EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD or 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD

- U-turn
- Ice Beam / Energy Ball

RegenVest Manaphy's good natural bulk and bevy of utility moves let it serve as a great blanket special switch-in and bring in teammates with a slow U-turn. Scald's burn chance looms over physical attackers looking to advantage of Manaphy's lower physical bulk. Knock Off is used to remove key items like Heavy-Duty Boots and Assault Vest from potential switch-ins like Swampert, Corviknight, and Desolate Land Gouging Fire. Ice Beam dissuades Roaring Moon and Dragonite from setting up on Manaphy. Energy Ball is optionally usable to hit Swampert and opposing Manaphy. Manaphy is excellent at switching into attacks from Heatran, Gholdengo, and Walking Wake, utilizing a slow U-turn to bring in strong but frail wallbreakers like Chien-Pao and Iron Boulder. Great Tusk is a good partner, being immune to the Electric-type attacks Manaphy is weak to, doubling as a top tier entry hazard remover, switching into Knock Off attempts from the likes of Roaring Moon and Mandibuzz. Manaphy should be aware of Knock Off, as it is heavily reliant on Assault Vest to provide defensive value. Manaphy can be overwhelmed by teams with multiple special wallbreakers like Deoxys-S, Hisuian Electrode, Azelf, and Walking Wake, so it should be run either with a secondary special wall or on more offensive teams that limit opposing wallbreakers. Investing in Defense is also an option, allowing Manaphy to switch into threats like Chien-Pao, Barraskewda, and Cinderace and pivot out while using Assault Vest to function as a mixed wall.

With excellent natural bulk, RegenVest Manaphy is able to take that to extreme heights, capable of taking nearly any Neutral somewhat misleading since this implies that it can comfortably take stuff like +2 thundy tbolt Special Attack and utilising U-Turn to bring in teammates. Scald is Manaphy's most spammable move, with the opportunity of burn looming over physical attackers looking to advantage of Manaphys lower physical bulk. Knock Off is used as a tool to for Manaphy to generate value, in spite of its low offensive output, removing key items like Heavy Duty Boots or Assault Vest from potential switch ins like... . Ice Beam hits meta threats Great Tusk, Roaring Moon, Zapdos and Dragonite these picks are weird since tusk and (primsea) zapdos are hit harder by scald, you could say it dissuades dragons like moon and dnite from using it as setup fodder for super effective damage. Energy Ball is optionally usable to hit Swampert or an opposing Manaphy. Manaphy is excellent at switching into attacks from Heatran, Gholdengo, and Walking Wake, utilising a slow U-Turn to then bring in strong breakers. Great Tusk is a good partner, being immune to the Electric attacks Manaphy is weak to and doubling as a top tier hazard remover, while also switching into Knock Off attempts from the likes of Roaring Moon and Mandibuzz. RegenVest Manaphy covers Great Tusks Special Defence weakness also. Manaphy should be aware of opposing Knock Off as it is heavily reliant on Assault Vest to provide defensive value. Manaphy can be overwhelmed by multiple special wallbreakers like..., so it should either be run with a secondary special wall or on more offensive teams that limit opposing wallbreakers. mention the difference in role that physdef plays somewhere, being able to switch into threats like Pao, Barraskewda, and Cinderace and pivot out while using AV to function as a mixed wall
Pretty good for your first AAA analysis, would like to check back to see what you've implemented so please ping me here once you're done implementing!

e: UT doesn't like Take Heart and knock being optional so ignore that part
