Regieleki is fresh off of a win in one of the biggest VGC tournaments so far, the Smogon Major. As the fastest Pokemon in the game, Regieleki has no trouble easily outspeeding the likes of Spectrier and Cinderace and threatening them with either huge damage or Electroweb to drop their Speed. Rising Voltage gives Regieleki a 140 Base Power Max Lightning, letting it shred through Tapu Fini, Galarian Moltres, and Celesteela. Hyper Beam offers Regieleki Max Strike, giving it a way to hit common Ground-types in the format such as Landorus-T and Garchomp, as well as dropping the opposing Pokemon's Speed. The Defense EVs allow Regieleki to survive a Grassy Glide from Miracle Seed Rillaboom; a Modest nature is used to secure KOs on bulky Dynamax threats such as Metagross and Regirock after a Helping Hand boost.
