I just go on Serebii, go to the Pokemon in the dex, right click on the image, go to "open image in new tab", and voila.

  • Super: 68/125/85/65/125/50
Locked Stats: HP, Attack, Special Attack.

So the smaller versions are faster but frailer, larger versions are slower but bulkier. For the NFE members of this line, their Defense actually matches their Special Defense in Super.
M-Garde should always run Small, because it gets the speed boost on the first turn, and doesn't use the lowered bulk after Mega Evolving. Support Garde could consider the Higher bulk from Large and Super, or the boosted speed from Small, depending on what the player wants. Same goes for Gallade, except it doesn't have a MEvo.

Here is Entei.

  • (Small) - 105 / 110 / 85 / 90 / 75 / 115 ( -10 / -5 / - / - / - / +15 )

  • (Average) - 115 / 115 / 85 / 90 / 75 / 100 ( - / - / - / - / - / - )

  • (Large) - 125 / 120 / 85 / 90 / 75 / 85 ( +10 / +5 / - / - / - / -15 )

  • (Super) - 135 / 125 / 85 / 90 / 75 / 70 ( +20 / +10 / - / - / - / -30 )
Locked: Special Defense
Overview: Large and Super Entei get a boost in HP and Attack, while losing Speed, allowing them to be powerful bulky attackers. Small Entei gets a Speed boost, while losing a bit of Attack and HP, which can allow it to be a fast and powerful revenge killer.

Reserving Shelmet line.

Shelmet:
(Small) - 50 / 35 / 85 / 40 / 70 / 25 (- / -5 / - / - / +5 / -)
(Average) - 50 / 40 / 85 / 40 / 65 / 25 (- / - / - / - / - / -)
(Large) - 50 / 45 / 85 / 40 / 60 / 25 (- / +5 / - / - / -5 / -)
(Super) - 50 / 50 / 85 / 40 / 55 / 25 (- / +10 / - / - / -10 / -)

Locked: Defense, Speed

This is mostly to set the stat changes for Accelgor, but Shelmet can still do some more physical damage in Super size, and tank special hits slightly better in Small size.

Accelgor:
(Small) - 80 / 60 / 40 / 95 / 75 / 145 (- / -10 / - / -5 / +15 / -)
(Average) - 80 / 70 / 40 / 100 / 60 / 145 (- / - / - / - / - / -)
(Large) - 80 / 80 / 40 / 105 / 45 / 145 (- / +10 / - / +5 / -15 / -)
(Super) - 80 / 90 / 40 / 110 / 30 / 145 (- / +20 / - / +10 / -30 / -)

Locked: Defense, Speed

Super size is intended as a mixed attacker, but dies to the weakest special moves, while Small size can take special hits slightly better than Average size, and doesn’t lose that much power.

Overview: Electivire now has a usable speed! I couldn't buff its Attack, so I went with the next best thing and made it a mixed(ish) attacker. Its bulk gets really hurt at Super, though, so the best spread isn't quite cut and clear.

  • (Average) - 130 / 65 / 60 / 110 / 95 / 65 (- / - / - / - / - / -)

Locked: HP, Defense

Special Attack (Small) vs. Special Defense and Speed (Super)

Small Vaporeon is a tank, still packing solid special bulk and hitting much harder. Super is bulkier and faster, aiding it in support roles. Seems somewhat odd, but my only other option within standard was to increase its Attack in Super - while it would then be higher than its Special Attack, it would still be ignored in favor of Scald.

