:arceus-bug:
Ok, MAYBE the bad forms of Arceus can get the boot. But like... can't it use Terastallization? I assume it can't in which case its STILL too much to handle. Arceus Bug is the closest form to OU and even that is still an Arceus form. God shall not be allowed into the realm of OverUsed.
As an Ubers enjoyer I would like to inform you that all forms of Arceus are able to Tera. Please do not allow any Arceus into OU, ever.

So I scrolled through the forum for a bit and see people talking about gira-o like "Oh it can't hold and item" or gira-a like "Oh it's bulk isn't all that if it relies on rest"

You have to remember, Zamazenta-Crowned couldn't hold an item and got banned before the item holding zamazenta form, while ting just doesn't die despite having nothing better than lefties and rest.

This reminds me, a few days ago OU was having a very silly gira tour, guess what happened in one too many games? Yeah a gira-o swapped into a immunity, got a single CM off and just won the game from that point on. The finals was a stall team with gira vs a CM gira offense, and all it required was one Draco Crit for stall to lose instantly (also the fact it was repeatedly beat up upon by it's teammates but bla bla.) The stall finalist had many measures for most of the opposing team, safe for CM gira if Draco crit EITHER of them. Guess what? Mons rng said "Thou shalt not be victorious."

Not being able to hold an item doesn't specifically nerf a Mon, especially when that Mon gets a 1.2x damage increase on both it's stabs and can't have the item knocked. Now for gira-a, it CAN be knocked, but it also has the sheer bulk to live a 5 fallen kingambit kowtow. If you can't overwhelm it on the off chance it runs both cm + wisp, and it gets the chance to swap into an immunity/resist, it'll win.

Most, if not all box legends, are Ubers not due to technicalities, but cause their sheer strength would make stuff like chi-yu think "I'm not built for this." Unless you put some crazy restrictions like "They can't tera, use a certain combo of moves, and can't spread stats in a certain way" people will find a way to make stuff broken.

Also who wasted 20 minutes trying to justify ray for OU?? It just runs tera flying/normal with scarf and guess what you lost cause it clicked (insert STAB move here) 5 times and u turn once coming from its monstrous 150 attacking stats.

Doesnt it have two solid moves it can choose the typing of to deal all the STAB damage it wants?
Also, isn't the Legend Plate a thing? Im surprised people even suggest Bug Arc.

Legend plate is fake (sadly) but yeah arc-bug with tera would just go tera and become a discount other arceus form

Yes, it also has endless setup and status tools (Will-o, Taunt, DD, CM, SD, etc.), recovery, incredible bulk, and is relatively fast. Legend Plate is not available in SV but it would be the first ever item sent to AG if it was.

Even without Tera, arc-bug, arc-rock, arc-psychic, etc. still have 120 in all stats and a Mew-level movepool. Despite their shitty typings, they're still blessed with amazing bulk and one of the better speed tiers in OU (they can't boost that speed with Scarf though). All of them would have at least some way to leverage their typing offensively or defensively. I'm sorry if this sounds rude but I can't believe this is even being discussed.

Clearly this is why we should only discuss stuff like uhhhhh... I unno this is fun ig

:mewtwo:154 special 130 speed and psytrike

:calyrex-ice: just runs TR and with Luna it beats the entire tier

:arceus: "Ahhh, free at last. Oh Gamefreak, now dawns thy reckoning, and thy blood shall GLISTEN before the temple of man. Creature of competition... My gratitude upon thee for my freedom, but the crimes thy kind have committed against OverUsed are NOT forgotten. And thy punishment.... Is death."

:rayquaza: Scarf tera flying Dragon ascent + u turn = I win.

:groudon: & :kyogre: they're chillin in ubers

:dialga::dialga-origin: and :giratina: :giratina-origin: run bulky sets and screw the tier

:palkia::palkia-origin: does rain need ANOTHER buff???

:annihilape: BO is struggling enough already

:landorus: His power went from nuclear to apocalyptic after he got NP.

:urshifu: Swords dance + wicked blow = "Your tusk blew up dawg"

:Urshifu-rapid-strike: Give fight support and watch dozo die

:chi-yu: :palafin-hero: :flutter-mane: "See that? Gone."

:magearna: :chien-pao: :zamazenta-crowned: And remember kids, the next time someone says "the council wouldn't do that!" Oh yes, yes they would.

