[SET COMMENTS]

Choice Scarf Rotom is effective at revenge killing targets like Krookodile, Entei, and Lycanroc-D with Hydro Pump. Volt Switch helps Rotom-W offensively threaten foes such as +1 Gyarados, Keldeo, and Starmie. Thunderbolt can be used over Volt Switch to apply more reliable pressure against foes like Mantine and Galarian Moltres, although Volt Switch is more consistent. Defog allows Rotom-W to remove entry hazards before being KOed or as it forces out Pokemon like Mantine and Moltres. Pain Split over Defog gives Rotom-W more longevity. However, finding other options for entry hazard removal can be challenging and create more strain on teambuilding. Trick is vital because it cripples defensive pivots such as Chansey, Amoonguss, and Tangrowth. However, Rotom-W should only use Trick after the additional Speed is no longer necessary, as it will no longer be able to outspeed threats such as Thundurus and Zygarde-10%. Choice Scarf allows Rotom-W to revenge kill threats such as Thundurus and Krookodile as well as maintain momentum against other Pokemon that would otherwise outspeed and deal massive damage such as Salamence. The additional speed also helps Rotom-W scout and maintain momentum against unfavorable matchups such as Zarude and Roserade more reliably.

Choice Scarf Rotom-W fits best on offense, balance, and bulky offense teams that appreciate its role compression as a Ground-immune offensive pivot and revenge killer that provides momentum and emergency entry hazard removal. Other pivots such as Life Orb Mienshao and Thundurus form a potent VoltTurn core with Rotom-W, as they overwhelm each other's checks; Mienshao and Thundurus deal with Chansey and Zarude, while Rotom-W deal with Moltres and Nihilego. Entry hazard setters such as Jirachi, Nihilego, and Krookodile wear down targets for Rotom-W. The former is able to form a VoltTurn core with Rotom-W, while the latter two can cripple Pokemon such as Aegislash and Salamence with Knock Off. Wallbreakers such as Entei, Nidoking, and Mamoswine are fantastic partner that break through Pokemon Rotom-W grants them safe entry on, such as Tangrowth, Amoonguss, and Galarian Slowbro. Hatterene deals with Pokemon that would otherwise take advantage of Rotom-W like Seismitoad and Kommo-o. Hatterene's Magic Bounce also assists Rotom-W in its role as entry hazard control and makes Rotom-W more comfortable with running Pain Split. Rotom-W's role compression means it can struggle against Entei and Jirachi in the long-term, so teammates such as RestTalk Primarina, Aegislash, and Moltres help relieve pressure.

QC 1/3! Great job on this -- it looks like a lot of notes but that's just me being comment-happy.

Paragraph 1
- Rotom-W's newfound speed means that its Hydro Pumps are more effective at revenge killing targets like Krookodile, Nihilego, and Lycanroc-D, though Rotom-W has to watch its health for Accelerock from the latter. I understand this is just flavorful text but probably better to phrase this as "Choice Scarf allows Rotom-W to " or something similar so it doesn't sound like Rotom-W got buffed or something. Might want to specify non-scarf Krookodile, and i think Nihilego is a bit of a questionable example because you can't revenge kill sweeper sets (bc revenge kill kind of implies they just killed something else on your team, so they'd have +1 speed) and hydro doesn't kill from full. Entei could be a good additional example if you need one.
- Volt Switch helps Rotom-W to gain easier momentum against the likes of Keldeo, Starmie, and +1 Gyarados. The additional speed also helps Rotom-W get out of unfavorable matchups such as against non Choice Scarf Zarude and Roserade more reliably. You have two different thoughts here -- Volt Switch allowing R-W to damage / kill faster waters, and volt switch allowing you to scout against faster mons in general. split the sentences up to reflect that -- 1st sentence should be like "scarf allows r-w's volt to offensively pressure +1 gyara, etc." and 2nd "it also lets it scout and retain momentum against xyz" Also, +1 Gyara is really a crucial and pivotal reason for this set so it should either be listed first, or have a clause devoted to it entirely.
- Defog allows Rotom-W to remove hazards before being KOed or as it forces out Pokemon like Mantine and Moltres.
- Trick is vital because it handicaps defensive pivots to Rotom-W such as Chansey, Amoonguss, and Tangrowth. However, Trick can be difficult to use effectively against Pokemon that can scout with Protect such as Celesteela, especially if their teammates are switch-ins that can effectively absorb it such as Zarude. Furthermore, giving up Choice Scarf may not be optimal in matchups where Rotom-W's speed control is valued. I think this can be condensed -- it's a helpful tip, but it borders the line of general strategy advice rather than specific to this mon and how to use it. Either make everything after the first sentence much shorter, or omit.
- Pain Split over Defog is an additional option as it makes Rotom-W more bothersome for defensive teams after Tricking a target. However, it is difficult to pass up the utility Defog provides as well as the options it opens up for teammates such as Moltres and Salamence. Pain Split isn't necessarily reserved for after you trick, so I think you could just more generally say it gives it longevity. I know what you mean with the second sentence, but I think it'd be clearer if you said "forgoing defog makes teambuilding more challenging bc you may have to fit alternate methods of hazard removal".
- Choice Scarf allows Rotom-W to revenge kill threats such as Thundurus as well as maintain momentum against other Pokemon that would otherwise outspeed and deal massive damage such as Salamence.

