Set
Remember that moves should be in order of importance. Generally, moves with more slashes should be further down on the set, and the most important moves should be listed first.
Moves
Don't just say that a move is a good move, especially for STABs. Why is it a good move? It might seem obvious to you, but a newer player won't know the implied meaning. Be descriptive, and when moves are slashed, explain the benefits and downsides of each move.
Set Details
Don't be redundant and obvious when describing EV spreads and natures. Everyone understands that a Jolly nature makes the Pokemon faster and that an Impish nature allows the Pokemon to take physical hits better. Mention specific reasons for spreads and don't say like '4 EVs in Defense boosts the Pokemon's Defense stat', as such a boost is so minuscule that it's pointless to mention.

Don't mention redundant pieces of information like the effect of the ability or that a Mega Stone makes a Pokemon Mega Evolve. However, you should talk about the effect of items like Leftovers and Life Orb; specifically, it is important to discuss how they benefit the Pokemon.
Usage Tips
This section is important, and it seems that some writers just rush through it. Usage Tips should go in-depth on handling common situations encountered with a Pokemon and how it should be played. Remember that newer players read the analyses, so being clear and detailed is especially important in this section.
Team Options
This is another section where being descriptive and thorough is important. Be sure to mention all of the following: what types of teams the Pokemon is useful on, support it needs whether defensively or offensively with multiple examples of partners to fill those roles, and Pokemon that it partners well with in general (an example of this is Scarftar pairing well with Keldeo).
Other Options
Please don't mention things that are bad here. The only exception to this is when something might look good at first glance to someone who doesn't understand the Pokemon well, but actually isn't. In this case, you want to explain the supposed merits of the option and why it isn't a good option. Here, you should be mentioning sets, moves, abilities, items, etc. that have niche use on the Pokemon (i.e. for certain teams). Don't add options for the sake of doing so; if a Pokemon doesn't have a bunch of viable additional options, it just doesn't.
Checks and Counters
This section is generally fine, but make sure to be thorough and mention what you can. Remember, you should be approaching this from the perspective of someone trying to prepare for this Pokemon, so include all of the options and techniques that they can use to counteract that Pokemon. Also, make sure you have specific examples and not just general statements.

Additionally, its strong high natural bulk and unique typing that provides x4 4x resistances to Fire and Ice moves allows allow Volcanion to survive fairly strong hits hits, (remove comma) and even switch into attackers like Entei and Victini. Unfortunately, Volcanion's mediocre Speed, weakness to Stealth Rocks Rock, offensive predictability, and lack of recovery mitigate its effectiveness to an extent. Overall, Volcanion is a powerful, bulky attacker that has the stats and moves to break through many walls in the AAA metagame.

Overview

Volcanion is a powerful attacker that uses its great typing and signature move in Steam Eruption to be a huge threat in AAA. Its high attacking stats and diverse movesets enable it to perform well as a mixed attacker. Additionally, its high natural bulk and unique typing that provides 4x resistances to Fire and Ice allow Volcanion to survive fairly strong hits and even switch into attackers like Entei and Victini. Unfortunately, Volcanion's mediocre Speed, weakness to Stealth Rock, offensive predictability, and lack of recovery mitigate its effectiveness to an extent.

I'd add that Jolly nature can be used to outspeed uninvested base 100 like zapdos / mew or foes that invest to speedcreep adamant tar like meloetta, but that the drop in power is noticeable.

• Tyranitar has the natural bulk and typing to switch into many attacks and pursuit trap the foe.
• Double switch from a special attacker into Tyranitar to lure out and pursuit trap their checks / counters specially defensive foes and clear the way for other mons to sweep.

Entei is a prominent physical attacker in Mix and Mega because of a few assets - Extreme Speed and high attack. It is one of the tier's best revenge killers, being able to stop sweepers with its +2 priority. It is best used with an ate stone so it can receive STAB and a 30% boost on Extreme Speed. Every team requires a few checks to this mon. However, it is kept back by a weakness to Stealth Rocks, lack of recovery, and underwhelming coverage, though its fantastic dual stab and power make up for that.

