Teambuilder Searching for Unobtainable moves in National Dex

What is the bug?
I'd say this fits on Teambuilder.

Hold Hands is learnt by a few Pokemon, but they don't seem to have the move coded in their National Dex movepool in Generation 9. They can use it and the validator will say it is legal tho. The teambuilder shows no Pokemon learns the move.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
The teambuilder is in theGen 9 National Dex tier.

This looks to be generally true for moves that are clickable in Generation 9, but can't actually be acquired by any Pokemon (marked internally in PS as
isNonstandard: "Unobtainable". This interaction with Hold Hands will also happen with moves like Burn Up, Cut, or V-create. Moves that are unclickable in Gen 9, like Sky Drop (marked internally in PS as isNonstandard: "Past") work fine.
