Referencing this post by Merritt, genderless LC pokemon from older generations should be able to transfer with learned moves to SV regardless of the level they learn it at, as long as the move is also in their SV learnset. Yet there is a discrepancy with Golett, which does get Dynamicpunch at level 5 in older generations, while the teambuilder doesn't allow it in gen 9 (see pictures).
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
This is consistent in the teambuilder when adding this move to the pokémon, down to generation 7. In gen 6 and 5, it is also banned by level. I assume this is the result of some change in breeding mechanics, but from my understanding this means it should be transferable from generation 7 to 9.
