Approved Show moves/Pokemon after selecting action

When playing a random battle, you need to familiarize yourself with the entire team, moves, abilities, etc. That can take a little while, especially for inexperienced players. However, most players don't want to simply stall for 2+ minutes looking at their team. So, they will often select an action (move or switch) before looking closely at their team.

Unfortunately, this hides their team and current Pokemon's moves. They then need to wait until the opponent selects an action before they get the chance to look at their moves/Pokemon again.

It would be great if the moves/Pokemon list did not disappear when selecting an action, but were simply disabled. They would still be able to hover over the Pokemon to see the moves or hover over the current Pokemon's moves to see a description of the move.

I'm willing to give a shot at implementing this, although I may need a few pointers. I've done a lot of development, but not a lot of TypeScript, and nothing in this codebase before.