:regieleki: unresisted stab after tera + ungodly speed

:iron-bundle: less speed, better pure stab combo

:volcarona: All hail the sun god.

:koraidon: Groudon's best buddy

:Miraidon: I'm gon be honest I just wanna run specs moth + valiant and blow stuff up

:zacian: zamazenta on high end stuff

:Espathra: This gets special treatment cause of how much cheese it is.

:spectrier: Kingambit is NOT built for this man.

:Zacian-crowned: Half of fame member, gen 8 all star player.

:Calyrex-Shadow: took up zacian's spotlight, just made it into hall of fame. Gen 9 all star.

:eternatus: keep it a buck 50 with me WHAT beats demon eternatus fair without cheese (recover + cosmic power)

As much as I love the concept of retesting Ubers in OU (I was a big Deoxys-D OU advocate in Gen 7), I don't feel that it's really a great point of conversation at least until the DLC rolls around and we get more options. Pretty much every Uber Pokemon in the game at the moment would be too much for OU, and it would be detrimental to the meta to consider drops right now.

I've gotten in some talks with people on Showdown about retesting, so I'll summarize below how I feel about every Uber Pokemon that I've seen suggested for drops and why I feel they're too much at the moment.

Annihilape - Ghost/Fighting with Bulk Up + Tera and Rage Fist cleans up most team compositions late game with proper support. Far more powerful than people give it credit for.

Arceus Ice/Bug/any type - Arceus is far more deadly now than in any previous generation IMO - it has even more options and a much smaller pool of Pokemon to contend against it. Not even worth discussing for a drop.

Calyrex-Ice - 100/150/130 bulk with the most spammable physical STAB move in the game (Glacial Lance), access to screens, insane offensive typing, fantastic coverage, and Leech Seed + boosting options like Swords Dance? No, thank you.

Chien-Pao - It took a while to show, but Chien-Pao's attributes put way too much pressure on team building - it's literally Weavile on steroids, and Weavile was considered for a ban several times amongst the player base. Ubers is right where it belongs.

Chi-Yu - Do you want to have to run Max HP Max SpD Blissey or Clod on every team? Trust me, just don't.

Dialga (Base Form) - I've seen some semi-convincing arguments for this mon due to its exploitable Ground and Fighting-type weaknesses coupled with a lack of reliable recovery... until you factor in bulky sets with Tera + T-Wave, Rocks, and monstrous coverage + neutrality to other Dragon/Ice type attacks along with access to Trick for Scarf variants, Trick Room, and Bulk Up sweepers off of a very usable (and often forgotten about) base 120 attack. It's too versatile with stats that are too high for the tier overall.

Espathra - The Shaymin-Sky of Gen 9, kill it with fire and keep it out of OU.

Eternatus - Too fast and too powerful with access to Recover - STAB Dynamax Cannon means that non-Specs/Scarf sets don't have to rely on Draco Meteor, Sludge Bomb is additionally great STAB that nukes any fringe fairy options, while coverage in Shadow Ball and Flamethrower obliterates most of its checks. Additionally - Tera means that with Tera Blast it can turn the tables on Pokemon that would be able to handle it (however shakily), it's too much.

Flutter Mane - People can suggest Sucker Punch all they want until people start investing just enough EVs to live a Kingambit strike or run Tera-Fighting. This thing is way too powerful, fast, and bulky with great coverage and wonderful additional movepool options. Trust me, keep it in Ubers.

Giratina/Giratina-O - I get why there's pushing to test this, but the combination of bulk + stats with various movepool options for boosting like Calm Mind is simply too much - additionally, Tera means that Tera Fairy Giratina can waltz over most of its checks. It would put too much pressure and constraints on team building to handle it

Groudon - I've seen some people say that because Ursaluna is in OU, Groudon should be given a test - I could not disagree more. Groudon may not have Guts or Ghost Immunity, but it has 100/140/90 Bulk with 90 speed and a base 150 Attack - Ursaluna has 130/105/80 Bulk with a paltry 50 speed. Ursaluna has 140 base attack with Guts, sure, but Ursaluna also has a glaring Fighting weakness, cannot run Scarf if it wants to utilize Guts, is far slower, and cannot use Stealth Rock or Spikes. Groudon is essentially Ursaluna, but faster with the ability to set hazards and set up without reliance on status for power.

