Similar to the Demo Teams thread, this thread aggregates viability rankings from active participants of the metagame to give newcomers a better sense of what is viable in the tier. This thread will be updated whenever I receive VR changes from players who have given their input or new submissions from players who feel that they are qualified to voice their opinion, so feel free to contact me via PMs on Smogon if you want to contribute to this project

(!) signifies that there was an unusual level of standard deviation - users can interpret this as the Pokémon in question easily being ranked higher or lower according to different playstyles/preferences. This was not extended to the final two tiers as it is usually very difficult to differentiate between Pokémon of low viability, so high variance in submissions there is to be expected.
2. This list is not meant to be an all-encompassing evaluation of Pokémon in the tier - you are highly encouraged to add Pokémon to the batch available in Glimmer's tier ranker if you would like to add a submission.
