[OVERVIEW]
Staryu's above average speed, access to Thunder Wave and Recover, and good typing make it one of the best Pokemon in the RBY PU meta. Staryu's main strength is being able to wall the 2 other popular Water-Type Pokemon in the tier Seaking and Omanyte with Thunder Wave and Recover, as well secure a 3HKO on both of them with Thunderbolt. Seaking's only hope of defeating Staryu is mainly through a Hyper Beam crit or a freeze, unless the Staryu is already paralyzed. Omanyte can fight Staryu a little better by hoping for a body slam paralysis, but it would take a lot of luck to win. Staryu is also able to defeat the best Pokemon in the tier Nidoqueen, outspeeding it and securing the 2HKO. Staryu's special attack is not great compared to the other water types, but it is still able to secure a 2HKO on all the fires. Staryu has bad physical defense, so a body slam from high attack Pokemon like Rapidash and Arcanine can result in a loss if they get the Body Slam Paralysis or crit. Despite these weaknesses, its access to recovery and thunder wave as well as having the ability to defeat Nidoqueen make it a very valuable pokemon.

Staryu can pair well with Rapidash since Staryu can limit Rapidash's other water threats, while Rapidash can handle grass pokemon that can wall Staryu like Vileplume and Weepingbel. Staryu can also pair with Seaking since it can thunder wave and trade with the opposite Staryu allowing Seaking to avoid being walled.
Even though Staryu is a water pokemon it does not fight fire pokemon very well, especially compared with Omanyte and Seaking. Rapidash and Arcanine both outspeed Staryu and can hit it with a powerful body slam, which if it causes a paralysis Staryu is likely to die next turn from Hyper Beam. If Staryu takes some damage Rapidash can KO it from 58% health since it outspeeds, Arcanine also outspeeds and can KO it from 62% health.

Thunderbolt is used to defeat Seaking and Omanyte as fast as possible, as well as the opposing Staryu. Thunderbolt is vital for Staryu to fight Slowpoke, which is likely to 2 hit KO on a roll. If Staryu drops Thunderbolt Slowpoke wins the matchups dominately, being able to Thunder Wave Staryu and set up with Amnesia while Staryu only does 17-21 with Surf.

Staryu's other options for moves are Blizzard and Psychic. Blizzard is able to 3 hit KO Vileplume and 2 hit KO Weepingbel on a roll, otherwise these 2 pokemon would wall the main Staryu set. Blizzard does the most damage to Fearow being able to secure a 2 hit KO unlike Thunderbolt. Psychic does less only 3 KOing Weepingbell and 4 hit KOing Vileplume, although it is better against Seaking and Omanyte unlike Blizzard.

**Vileplume and Weepinbell:** If Staryu is running the main Thunderbolt Surf set these grass pokemon wall it. Weepingbell OKHOs it with razor leaf.
**Abra** Abra outspeeds and can Thunder Wave Staryu. Abra is likely to win considering psychic 2 hit KOs and it can get a special drop.
*Fearow* If Staryu takes a little bit of damage, Fearow can come in and Hyper Beam it since it is faster. Fearow does a minimum of 81% on Hyper Beam.
**Drowzee** Drowzee can cripple Staryu with thunder wave and spam psychic. Drowzee is likely to win this matchup considering psychic special drops and Staryu only 4 hit KOing Drowzee.
*Dragonair* Dragonair walls the main Staryu set and 2 hit KOs with thunderbolt. Dragonair also cripples it with Thunder Wave.
**Paralysis** If Staryu is paralyzed it loses a lot of value considering its bad defense.

Is this really Staryu's main strength? You're making it seem like a defensive wall while it's also a mon with great coverage that makes it really hard to switch into. Its ability to stop the water types is a big selling point, but I don't think it's Staryu's main strength. I'm also not sure it's an Omanyte "wall" since Staryu hates being paralyzed, and Omanyte runs Body Slam. Seaking's only hope of defeating Staryu is mainly through a Hyper Beam critical hit or a freeze, unless the Staryu is already paralyzed. Omanyte can fight Staryu a little better by hoping for a Body Slam Paralysis, but it would take a lot of luck to win. Omanyte isn't trying to beat Staryu 1-on-1. It's trying simply to paralyze it to make it easier for teammates to handle. Staryu is able to 3 hit KO the waters with thunderbolt. (you said this earlier) Staryu is also able to defeat the best Pokemon in the tier, Nidoqueen, outspeeding (remove space between 'out' and 'speeding' it and 2 shotting 2HKOing with Surf. Keep in mind that Nidoqueen's Earthquake is a guaranteed 2HKO on Staryu, so Staryu is unable to switch in. Staryu's Special attack (Special Attack isn't a thing in RBY, keep it as just Special) is not great compared to the other Water-Types, but it is still able to secure a 2 hit KO 2HKO on all the fires Fire-Types. Staryu has bad physical Defense, so a Body Slam from high attack Pokemon with high Attack like Rapidash and Arcanine can result in a loss if they get the Body Slam Paralysis or critical hit. Despite these weaknesses, it's access to Recovery and Thunder Wave as well as having the ability to defeat Nidoqueen make it a very valuable pokemon.