Magearna - No

Miraidon - Bulky Calm Mind variants effectively eliminate most of its checks barring highly specialized ones - Hadron Engine means that it cannot be hit with Amoonguss/Breloom Spore, Electro Drift is one of the most spammable STAB moves on the planet (which would lead to the most common OU variant likely being Tera Water with Calm Mind, Tera Blast, Electro Drift, and Draco Meteor. If that seems like an annoying set - understand that it also gets Flash Cannon, Dazzling Gleam, Power Gem, and Overheat. It's far too much for OU.

Palafin - People were calling for Basculegion to be banned because of its power under rain - Palafin has that same nuclear power, but can function without rain as well. Not worth it, keep it out of OU.

Volcarona - Extremely matchup-fishy and puts the same type of teambuilding constraints in place that Chien-Pao did. OU is healthier without the fire moth.

Zacian-Base - 120 Attack with +1 on the first switch in, access to both Swords Dance and Trailblaze along with STAB Play Rough and coverage options in Crunch, Close Combat/Sacred Sword, Poison Jab/Iron Head, and Wild Charge along with Tera. Not worth it, keep it out of OU.
What drugs are y'all passing around that Zacian, Arceus, Groudon, Eternatus & Dialga were discussed for OU worthiness? Ngl I think people were just trolling.

Terastalization is honestly pretty random and unpredictable but it wouldn't make sense to remove something so fundamental to SV from SV OU. It's a pragmatic decision in OMs that have other cool concepts but honestly, if you want a game without as much randomness go play old gen OUs. It would feel like a missing limb to actual SV players and put them off so it needs to be kept for better or worse.

Also, I may have inadvertently caused some people to think there was a legitimate discussion surrounding the testing of "bad" Arceus types in OU. I raised this point to argue that just because an Uber has flaws or is unsuccessful in Ubers doesn't make it comparable to OU Pokemon just because "counterplay exists" or it's outclassed with regard to some niche. Nobody is arguing for Arceus-bug in OU, but at this rate I wouldn't be surprised.

I honestly think people discussing testing Giratina in OU are just trolling or looking for an excuse to use an Uber in OU. I implore all members of this forum to avoid engaging with these commentaries. If you want to use Ubers, there's a tier for it. It's called Ubers.

It's no secret that I love Calyrex-Base's design, even more so than his two horseback forms; there's just something regal and imposing about it in a quiet, subtle manner that I respect. Unfortunately, however, this doesn't tell us anything about Calyrex's competitive prowess. So what does the deer king have going for it? Surprisingly, quite a bit more than I expected when I started slotting him onto several of my teams right after the Pokemon Home update. Calyrex is one of the most unique Pokemon I've used in any competitive metagame and has some of the most distinct role compression I've ever seen in a niche pick in any OU meta; I'm getting ahead of myself here, let's just dive in and see what Calyrex has to offer!

Disclaimer: Calyrex fits onto several types of teams, but absolutely requires knowledge of common movesets due to exploitable weaknesses (notably a 4x weakness to U-Turn). Please do not carelessly place Calyrex on a team without synergy consideration or without understanding the specific traits needed for Calyrex to fit the archetype your team is going for. I highly recommend checking out the awesome SV OU speed tiers thread by AtraX Madara to get a good understanding of common speed thresholds that Calyrex is specifically tech'd to hit, and how you can use its unique traits most aptly. If you go into fights prepared, you'll be able to watch Calyrex feast on Stall, Kingambit, and multiple other threats that many OU mainstays could only dream of. I'd also like to give a special thanks to Athyestic for help with the EV tinkering and help with Trick functionality for Calyrex.

