of them all in Doubles! This set gives Tapu Fini great immediate offensive pressure, as with Choice Scarf it outspeeds the entire unboosted metagame, can grab surprise KOs on Landorus and Dragapult, and can heavily cripple enemies such as Mew and Incineroar with Trick + Choice Scarf. It also packs quite a punch, grabbing 2HKOs on the likes of Incineroar and Diancie while also retaining its normal defensive utility of disrupting opposing Terrain and blocking sleep from Amoonguss. Teammates like Dragon Dance Kyurem-Black, and Shift Gear Genesect appreciate Tapu Fini beating Fire-types like Heatran and Incineroar, blocking any status conditions like Spore from Amoonguss and Toxic from Metagross, making would-be checks like Porygon2 and Cresselia useless using Trick, giving them a much easier opportunity to sweep!

All of what you said is mostly correct, but I would prefer you highlight more the Choice Scarf (+Trick) aspect of this set because that is what makes it unique from the standard Calm Mind set. Please open up this analysis talking about what makes the Choice Scarf set good and then you can move on to discussing the moves and common teammates.

This set gives Tapu Fini great immediate offensive pressure, as Choice Scarf lets it outspeed pretty much every foe, and can grab a few surprise KOs as it is surprisingly strong, and can heavily distrupt enemies with Trick.
You should give examples for both - for surprise KOs you can mention Landorus and Dragapult while for Trick I'd mention Incineroar and Mew.
Ice Beam as coverage suits Tapu Fini perfectly as it needs to hit Amoonguss and Rillaboom, the latter of which lacks reliable recovery so it will have a way harder time threatening Tapu Fini's teammates.
The italicized portion is technically true but Rillaboom does heal from Grassy Terrain and is a bit out of place overall so I'd remove.
Choice Scarf on Fini lets it outspeed Pheromosa, and with Trick, it can act as a tool to choice-lock defensive enemies that would normally be annoying for Fini to break, such as Amoonguss, Porygon2, Cresselia, and also Mew, rendering them defensively useless and letting Tapu Fini's teammates wreak havoc.
You can remove this since you mention basically the same thing in the beginning.
Teammates like Dragon Dance Kyurem-Black, Shift Gear Genesect, and Quiver Dance Volcarona as Tapu Fini can threaten out things like Heatran when its teammate is setting up, and also blocks any status conditions like Spore from Amoonguss or Toxic from Metagross, letting their sweep be way easier!
Quiver Dance Volcarona is fake so I'd remove that - other two are fine. I would reward the sentence a bit to how Tapu Fini matches up well against Fire-types in Incineroar and Heatran that check both Pokemon and also weave in again how Trick disrupts would-be checks Porygon2 and Cresselia.

Should be good after this, but I'll check it over one more time to make sure. Nice work overall.

This set gives Tapu Fini great immediate offensive pressure, as Choice Scarf lets it outspeed pretty much every foe, and can grab a few surprise KOs as it is surprisingly strong, and can heavily distrupt enemies with Trick. Hydro Pump is Fini's main STAB choice, as it deals a lot of damage without having drawbacks. Moonblast can heavily damage foes like Kyurem-Black trying to switch into Hydro Pump, leaving them very low. Ice Beam as coverage suits Tapu Fini perfectly as it needs to hit Amoonguss and Rillaboom, so it will have a way harder time threatening Tapu Fini's teammates. Hydro Pump and Moonblast are Tapu Fini's STAB attacks of choice that offer great neutral coverage and hit Heatran and Kyurem-B for super effective damage, while Ice Beam rounds out its coverage and hits Rillaboom and Amoonguss.
