Gen 3 rmt with odd pokemon

Banette (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Insomnia
EVs: 204 HP / 24 Atk / 56 Def / 224 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Knock Off
- Shadow Ball
- Skill Swap
- Will-O-Wisp

Screws absorbers namely Jolteon and Vaporeon, Curselax can't Rest the WoW off when it's Skill Swapped with Insomnia, Blissey doesn't like losing Natural Cure, but Banette likes getting it shrugging off T-wave/Toxic. Simply an awesome Pokemon and Knock Off is great support.

Vileplume (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 244 HP / 149 Def / 116 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Aromatherapy
- Leech Seed
- Sleep Powder
- Sludge Bomb

Heals the team, gives the necessary support and I'm debating between HP Grass and Sludge Bomb.

Blastoise (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 212 HP / 148 Def / 148 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
- Roar
- Surf

Spinner and walls Metagross, Aerodactyl and friends.

Nosepass (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Magnet Pull
EVs: 120 HP / 252 Atk / 136 SAtk
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Explosion
- Mimic
- Taunt
- Thunder

the lol factor, but it's so much fun to trap a Skarmory and Spike freely.

Piloswine (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Oblivious
EVs: 252 HP / 220 Atk / 38 SDef
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Rock Slide
- Substitute

the cool factor. If it gets a Sub up, good luck trying to wall it. Also likes taking T-wave Blissey and setting up the Sub with ease. The EVs seem a little too simple, so maybe so advice on that?

Hypno (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Insomnia
EVs: 228 HP / 46 Def / 236 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Seismic Toss
- Protect
- Thunder Wave
- Wish

Much needed special wall and T-wave support because my team is quite slow.

My Normal resists aren't really sturdy or fast enough, so things like Tauros and Slaking are painful. Swampert also creates problems, because Plume isn't packing HP Grass. Heracross also requires sacrifices, so I was thinking something over Nosepass.

I would start with Hypno providing more defense against Choice Bander (Protect is a great help). Maybe I'd use Cradily (Slide/Giga Drain/Recover/Toxic or EQ or HP Fire) over Vileplume as a more reliable Electric counter, normal resistor and Swampert counter, Toxic on Blastoise (and Haze > Roar since you have no Spikes support) is nice for Suicune but you lack the strong hitters to take him down while asleep. Nidoking over Nosepass would provide a Bug/Fighting/Rock resistance and can damage an asleep Suicune, but it suffers against Heracross in the long run and absolutely it isn't a T-tar counter.

Nidoking resists all of Heracross's attacks, unless they run Earthquake. You could possibly stick HP Flying on for a surprise kill. He also has lots of other cool moves (thunderbolt, ice beam, megahorn, earthquake, yadiya...)

The problem with putting Cradily > Vileplume is that I'd lose Aromatherapy, which will screw my team over and over. If I put Toxic on Blastoise, I'd lose Rapid Spin, which makes me absolutely vulnerable to Spikes. Also, Roar is for the cool factor if Nosepass would be able to trap a Skarm, or a non EQ Forry.

Nidoking > Nosepass would sound cool, but I still wouldn't have a sturdy Normal resist. I was thinking Solrock, but it provives no Shadow Ball resistance while Golem/Aggron have their problems as well.

Max'd HP before Def EVs like Obi suggested.

Rock Slide + Ice Beam is redundant. If you go with Ice Beam, consider HP Grass for Swampert, if you choose Rock Slide, HP Bug if you hate Celebi, or HP Flying for Heracrass.
