if this tourney is unable to hit 192 exactly, everyone listed after 80 will be selected randomly to fill in the 48 spots leftover for a 128 man tourney. Everyone else will then have the opportunity to sign up as a substitute in Round 1 (that's at a first come first serve basis, too). If we surpass 192 everyone listed after 120 will be selected randomly to fill in the last 72 spots for a 192 man tour. There are no guarantees that you'll make it unless we hit 192 exactly.
