Stall I used that mindlessly wins pretty much every single MU barring niche stuff like BU Punching Glove Pawmot, but even that can be outplayed if you have more than 2 brain cells + realize that every Iron Fist mon can run Punching Glove and plan accordingly
Voting DNB, banning Houndstone or Fluffy doesn't solve the main issue of the tier (bulky setup sweepers easily setting up and having 0 consistent counterplay), would rather see Opportunist go as that has the least amount of drawbacks associated with it and would increase counterplay to setup sweepers tremendously. If Opportunist ban isn't enough then maybe we can revisit Houndstone/Fluffy but rn I'm not buying it.