  • (Small) - 55 / 65 / 60 / 125 / 90 / 130 (-10 / - / - / +15 / -5 / -)
  • (Average) - 65 / 65 / 60 / 110 / 95 / 130 (- / - / - / - / - / -)
  • (Large) - 75 / 65 / 60 / 95 / 100 / 130 (+10 / - / - / -15 / +5 / -)
  • (Super) - 85 / 65 / 60 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+20 / - / - / -30 / +10 / -)
Locked: Defense, Speed

Special Attack (Small) vs. HP and Special Defense (Super)

Nothing special, Offensive pivot vs. bulky pivot

  • (Small) - 65 / 130 / 60 / 90 / 125 / 55 (- / - / - / -5 / +15 / -10)
  • (Average) - 65 / 130 / 60 / 95 / 110 / 65 (- / - / - / - / - / -)
  • (Large) - 65 / 130 / 60 / 100 / 95 / 75 (- / - / - / +5 / -15 / +10)
  • (Super) - 65 / 130 / 60 / 105 / 80 / 85 (- / - / - / +10 / -30 / +20)
Locked: Attack, Defense

Special Defense (Small) vs. Special Attack and Speed (Super)

Small expands on Flareon's somewhat rare niche as a defensive Fire-type, while Super gives it a much better Speed stat to go on the offensive with. The Special Attack is admittedly irrelevant, as Flareon lacks the movepool to bother trying to go mixed and no other reason to use it over its massive Attack, but was necessary to keep it in line with the standard distribution.

  • (Small) - 55 / 65 / 60 / 130 / 90 / 125 (-10 / - / - / - / -5 / +15)
  • (Average) - 65 / 65 / 60 / 130 / 95 / 110 (- / - / - / - / - / -)
  • (Large) - 75 / 65 / 60 / 130 / 100 / 95 (+10 / - / - / - / +5 / -15)
  • (Super) - 85 / 65 / 60 / 130 / 105 / 80 (+20 / - / - / - / +10 / -30)
Locked: Defense, Special Attack

Speed (Small) vs. HP and Special Defense (Super)

Similar to Jolteon, Offensive pivot vs. bulky pivot
  • (Small) - 90 / 55 / 125 / 60 / 130 / 65 (-5 / -10 / +15 / - / - / -)
  • (Average) - 95 / 65 / 110 / 60 / 130 / 65 (- / - / - / - / - / -)
  • (Large) - 100 / 75 / 95 / 60 / 130 / 65 (+5 / +10 / -15 / - / - / -)
  • (Super) - 105 / 85 / 80 / 60 / 130 / 65 (+10 / +20 / -30 / - / - / -)
Locked: Special Attack, Special Defense

Defense (Small) vs. HP and Attack (Super)

Small jacks up Umbreon's mixed bulk, the Attack drop not really mattering due to Foul Play access. Super is pretty much perfectly tailored to Curse sets, with a much stronger initial Attack, high special bulk and Curse boosting the lowered physical bulk.

  • (Small) - 55 / 125 / 130 / 60 / 65 / 90 (-10 / +30 / - / - / - / -5)
  • (Average) - 65 / 110 / 130 / 60 / 65 / 95 (- / - / - / - / - / -)
  • (Large) - 75 / 95 / 130 / 60 / 65 / 100 (+10 / -15 / - / - / - / +5)
  • (Super) - 85 / 80 / 130 / 60 / 65 / 105 (+20 / -30 / - / - / - / +10)
Locked: Defense, Special Attack

Attack (Small) vs. HP and Speed (Super)

Small sacrifices a bit of bulk to become more of a tank, while still possessing decent speed. Super makes it very physically bulky, and very fast for a wall, at the cost of its Attack (but it can still Swords Dance to remedy that).

  • (Small) - 65 / 60 / 125 / 130 / 90 / 55 (- / - / +15 / - / -5 / -10)
  • (Average) - 65 / 60 / 110 / 130 / 95 / 65 (- / - / - / - / - / -)
  • (Large) - 65 / 60 / 95 / 130 / 100 / 75 (- / - / -15 / - / +5 / +10)
  • (Super) - 65 / 60 / 80 / 130 / 105 / 85 (- / - / -30 / - / +10 / +20)
Locked: Attack, Special Attack

Defense (Small) vs. Special Defense and Speed (Super)

Like Flareon, a somewhat lopsided trade between bulk and much needed speed.

