[SET COMMENTS]
Rotom-H is a good option on Electric teams because of its ability to hit Grass- and Steel-type Pokemon such as Celebi, Vileplume, and Ferrothorn for super effective damage with Overheat. Being able to take down Steel-type Pokemon is especially important, as Overheat in the Steel matchup can be otherwise hard due to its defensive core as well as revenge killers in Excadrill. Nasty Plot and Substitute in conjunction with its good Special Attack and decent Speed allows Rotom-H to serve as a setup sweeper and wallbreaker, being great against Steel teams as well as other types like Grass, Ice, and Psychic. Nasty Plot helps Rotom-H break past bulkier Pokemon such as Mew, Galarian Corsola, and Celebi as well as OHKO offensive Pokemon such as Gardevoir, Hatterene, and Kyurem-B with a boosted Overheat. Substitute allows Rotom-H to set up on more passive defensive Pokemon, mainly Ferrothorn, Celebi and Appletun, or forced switches. Against Steel, Rotom-H should look to set up Substitute against Ferrothorn in order to beat more Pokemon with Overheat. Substitute is also good because it enables Rotom-H to set up in front of Bisharp's Sucker Punch and force Aegislash to change to Blade forme to take it on, allowing Rotom-H to deal with these Pokemon more consistently especially against Steel teams. Thunderbolt hits Pokemon such as Toxapex and Corviknight for super effective damage while OHKOing Pokemon such as Indeedee and Gengar after a Nasty Plot boost without having to rely on Overheat along with its Special Attack drops. Maximum Speed combined with a Timid nature allows Rotom-H to outspeed Pokemon like Indeedee-F, Mamoswine, and Diggersby as well as other Pokemon like Choice Scarf Duraludon if Sticky Web is set.

The entirety of Electric teams appreciates Rotom-H's ability to beat Steel teams effectively. Galvantula and Vikavolt set Sticky Web for Rotom-H, allowing it to outspeed Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Duraludon, Choice Scarf Gardevoir, and Salazzle. Alolan Raichu is a good revenge killer under Electric Terrain, being able to take on Pokemon such as Seismitoad, Terrakion, and Choice Scarf Excadrill, which check Rotom-H. The latter is extremely important, as it can beat Rotom-H with Earthquake if it is not behind a Substitute. Pincurchin sets Spikes and Toxic Spikes, wearing down the opposing team for Rotom-H, and can slow down Pokemon like Gengar with Thunder Wave and give Rotom-H setup opportunities with Memento. Zeraora is a great physical wallbreaker, being able to take on special walls like Snorlax and Tyranitar with its high Attack paired with Choice Band as well as Dragon-type Pokemon like Dragapult, Hydreigon, and Dracovish with Play Rough. In return, Rotom-H can break past a lot of the Pokemon Zeroara struggles with such as Galarian Corsola, Torkoal, and Vileplume with Nasty Plot. Toxtricity is another special sweeper with Shift Gear that works together with Rotom-H to take on types like Psychic, Grass, Fairy, Ice, and Poison. Morpeko can break dual screens using Psychic Fangs to help Rotom-H wallbreak and bring Rotom-H in safely using Parting Shot. It can also beat Pokemon like Gastrodon and Seismitoad with Seed Bomb for Rotom-H.

Rotom-H is a good option on Electric teams because of its ability to hit Grass- and Steel-type Pokemon such as Celebi, VilMelmetal, and Ferrothorn for super effective damage with Overheat. Being able to take down Steel-type Pokemon is especially important as Overheat allows it to be amazing in the Steel matchup, which can be otherwise hard due to its defensive core as well as revenge killers in Excadrill. [Talk about its Speed stat allowing it to outspeed Pokemon like Mamoswine and Diggersby] Nasty Plot in conjunction with Substitute allows Rotom-H to serve as a setup sweeper and wallbreaker, being great against Steel teams as well as other types like Grass, Ice, and Psychic. The former helps Rotom-H break past bulkier Pokemon such as Mew, Galarian Corsola, and Celebi, while also allowing Rotom-H OHKO offensive Pokemon such as Gardevoir, Hatterene, and Kyurem-B after a boost with Overheat. The latter allows it to set up on more passive defensive Pokemon, namely Ferrothorn, Celebi and Appletun, as well as forced switches. Substitute is also great on the Steel matchup because it can set up in front of Bisharp's Sucker Punch and force Aegislash to change to Blade form to take Rotom-H on, allowing Rotom-H to deal with these Pokemon more consistently. [Instead of mentioning Steel match here again, I think it will better to generally say how substitute lets it play around against some priority users like Bisharp and Aegislash, forcing Aegislash to change form. Bisharp and Aegislash can be found on other types too]Thunderbolt hits Pokemon such as Toxapex, and Corviknight [could mention Pelipper too as teams without rotom-w can have hard time vs rain water] for super effective damage, while OHKOing Pokemon such as Indeedee and Gengar without having to rely on Overheat along with its Special Attack drops [I think here what you meant is that Rotom-H can beat indeedee and gengar after a NP boost with tbolt] . Against Steel, Rotom-H should look to set up Substitute against Ferrothorn in order to beat more Pokemon behind Substitute. You can club this sentence above where you are talking about substitute specifically.

The entirety of Electric teams appreciate Rotom-H's ability to beat Steel teams effectively. Galvantula and Vikavolt set Sticky Web for Rotom-H, allowing it to outspeed Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Duraludon, Choice Scarf Gardevoir, and Salazzle. Pincurchin sets Spikes and Toxic Spikes, wearing down the opposing team for Rotom-H, and can slow down Pokemon like Gengar with Thunder Wave and use Memento to give Rotom-H setup opportunities.[Can mention Dracozolt along with Zeraora here] Zeraora is a great physical wallbreaker, being able to take on special walls like Snorlax and Tyranitar with its high Attack paired with Choice Band as well as Dragon-type Pokemon like Dragapult, Hydreigon, and Dracovish with Play Rough. Morpeko can break screens using Psychic Fangs and bring Rotom-H in using Parting Shot, helping it wallbreak and giving it a safe switchin respectively. [Mention Morpeko using Seedbomb for Pokemon like Gastrodon and Rhyperior for Rotom-H]

Nicely done!
Did all bar Dracozolt because it's fallen off considerably as a result of Zeraora's release and Pelipper because I don't feel Rotom-H will be your main win condition vs Water and many other Electric-type Pokemon can take it on. Relating Bisharp and Aegislash to Steel was something I felt like keeping so I reworded it. Thanks.

Would probably recommend HDB as a slashed item option behind Lefties, but otherwise this looks good; nice work

QC 1/2

Edit:
Harpp now being QC team; his check will be 1/2 and mine is now 2/2; this is GP ready

Decided to take Harpp's check for 1/2 since he joined QC almost immediately after and Havens's for 2/2. This is GP ready.