Sacred Fire is a great secondary stab to hit steels, such as Aggronite mons or Cobalion. Stone Edge hits other fire types, such as other Enteis, Arcanine, or Victinis. The last slot depends on what you want to tech for. Return is the strongest stab Entei has, allowing it to 2HKO Blue Orb Scizor, for example. Howl allows it to boost up and beat Blissey and other checks to Entei. Will o Wisp allows it to cripple Skarmory or other Blue Orb Steels, therefore opening the way for other mons weak to skarmory to sweep.
Set Details
The EVs maximize Entei's wallbreaking power and speed. Adamant nature is forced if Entei wishes to run Extreme speed, as is being shiny. The given stones allow Entei to gain an -ate ability after mega evolving. Pinsirite gives more speed and special defense than Altarianite and makes Entei Fire/Flying. Altarianite gives a bit more power and makes Entei Fire/Fairy.
Ate boosted stab extreme speed hits like a truck, OHKOing frail offensive threats like Keldeo and Weavile. Pinsirite is better if you wish to hit Primal Groudon and Gengar hard or appreciate the extra speed, while Altarianite allows you to nail threats like Zygarde and Garchomp and is a tad stronger.
Usage Tips
Try bringing in Entei on frail offensive threats like Keldeo, Weavile, and Gengar. This allows it to either nab a kill or pressure a switch in. You can also save it to revenge such mons. Against offense, usually just clicking Extreme Speed will be the best play. But against teams with walls such as Skarmory, try wearing them down with status or hazards before
Team Options
Entei is best on balance and hyper offense teams as a priority option but also as a powerful wallbreaker. If Blue Orb Skarmory is a nuisance, Magnezone is an option to trap it. Entei also greatly appreciates hazard removal, as it can be between 2 and 4x weak to rocks depending on which stone it runs.
Some teams also use multiple Extreme Speeders, such as Entei and Arcanine, to overload teams with just a Primal Groudon to check them. On these teams Wil-O-Wisp Entei is best so Arcanine can then beat Skarmory with Wild Charge. You should definitely run stallbreakers/wallbreakers or setup sweepers alongside Entei, as Entei's best asset isn't insane power but rather priority alongside decent power and a nice dual stab.
Other Options
Extreme Speed and Sacred Fire are musts, and Stone Edge is great coverage. But the 4th slot is pretty flexible. Crush Claw is an option over Howl to pick up a boost while cleaning up a weakened opponent, but it is not as reliable. Flare Blitz is another option for extra power, but Sacred Fire's burn chance and lack of recoil make it much better overall. Bulldoze is the strongest move vs Groudon on Altarianite sets, but even that is so weak that it probably doesn't help.
Checks and Counters

• Blue Orb Steels: Scizor, Ferrothorn and Skarmory, can wall Entei completely. Skarmory walls any Entei set, only fearing Wil-O-Wisp, but the other two completely wall altarianite versions and still check Pinsirite sets.
• Primal Groudon: Is a hard counter to Altarianite sets and a check to Pinsirite versions.
• Physical Walls: Barring the howl set, bulky walls, especially Suicune for its typing and ability to calm mind up, can exploit Entei's subpar power. Blissey is also a hard wall against Entei. Entei truly shines against offense teams, so it has trouble with bulkier ones.

Return is the strongest stab Entei has, allowing it to 2HKO Blue Orb Scizor, for example. Crush claw (or Howl, but Crush Claw is probably better) allows it to boost up and beat Blissey. Bulldoze is the best move on Altarianite sets if hitting Primal Groudon is key. Will o Wisp allows it to cripple Skarmory or other Blue Orb Steels.

The EVs maximize Entei's wallbreaking power and speed. Adamant nature is forced if Entei wishes to run Extreme speed. This is Entei's best set. Ate boosted stab extreme speed hits like a truck, OHKOing threats like Keldeo, Gengar (if Pinsirite), and Weavile. Altarianite gives 10 more attack and fairy typing, while pinsirite gives 20 speed and flying typing. Pinsirite is better if you wish to hit Primal Groudon hard, while Altarianite allows you to nail threats like Zygarde.
Usage Tips
Try bringing in Entei on frail offensive threats like Keldeo, Weavile, and Gengar. This allows it to either nab a kill or pressure a switch in. You can also save it to revenge such mons.
Team Options
If Blue Orb Skarmory is a nuisance, Magnezone is an option to trap it. Entei also greatly appreciates hazard removal, as it can be between 2 and 4x weak to rocks depending on which stone it runs. Entei is best on balance and hyper offense teams as a priority option but also as a powerful wallbreaker.

Checks and Counters

• Blue Orb Steels: Scizor, Ferrothorn and Skarmory, can wall Entei completely. Skarmory is better against Pinsirite sets, but the other two completely wall altarianite versions.
• Primal Groudon: Is a hard counter to Altarianite sets and a check to Pinsirite versions.
• Sablenite Blissey/Slowbronite Florges/Suicune: Barring the howl/crush claw set, bulky walls, especially suicune for its typing and ability to calm mind up.

You can mention crush claw in oo. I'm also not completely sold on bulldoze as it usually seems bad cuz pdon rly doesnt take much from it. Only use is on pinsirite sets to beat red orb raikou, so i think that can be moved to oo. New set should look like:

Bulky Fairies: If Tyranitar is locked into a move other than Stone Edge, Fairy type pokemon like Diancie and Florges can set up Calm Mind boosts and threaten Tyranitar with Moonblast.