Calyrex Competitive Summary
This is a "too long, didn't read" for people who want a quick summary of Calyrex's positive traits in OU without reading the essay-length post
  • Calyrex is the only Pokemon in the Gen 9 meta to get access to the unique combination of Future Sight and Leech Seed, allowing it to not only exert pressure but capitalize on stall archetypes as well as sit on Pokemon like Dondozo and Garganacl with ease.
  • Calyrex's 100/80/80 bulk is solid with its Psychic/Grass typing granting it some key resistances to Ground and Fighting (Great Tusk STABS), in addition to resisting Water, Grass, Electric, and Psychic-type attacks.
  • Calyrex's Grass typing additionally gives it immunity to Spore, allowing it to threaten Pokemon like Breloom and Amoonguss with Future Sight, and additionally allows it to pair well with and against Rain teams.
  • Calyrex's access to Tera further boosts its offensive and defensive capabilities and allows it to act as a lure for many notable threats thanks to STAB Body Press with Tera Fighting.
  • Calyrex having access to both Body Press and Trick combined with Future Sight and Leech Seed effectively allows it to go mixed with very little investment, using Red Card to force a Pokemon out (particularly boosted Pokemon) also allows you to steal an opponent's item using Trick as a sort of "diet Thief" option post-Red Card or set up a Future Sight or Leech Seed easier as well.
  • Calyrex is a solid lure for Kingambit and the set provided with 16 EVs in speed outspeeds all Kingambit variants except for Jolly 252 Spe EVs; additionally, Pre-Tera-Fighting Calyrex with this set's defensive EV spread 100% lives an Adamant 252 EV STAB Sucker Punch Kingambit up to three allies fainted from Supreme Overlord.
  • Calyrex's ability to harass stall cores while checking powerful and slow OU attackers is further role compression not shared by any other Pokemon to the same degree, thanks to the ease of switching in with its solid bulk and Red Card pivoting work.
  • Calyrex has a multitude of other support options at its disposal such as Encore, Dual Screens, Trick Room, and more depending on your team's specific needs.
  • Calyrex's ability Unnerve is situationally useful for preventing your opponent's Chople Berry from activating when Body Press is used.

We're going to be looking at one Calyrex set, as this has been the aptest Calyrex set for the current OU meta. We will go over Defensive prowess along with Red Card + Trick Pivoting work, why we've chosen this specific EV spread, along with types of threats that Calyrex handles and we will be looking at damage calculations to back up these numbers as well. Since this is a pretty off-kilter set, we'll be structuring this differently regarding analysis of the specific traits of the set as we go along.

Before we dive into the specifics of why Calyrex works the way it does, we need to talk about its defenses, its typing, and what OU Pokemon it can stomach hits from. Thanks to a usable 100/80/80 defensive stat spread, 252 EVs in Defense with a Bold nature brings Calyrex up to a respectable defensive stat spread of 341/284/196. This may not seem like a lot at first... until you consider Calyrex's Psychic/Grass typing and the specific threats that it resists. To give you an idea of the types of hits Calyrex can take before we jump into the utility of Red Card (a powerful option when you have Trick in your moveslot), let's look at some damage calculations!

So now you might be thinking "Okay so Calyrex can take some pretty neat hits and its typing is actually not bad, but why Red Card?" This is where Calyrex's utility role compression starts to come in real handy. A lot of the hits that Calyrex can take are not only common but more importantly, safer options for your opponent to click. Red Card forces out boosted mons or powerful mons, which will (especially with hazards up for additional passive damage) put you in an advantageous position. While Calyrex is itemless, this also allows you to better stomach super-effective Knock Off hits. Trick acts as a sort of pseudo-Thief here that allows you to remove an opposing Pokemon's item post-Red Card. This means on just a single turn most of the time, Calyrex will have forced out a problematic Pokemon simply by switching in and absorbing a hit, forced racked up hazard damage or status (Glimmora Toxic Spikes), then put itself into position to either set up Leech Seed, Future Sight, or use Trick to steal an opposing user's item. A common post-red card switch-in is Heatran; since Heatran commonly runs Leftovers on both Offensive and Defensive variants, it's generally easy to get free Leftovers upon that switch, taking away Heatran's passive recovery and allowing it to be worn down fairly quickly.

We'll come back to defensive prowess for Tera Fighting + Body Press in a moment; for now, let's detour and detail why Future Sight and Leech Seed are such a dangerous combination along with an analysis of Calyrex's speed EVs.

Future Sight/Leech Seed Role Compression + Speed Tier Analysis

Calyrex's base 80 speed is decently fast for a bulkier Pokemon. With 20 EVs in speed and a neutral nature, Calyrex reaches a respectable 201 speed stat. This critical threshold allows Calyrex to outspeed Adamant nature Kingambit/Ursaluna with 252 EVs in speed (capped at 199) and Defensive Heatran with 0 or 40 EVs in speed (190 and 200 respectively). In addition, this 201 benchmark allows Calyrex to outspeed Azumarill/Iron Hands that have 252 speed + a neutral nature and Pokemon like Breloom/Volcanion need at least 104 EVs on a neutral nature to outspeed this Calyrex benchmark. All Pokemon with base 50 Speed and below are getting outsped by this minuscule 20 EV allotment unless they run a Jolly nature with heavy investment. So now that we've established this, let's jump into Future Sight and Leech Seed and why this puts many stall teams in an extremely uncomfortable position.

