I'm still figuring out the speed EVs since i can't find a basis for the 279 / 418 at +1 benchmark, but I'm aiming for 297 / 445 at +1 to outspeed +1 quack and helectrode. I can also push a bit up further to 148+ speed to hit 300 to outspeed +1 modest volcarona, but i'm thinking 136+ is the place to be for +1 quack
