Gen 3 RMT standard!!! (out of the loop)

I've been out of the loop for a while so I might have made silly mistakes when making my team. Help plz!!!

Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 84 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Def / 136 Spd / 20 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rock Slide

Better EV spread?

Weezing (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 SAtk
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Haze
- Pain Split
- Thunder
- Will-O-Wisp
Thunder is there for skarmory. If skarmory is not dead, this team is not winning. Also nice to hit gyarado's with it too. >=)

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Def / 44 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Ice Beam
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled
:)

Heracross (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Focus Punch
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide
- Sleep Talk
Better EVs?

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Def / 96 SAtk / 64 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Rest
Better EVs?

Magneton @ Leftovers
Trait: Magnet Pull
EVs: 144 HP / 112 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt
- Toxic
toxic over twave for longer battles

Any glaring weaknesses?

I played a lot of matches today. I noticed that I have trouble taking normal attacks. Gengar gives me problems too. Any tips to help me fix these defects?

Salamence (M) @ Leftovers

EVs: 84 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Def / 136 Spd / 20 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance

You don't exactly need that much Attack. I am usually satisfied with around ~386 Attack. You will want more HP. Those 16 Defense/20 SDef EVs are not going to help at all. Move them to HP. With HP EVs, you can take on Heracross with ease. The moves are pretty standard.

Weezing (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 SAtk
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Haze
- Pain Split
- Thunder
- Will-O-Wisp

You said you are having trouble taking Normal attacks. With Salamence (and its added HP), your team handles Heracross and fighters rather well. You can replace it with a Skarmory of your own.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Def / 44 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Ice Beam
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled
:)
I like more SAtk, but eh, most people run the EVs you are running. Not that anyone uses Soundproof pokemon, but still, use Aromatherapy over Heal Bell just in case.

Heracross (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Focus Punch
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide
- Sleep Talk

Consider Brick Break over Sleep Talk. Helps killing last pokemon Curselax and whatnot.

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Def / 96 SAtk / 64 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Rest

You will want a bit more defense evs. Go with around 236 SAtk to ohko cbmence with Ice Beam. Curse is sort of bland on Swampert these days, with Celebi, Zapdos around. You will be better off with Hydro Pump over Curse, and Protect over Rest, as a sleeping Swampert without Sleep Talk calls for Tyranitar wreckage.

Magneton @ Leftovers
Trait: Magnet Pull
EVs: 144 HP / 112 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt
- Toxic

Your EVs sort of suck, tbh. It seems that you are OVER-DETERMINED to kill skarmory. Magneton's thunderbolt's enough. 222 speed and around 330 SAtk is more than enough. You will want more HP, imo.

Any glaring weaknesses?
At the moment you can't beat a Calm Mind Jirachi or calm mind suicune. I suggest going with Rest Stalk Magneton (helps against Gengars as well, with good evs) and rest stalk skarmory (if you are willing to use), and going with a Regice over Blissey.

Problems with taking Normal-type attacks, and Gengar gives you problems, eh? I'd sneak a Metagross onto your team to help out with those issues.