First; Future Sight isn't meant to strike fear from its power directly (although it does hit some notable benchmarks, which we'll get to), it's meant to do just enough damage to bring potentially huge threats into KO range while simultaneously pressuring previously safe switches or forcing uncomfortable switches just to block/tank a Future Sight hit. With 236 EVs and a neutral nature, Calyrex reaches 255 SpA - this may not seem like much, but with Future Sight's base 120 power + STAB, this can hit some pretty surprising thresholds and 2HKO a huge portion of the OU metagame. Let's take a look at some damage calculations to show just what kind of Pokemon Calrex can heavily chunk, force out, or even OHKO with Future Sight in some specific cases. Afterward, we'll explain why Leech Seed is so potent in tandem with Future Sight to show how Pokemon such as Dondozo and Garganacl feel insane pressure simply staying in on Calyrex.

So now that you've seen both the types of hits Calyrex can dish out with Future Sight along with the previous defensive calculations, we can put into context the terror of Leech Seed against slower/stall-based threats. Not only does Leech Seed rack up passive damage (which turns many potential 2HKOS, 3HKOs, and 4HKOs into OHKOs, 2HKOS, and 3HKOS respectively), it heals Calyrex. Leech Seed healing will outpace Garganacl's Salt Cure damage and (combined with Future Sight + Body Press pressure) force healing or a switch - the same can be said with Pokemon such as Alomomola or Dondozo as well. The point is that Calyrex can force switches, steal items, and passively heal while capitalizing on slow, bulky threats; something is always being worn down by Calyrex through direct damage, passive damage, or forced switches. Ironically enough, this allows Calyrex itself to work quite well on stall teams itself thanks to the ability to force your opponent into a stall loop. This leads us back to our defensive calculations once again to talk about Body Press and Tera Fighting.

Body Press + Tera Fighting

So now we've arrived at Calyrex's meat and potatoes, Body Press (both pre-tera and post-tera). As we mentioned in the speed tiers section, Calyrex gets the jump on some key threats such as 252 EV Spe Adamant Kingambit and 40 EV Spe Neutral Heatran. So why is this important? Simple - Tera Fighting baits Sucker Punch, Knock Off, U-Turn, and other potent moves, and allows Calyrex to check an entirely new roster of threats. Additionally, Tera Fighting gives Body Press STAB bonus and allows it to turn some notable 3HKOs/2HKOs into 2HKOs/OHKOs. Let's first take a look at Body Press calculations Pre-Tera and Post-Tera, then look at some defensive calculations of the types of hits that Calyrex can now survive thanks to its new typing.

So now we've established that over half the current OU metagame doesn't like taking hits from Calyrex's Body Press + Future Sight offensive combination, let alone some of the shakier checks once passive damage + Leech Seed or Trick shenanigans come into play. So we need to ask, what about the hits that Calyrex couldn't take before in its pre-tera Psychic/Grass typing? Let's take a look at the additional defensive utility that Calyrex gains once terastallized.

This is simply one Pokemon that can put so many different potential threats through its careful array of tricks and unique role compression. Calyrex has a wonderful niche through virtue of its typing (only shared with Iron Leaves until Exeggutor and Celebi are released), small yet bountiful movepool, solid bulk, and hybrid offensive/defensive pressure with utility. So, if you're considering putting Calyrex on your team, why not look at some of these teammates?

Kingambit
View attachment 528650

Calyrex and Kingambit both cover each other's weaknesses quite well, and Kingambit greatly appreciates the opportunities that Calyrex's utility provides. Whether it be from forcing threats out or bringing them into KO range with Future Sight, or providing passive recovery through Leech Seed to cushion a Kingambit switch-in, the two make a deadly pair.

Glimmora
View attachment 528651
Glimmora's ability to set Toxic Spikes passively while also providing offensive pressure or setting its own hazards/scouting is extremely beneficial and pairs quite well with Calyrex. In particular, Spiky Shield is a fantastic move that lightly chips physical attackers to allow for simultaneous scouting and, in some cases, concrete moveset identification. Additionally, access to Mortal Spin to get rid of hazards + poison opposing Pokemon comes in handy for keeping Calyrex healthy.