Staryu can pair well with Rapidash since Staryu can limit Rapidash's other water threats, (this phrasing sounds weird, maybe reword this to something like "Staryu can switch into Seaking and Omanyte which force out Rapidash) while Rapidash can handle Grass-Type Pokemon that can wall Staryu like Vileplume and Weepingbel Weepinbell. (Grass types are pretty rare so I'm not sure how important this is. Rapidash is much more helpful with the Fearow and Pinsir matchups since they do a massive amount of damage to Staryu. Also, they only wall Surf + Thunderbolt Staryu) Staryu can also pair with Seaking since it can thunder wave and trade trade Paralysis with the opposite opposing Staryu, making it easier for Seaking to break. allowing Seaking to avoid being walled. (Move this entire section where I put the green asterisk * below the set description. It belongs there.)
What about other teammates? Who benefits from Paralysis? What are good switch-ins for the mons that force out Staryu? For example Graveler is a great teammate that can switch into Fearow, while Staryu can switch into Seaking, and they can work together to beat Rapidash.

Even though Although Staryu is a Water-Type Pokemon, it does not fight Fire-Type pokemon very well, especially compared with to Omanyte and Seaking. Rapidash and Arcanine both outspeed Staryu and can hit it with a powerful Body Slam, which if it causes a paralysis Staryu is likely to die next turn from Hyper Beam. Hyper Beam kills Staryu anyway regardless of Paralysis. Rephrase this to differentiate Body Slam paralysis from the Hyper Beam KO. If Staryu takes some damage Rapidash can KO it from 58% health since it outspeeds, Arcanine also outspeeds and can KO it from 58% health.

You haven't really haven't given a full overview here. I'm gonna list some things you should add that I didn't see in the overview.
-Surf + Thunderbolt is near-perfect coverage that's only resisted by grasses and Dragonair
-You touched upon Physical Frailty, but with no mention about how Fearow and Pinsir destroy it. These are the #2 and #3 mons in the tier and you haven't mentioned them at all, instead talking mainly about Rapidash and the rare Arcanine.
-Staryu's ability to spread Paralysis to support less speedy but powerful teammates, such as Seaking and Machamp
-Staryu's fear of paralysis. If paralyzed it no longer outspeeds Nidoqueen or Seaking. Staryu really hates Paralysis and since most of its checks use Body Slam, it's something Staryu has to watch out for.

Thunderbolt is vital for Staryu to fight Slowpoke, which is likely to 2 hit KO 2HKO on a roll. The word likely already implies it's a roll, so explicitly stating it's a roll is redundant. If Staryu drops Thunderbolt Slowpoke wins the matchups dominately, being able to Thunder Wave Staryu and set up with Amnesia while Staryu only does 17-21 give more exact percentages with Surf. Slowpoke is Rare, so it shouldn't be the "vital" reason for Staryu to run Psychic. You're making Thunderbolt seem more important than it actually is so I'd recommend shortening this section or removing it altogether. Also talk about Psychic here. It's a legitimate option on Staryu.

**Drowzee** Drowzee can cripple Staryu with Thunder Wave and spam hit it with Psychic. Drowzee is likely to win this matchup considering psychic special drops and Staryu only 4 hit KOs Drowzee. The last bit is worded kinda oddly
**Paralysis** If Staryu is paralyzed it loses a lot of value considering its bad defense.

No mention of Dragonair? It resists Surf + Thunderbolt, can Paralyze Staryu, and hit it Super-Effectively with Thunderbolt. It's actually commonly used unlike Vileplume and Weepinbell.

This Analysis still needs a lot of work. You're missing a lot of key points about Staryu's strengths, weaknesses, and matchups. You also spend a lot of time talking about niche mons like Arcanine, Vileplume, and Weepinbell, without mentioning mons that are actually important in the meta. Pinsir and Dragonair are never mentioned, while the less relevant mons above were talked about multiple times. Staryu is an incredibly important mon in the tier so it's important that all the information is presented accurately to the meta. I'm gonna hold out on giving QC 1 until after you make my changes.
