Groud outspeeds so you can't 2hko anyways. You should be using Grass Knot because:

8 SpA Abomasnow Grass Knot (120 BP) vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Groudon: 266-314 (77.77 - 91.81%) -- 68.75% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock and Spikes

Not that offensive groud is the best switch into abom, point is if you are looking for power you should just use Grass Knot.
