Snover finds a niche in LC thanks to Snow Warning enabling a threatening sweeper in Alolan Sandshrew. Giga Drain complements Blizzard by hitting Water-types like Frillish and Staryu. Ice Shard revenge kills weakened foes like Abra, while Protect allows Snover to block Mienfoo's Fake Out and scout Choice-locked Pokemon like Mudbray. Mareanie is a notable partner on hail teams due to its ability to check Fire- and Fighting-types, like Ponyta and Mienfoo, in one teamslot. Trappers like Diglett and Wynaut can remove threats like Staryu, Mareanie, and Timburr.

Snover finds a niche in LC thanks to its ability, Snow Warning, which lets it enable threatening sweepers like Alolan Sandshrew. Blizzard allows Snover to hit for large amounts of damage while Giga Drain keeps Snover healthy while hitting bulky Water-types like Frillish and Mareanie who resist Blizzard. Ice Shard helps with picking off foes at low HP, (Provide some examples, e.g Abra) and Protect allows it to scout out Choice-locked Pokemon like Mudbray (It also blocks Mienfoo's HJK, which is more important.). Partners like Alolan Sandshrew work well taking advantage of the hail with Slush Rush. To combat its Fire-weakness, Pokemon like Mareanie and Diglett make for good partners. In return, Snover deals with Ground- and Water-types like Trapinch and Frillish, respectively. It is also weak to Fighting-types like Mienfoo and Timburr, so Poison-types like Mareanie and Koffing work well with it. In return, it checks Ground-types like Diglett and Mudbray for them. (This section has a lot of redundant wording and is gonna need to be rewritten. I would just mention Mareanie here and not Koffing; hail teams really need its ability to check Fire- and Fighting-types in one slot. Also include a sentence on trappers like Diglett and Wynaut removing threats like Staryu, Mareanie, and Timburr.)