Skeledirge
View attachment 528653
Skeledirge is one of my favorite Gen 9 Pokemon, and both common variants (Hex + Will-O-Wisp and Substitute) work stupendously with Calyrex. Like with Kingambit, Skeledirge's typing synergizes very well with Calyrex, and Skeledirge's propensity to go specially bulky also pairs well with Calyrex's physical bulk. Additionally, for physical attackers that Calyrex can't quite stomach, Will-O-Wisp can make their hits far more manageable along with accruing further passive damage.

Great Tusk
View attachment 528655
A wonderful all-around Pokemon with so many different functions that it would be improbably time-consuming to list them all here. Great Tusk can go offensive, defensive, utility, rapid spin, and more. Additionally, this is another case where Calyrex's typing synergizes incredibly well (especially on predicted U-Turns).

Conclusion

I love Calyrex, he's so cool, and in this generation, he's got a pretty neat set of traits not shared by any other Pokemon. Do I think he's got the potential to be an OU staple? Absolutely not. Do I think he has a concrete niche that can take apart specific OU archetypes and wear down specific team cores? Absolutely yes. So if you're having trouble with specific stallmons, boosting mons, or just want the gleeful satisfaction of watching Kingambit get OHKO'd by Calyrex, add him to your team today!
Since there's an uncanny amount of Ubers discussion, let's instead go to the other side of the tiering ladder; here's a reminder that Calyrex is still the GOAT and can handle a good number of the Pokemon causing havoc for everyone right now, and can dance around team cores pretty easily.

image (1).png

It still remains my most used OU Pokemon as of late and is the foundation for multiple team cores that I use - don't sleep on it. Bait your local Kingambit today for a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.

I honestly think people discussing testing Giratina in OU are just trolling or looking for an excuse to use an Uber in OU. I implore all members of this forum to avoid engaging with these commentaries. If you want to use Ubers, there's a tier for it. It's called Ubers.
1: we're not supposed to be talking about tera rn there's another thread coming for us to shitpos- i mean have an intelligent conversion in later

2: the meta sucks and its just an echo chamber at this point... kingambit this, tera that, free volc, there's literally just nothing worth talking about rn, at least we have room to discuss other things while we wait even if its on crack.

Ig i can try to make something, how's folks feeling about Cherry Volcarona-Zero (Slither Wing)? Considering how squishy everything is and how it can be a legit check into kingambit I'm surprised why its not talked about more.

Wisp set sounds solid into gambit while the 11 attack IVs booster energy set can kill a lot of the metagame.

whatever happened to arguing in good faith? i mean, sure, it's 2023, good-faith arguments are a sucker's game, and i've said maybe three serious things in my life, but still, why would you immediately leap to "trolling"? you wound me, good sir and/or madam

can we just drop the subject? there's clearly not enough support for a suspect and it's unlikely there ever will be. i'll have to go with convincing someone to make an afd ladder or a couple joke roomtours. let's move on to discussions of things that might actually lead somewhere

I hate it when I get stuck in a rambling mode. I made my post on the Tera thread, but I know my words will fall on deaf ears. I won't ever be able to get the reqs for it, if and when they announce the testing for it, but not much I can do about that.

However, on the topic of the stuff I brought up there; How do you feel about players who vote on a suspected Pokemon without ever actually having played with the Pokemon? I think having the "only played against it" bias isn't wholly fair for a voting process, as you only have one half of the coin, so to speak.

Do you think stuff that could come in the future like Darkrai or Deoxys-D or even Deoxys-S deserve a shot?

deo-d has been directly outclassed by mew ever since mew got spikes, so that should honestly not even be a question, it should start in ou and would probably end up in uubl. deo-s i would say probably depends on what happens with tera, because if eleki gets let back in, deo-s becomes a lot easier to deal with. darkrai, absolutely the fuck not. the raw stats themselves haven't aged well, but something that fast and that strong with nasty plot and hypnosis shouldn't be allowed

because if eleki gets let back in,
If tera was banned and let eleki back in, eleki wouldn't be viable anymore. So no it wouldn't make deoS any easier to handle.

DeoS is a big no especially in a metagame with one singular good remover of hazards, which it effortlessly beats. Enables degenerate hazard stacking strategies better than anything.