Paragraph 2
- This Rotom-W set fits best on offensive and bulky offense teams that appreciate its role compression as a Ground- immune offensive pivot that provides momentum, speed control, and emergency hazard removal.
- Other pivots such as Life Orb Mienshao and Thundurus form a potent VoltTurn core with Rotom-W as they overwhelm its checks such as Chansey and Zarude. Likewise Rotom-W is able to deal with their respective checks such as Moltres and Nihilego.
- Hazard setters such as Jirachi and Krookodile help increase the chip damage Rotom-W provides. The former is able to form a VoltTurn core with Rotom-W while the ladder can cripple Pokemon such as Reuniclus and Tangrowth with Knock Off.
- Wallbreakers such as Entei and Mamoswine are fantastic partners for their ability to break through Pokemon Rotom-W grants them safe entry on such as Tangrowth, Amoonguss and Galarian Slowbro. Their priority moves also help revenge kill threats such as Choice Scarf Mienshao and Dragon Dance Salamence. Neither DD mence nor scarf mienshao are particularly relevant to rotom-w specifically, so I think you can remove this second sentence.
- Hatterene deals with Pokemon that would otherwise take advantage of Rotom-W like Seismitoad and Kommo-o. Hatterene's Magic Bounce also assists Rotom-W in its role as hazard control. Maybe this could be a place to mention that Hatterene might make it more comfortable to go Pain Split > Defog.
- This set is more vulnerable to Stealth Rock chip, so teammates such as RestTalk Primarina and Moltres can be used as a primary answer to opponents such as Entei and Jirachi, respectively. This is another case of I know what you're saying but I think you could spell it out a little more. something like "Scarf R-W's compression means it sometimes struggles checking threats like entei and jirachi in the long term, so defensive partners like x and y can alleviate the pressure".

Paragraph 1
- Rotom-W's newfound newfound doesn't feel like the right word here, something like 'increased' makes more sense speed means that its Hydro Pumps are more effective at revenge killing targets like non-Choice Scarf this is fluff and can be removed Krookodile, Entei, and Lycanroc-D.
- Volt Switch helps Rotom-W offensively threaten the likes of +1 Gyarados, Keldeo, Starmie. The additional speed also helps Rotom-W scout and maintain momentum against unfavorable matchups such as non-Choice Scarf Zarude You can just say Zarude here since it's an unfavorable matchup regardless of its set and Roserade more reliably.
- Defog allows Rotom-W to remove hazards before being KOed or as it forces out Pokemon like Mantine and Moltres.
- Trick is vital because it handicaps defensive pivots to Rotom-W such as Chansey, Amoonguss, and Tangrowth. However, this can backfire I wouldn't say that it can backfire and instead say that Rotom-W should be careful to use the move after its increased Speed is no longer necessary as now Rotom-W gets outspeed by threats such as Thundurus and Zygarde-10%.
- Pain Split over Defog is an additional option as it gives Rotom-W more longevity. However, finding other options for hazard removal can be challenging, creating more strain on teambuilding.
consider including Thunderbolt here given that it allows Rotom-W to apply more reliable pressure to Pokemon like Mantine and Galarian Moltres, but note that Rotom-W's listed moves are often more consistently useful
- Choice Scarf allows Rotom-W to revenge kill threats such as Thundurus maybe add another example here, like Krookodile as well as maintain momentum against other Pokemon that would otherwise outspeed and deal massive damage such as Salamence.

help relieve the pressure.
this looks good but I suggest a few more examples sprinkled throughout the section of Pokemon that value Rotom's ground immunity

However, Rotom-W should use this after its speed is no longer necessary as now it can no longer outspeed threats such as Thundurus and Zygarde-10%. Thunderbolt can be used over Volt Switch to apply more reliable pressure against the likes of Mantine and Galarian Moltres, though Volt Switch is more consistently useful. bit of a formatting thing but move this point after the Volt Switch point since you talk about Thunderbolt being an alternative to it Pain Split over Defog is an additional option as it gives Rotom-W more longevity. However, finding other options for hazard removal can be challenging, creating more strain on teambuilding. same here, move this point between defog and trick.
