On July 27th at, there will be a post on a threat in the tournament section that has OLT sign ups. Once you click on that, all you have to so is say "in" or something similar.
If there has to be special symbols/letters for an alternate if OLT accounts require it (it'll state if you do or don't in the post for OLT sign ups), you make an alternate account for the occasion and add the name of said accout to your post. For example, if the special symbols/letters were "OLT3407", your post would look something like this:
