Banned deucer.
In a world where bigger is better, where the term "supersize me" goes beyond fast food combo meals, where the Average Joe is the new Joe Millionaire, and big things often come in little packages, I present a new pet mod that is all about one thing in particular.
This mod will give any non-Uber Pokemon the Pumpkaboo treatment. That's right, you can now expect to see Small, Average, Large, and Super versions of just about everything running around, all with their stats tweak just enough to make them similar but still distinct.
Before we get started, there are a few guidelines we must follow to keep things uniform. Game Freak set a precedent with Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist, so we will maintain that style going forward. But since there is no middle evolution standard, I'm going to set one myself that I think fits stylistically.
So here are the rules:
How to participate:
Remember, this is a work in progress, so there are bound to be some bumps along the way. Please message me or someone on the review list with questions. And yes, this mod involves the maths. It may be confusing for some, but once you get the hang of how stats change, it's a lot of fun.
Enjoy!
(And for some of you, the tl;dr version:
Make Pokemon like Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist! That's pretty much it!)
(thanks to Arhops for the art!)
So here are the rules:
- Stage 1 Pokemon must follow the same "style" as Pumpkaboo
- Stage 2 Pokemon must follow the same "style" set by me
- Final evolution Pokemon must follow the same "style" as Gourgeist
- For now, Mega evolutions will not change. This is to keep coding as simple as possible but may change in the future. But because there will be no Small, Average, Large, and Super Mega evolutions, any Pokemon that can Mega Evolve may not change its HP stat.
- No Pokemon regardless of its position in the evolution line can change its highest or lowest stat unless it has more than one highest or lowest stat. This is because
- Neither Pumpkaboo nor Gourgeist change their highest or lowest stats (assuming Average is at net zero)
- And some Pokemon like Mew or Venusaur wouldn't be eligible because of their stat distribution.
- Average is considered "net zero", which means Pokemon will retain their normal stats in the Average size.
You must stick to the same stats, so notice how only HP and Speed change. Once you start with one, you must change it in all sizes.
You must stick to the same stats, so notice how only Attack and Special Defense change. Once you start with one, you must change it in all sizes.

How to participate:
- Copy the format in the hide tags above. Your submission must match them to make this easier to keep track of otherwise it may not be considered.
- You may reserve 1 evolutionary line at a time. Once a member of the team has reviewed and accepted your changes, you may start over. There is no cap on how many you can do over the life of the project, however.
- You cannot reserve just Pidgeot for example. You must also reserve Pidgey and Pidgeotto. All or nothing. Them the brakes. This also means if you reserve Tyrogue, you reserve all of Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, and Hitmontop.
- Formes are reserved with the original, so all Rotoms go together and must have the same stat changes (for coding reasons.)
- When submitting your changes, please write a line or two on how the sizes function. Is Small a fast, frail sweeper? Does Super finally have the bulk this Pokemon has ever wanted? Why did you make these changes? How do you see it affecting that Pokemon's roles? Also make a note of the Pokemon's locked stats (their highest and lowest cannot change!). Remember, if they have multiple highest or lowest stats, then they are unlocked.
- Kyurem has no locked stats.
- Jellicent has 1 locked stat, HP.
- Dragonite has 2 locked stats, Attack and Speed.
- Alakazam has 3 locked stats, Special Attack, Defense, and HP (because it Mega evolves.)
- Here is the changelog. For now you need to use the search function to find a Pokemon. We will organize them by dex # at a later date.
