I am double battling. I have a tyranitar with sand stream so it can help my shuckle. My shuckle has the ability contrary and needs 4 moves. my options are flash, trick room, toxic, rest, substitute, power split, shell smash(what moves? or if you have other move ideas). and what item? and if this is the wrong place to ask this can some one steer me in the right direction, im still a noob.

NeverUsed is for single play, and thus Shuckle in doubles is different. You're best off posting an RMT (rate my team thread) here with your full team, with all movesets included (and after reading the rules there), or by reading its analysis for its best sets, assuming it's VGC (found here). While if you have questions about what sets and stuff work in the NU metagame, you could try reading NU's FAQ. :)
