Rillaboom has solid stats all around and a signature move in Drum Beating, granting it a role as a one of 1v1's premier Leech Seed users. Drum Beating, which receives STAB, allows Rillaboom to apply offensive pressure to Pokemon weak to it such as Tyranitar, Milotic, and Primarina and with its speed drop, beat Pokemon like Mimikyu and Sawk. Leech Seed deals residual damage to opponents while healing Rillaboom and is the win condition of this set in most matchups. The combination of Substitute, Protect, Leftovers, and Leech Seed allows Rillaboom to avoid taking damage provided that it outspeeds the opponent and has already used Leech Seed giving an easy stall. In the absence of Protect, Substitute functions similarly but less efficiently as it loses to Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Sawk and Dracozolt. Protect is also useful to scout for Trick coming from Pokemon like Grimmsnarl, recharge moves from slower Pokemon like Necrozma, and Golisopod's First Impression. Taunt is an option that allows Rillaboom to beat non-Mental Herb Crustle, Rest Galarian Corsola, Mandibuzz, Dubwool, Pressure Corviknight, and with an alternative Speed investment of 112 EVs (reducing Special Defense investment in the process), Mirror Armor Corviknight without a Speed-boosting nature. The provided HP and Defense with an Impish nature allow Rillaboom to survive a Life Orb Leech Life from Golisopod and outspeed Mimikyu after using Drum Beating. The remaining EVs are placed into Special Defense to improve matchups against Pokemon like Galarian Weezing and Choice Scarf Hydreigon. An alternative EV spread of 248 HP, 52 Defense, 176 Special Defense, and 32 Speed with a Careful nature, which survives Mimikyu's +2 Shadow Sneak after using Substitute 3 times and outspeeds it after using Drum Beating, can be used to solidify matchups against the aforementioned special attackers.

Rillaboom struggles against the harder hitting Pokemon in 1v1 such as Galarian Darmanitan, Dragapult, Sylveon, and Choice Band Haxorus so it pairs well with Pokemon that can take them on like Milotic, Galarian Weezing, and Arcanine. In return, Rillaboom takes on stall users and breakers alike including Galarian Corsola, Excadrill, and Gastrodon. Against Pokemon under base 97 base Speed which outspeed Rillaboom, Drum Beating should usually be used first in order to outspeed on the following turns. Against other Pokemon, use Leech Seed first. Against Mimikyu, use Drum Beating turn 1. If Mimikyu uses Swords Dance, use Substitute 3 times followed by Drum Beating to KO it after Life Orb recoil. If it uses any other move but Substitute, use Leech Seed.

Rillaboom has solid stats all around and a signature move in Drum Beating, granting it a role as a one of 1v1's premier Leech Seed users. Drum Beating, which receives STAB, allows Rillaboom to apply offensive pressure to Pokemon weak to it such as Tyranitar and Milotic and with its speed drop, beat Pokemon like Mimikyu and Choice Band Sawk. Leech Seed deals residual damage to opponents while healing Rillaboom and is the win condition of this set in most matchups. The combination of Substitute, Protect, Leftovers, and Leech Seed allows Rillaboom to avoid taking damage being hit entirely provided that it outspeeds the opponent and has already used Leech Seed giving an easy stall. In the absence of Protect, Substitute functions similarly but less efficiently give examples of Matchups this matters in. Protect is also useful to scout for Trick coming from Pokemon like Grimmsnarl and Golisopod's First Impression. Taunt is an option that allows Rillaboom to beat non-Mental Herb Crustle, Rest Galarian Corsola, Mandibuzz, Dubwool, Pressure Corviknight, and with an alternative Speed investment of 112 EVs this is a speed creep :( (reducing Special Defense investment in the process), Mirror Armor Corviknight. An alternative EV spread of 248 HP, 52 Defense, 176 Special Defense, and 32 Speed with a Careful nature what’s the tangible difference between this and the main spread?, which survives Mimikyu's +2 Shadow Sneak after using Substitute 3 times and outspeeds it after using Drum Beating, can be used to solidify matchups against the aforementioned special attackers.

Rillaboom struggles against the harder hitting Pokemon in 1v1 such as Galarian Darmanitan, Dragapult, Sylveon, and Choice Band Haxorus so it pairs well with Pokemon that can take them on like Milotic, Galarian Weezing, and designate set here (band has a better matchup than stall against that list) Arcanine. In return, Rillaboom takes on stall users and breakers alike including Galarian Corsola, Excadrill, and Gastrodon. Against Pokemon under base 97 Base Speed this is worded poorly, because it also includes stuff slower than Rillaboom, so maybe give examples of stuff in this speed tier that you DB against, Drum Beating should usually be used first in order to outspeed on the following turns. Against other Pokemon, use Leech Seed first. Against Mimikyu, use Drum Beating turn 1. If Mimikyu uses Swords Dance, use Substitute 3 times followed by Drum Beating to KO it after Life Orb recoil. Does Sneak at +2 not pop you? because it breaks your sub second, meaning that you aren’t behind a sub on the last turn. If it uses any other move but Substitute, use Leech Seed.

Banned deucer.
looks good enough for a 2/2 tbh, you obviously put a lot of effort into this analysis.