  • (Small) - 90 / 65 / 55 / 125 / 130 / 60 (-5 / - / -10 / +15 / - / -)
  • (Average) - 95 / 65 / 65 / 110 / 130 / 60 (- / - / - / - / - / -)
  • (Large) - 100 / 65 / 75 / 95 / 130 / 60 (+5 / - / +10 / -15 / - / -)
  • (Super) - 105 / 65 / 85 / 80 / 130 / 60 (+10 / - / +20 / -30 / - / -)
Locked: Special Defense, Speed

Special Attack (Small) vs. HP and Defense (Super)

Simple trade between tank and greatly improved overall defenses.

Basically the same as Porygon, with the smaller versions having more Special Defense and the larger versions having more defense

(image.jpg) (Small) - 75 / 80 / 70 / 135 / 70 / 105 (-10 / - / - / - / -5 / +15)

(image.jpg) (Super) - 105 / 80 / 70 / 135 / 85 / 60 (+20 / - / - / - / +10 / -30)

The small version is meant to be a frail sweeper with a large boost in speed to give it a nice 105 speed tier, but in exchange it sacrifices a lot of bulk. The larger forms are designed to be tanks, with large increases to bulk in exchange for lower speed.

So this is fairly similar to my Porygon-Z submission, with smaller forms getting faster and larger forms getting bulkier. However, I feel like the Super will be the best of the 3 since Small is outclassed by Thundurus.

One problem that I've see frequently here and that I've been unable to fix myself, is that the "best" form is usually either the Super or the Small form, while the average and large forms stats are are too average compared to the small and super forms to really stand out.

Here is Raikou.

  • (Small) - 90 / 85 / 75 / 110 / 115 / 105 ( - / - / - / -5 / +15 / -10 )

  • (Average) - 90 / 85 / 75 / 115 / 100 / 115 ( - / - / - / - / - / - )

  • (Super) - 90 / 85 / 75 / 125 / 70 / 135 ( - / - / - / +10 / -30 / +20 )
Locked: Defense
Overview: Large and Super Raikou get big boosts in Speed and Special Attack, at the cost of losing a lot of their Special Defense. This can allow them to be powerful sweepers or revenge killers. Small Raikou loses some Speed and Special Attack, but gets a boost in Special Defense, letting it take hits better.

  • (Small) - 66 / 117 / 60 / 40 / 50 / 77 (- / - / -10 / - / - / +10)
  • (Average) - 66 / 117 / 70 / 40 / 50 / 67 (- / - / - / - / - / -)
  • (Large) - 66 / 117 / 80 / 40 / 50 / 57 (- / - / +10 / - / - / -10)
  • (Super) - 66 / 117 / 90 / 40 / 50 / 47 (- / - / +20 / - / - / -20)
Locked: Attack, Sp. Attack

Both Axew and Fraxure exchange between speed and physical bulk with their sizes. With the buffed speed of small sizes, a Swords Dance set can be attempted, while Large and Super sizes can take more hits for setting up.

Haxorus:
  • (Small) - 71 / 147 / 80 / 60 / 70 / 112 (-5 / - / -10 / - / - / +15)
  • (Average) - 76 / 147 / 90 / 60 / 70 / 97 (- / - / - / - / - / -)
  • (Large) - 81 / 147 / 100 / 60 / 70 / 82 (+5 / - / +10 / - / - / -15)
  • (Super) - 86 / 147 / 110 / 60 / 70 / 67 (+10 / - / +20 / - / - / -30)
Locked: Attack, Sp. Attack

In the same vein, Small Haxorus becomes much faster, such that Swords Dance would be viable in place of Dragon Dance. However, its bulk also gets dented a bit, making it easier to get revenge killed. Meanwhile, Super size possess much greater bulk, especially on the physical side, which means Haxorus can take more hits when setting up.

Beldum and Metang get either power or better mixed bulk, while Metagross becomes either even more physically fearsome or both offensively and defensively mixed.
