Iron Hands's great natural bulk and typing let it serve as a potent mixed wall and pivot, checking and scouting common threats like Gholdengo, Iron Moth, Chien-Pao, and Dragonite. Drain Punch provides a drawback-free STAB move with recovery, while Close Combat grants more immediate power, being able to 2HKO Swampert. Earthquake allows Iron Hands to threaten offensive wallbreakers like Gengar, Iron Moth, and Gholdengo, while Ice Punch can help to hit Ground-types like Great Tusk that can block Volt Switch and Flying-types like Zapdos and Dragonite. Iron Hands struggles with strong Psychic- and Fairy-type wallbreakers like Azelf and Primarina, so it appreciates partners like Empoleon and Mandibuzz that can help with these matchups. Iron Hands dislikes common defensive Ground-types like Great Tusk and Swampert that can block its attempt to pivot with Volt Switch, and it can struggle against particularly strong physical wallbreakers like Choice Band Galarian Zapdos, so it partners well with walls that can handle them like Corviknight and Deoxys-D. Frail offensive wallbreakers like Chien-Pao and Azelf appreciate Iron Hands's ability to safely pivot them onto the field and wall revenge killers like Choice Scarf Walking Wake and Roaring Moon.

Iron Hand's great natural bulk and typing lets it serve as a potent mixed wall and pivot, with an Assault Vest it serves as a solid specially defensive wall to common threats like Gholdengo, Iron Moth and Gengar while leveraging its large natural physical bulk to scout and check threats like Kingambit, Chien-Pao and Dragonite. While Hands is fine to switch in on Gambit, it doesn't exactly check band crash Chien-Pao and EQ Dragonite. Earthquake allows Iron Hands to threaten offensive breakers like Gengar, Iron Moth and Gholdengo while Ice Punch can help to hit Ground-types like Great Tusk that can block Volt Switch this feels like dex info and Flying-types like Zapdos and Dragonite. Iron Hand struggles with strong Psychic and Fairy-type breakers like Azelf and Primarina and so appreciates partners like Empoleon and Mandibuzz that can help with these matchups. Iron Hands dislikes common defensive Ground-types like Great Tusk and Swampert that can block its attempt to pivot with Volt Switch and can struggle into particularly strong physical breakers like Choice Band Zapdos-Galar it can't switch in to CB Gapdos, but it still lives a Brave Bird and can just click Volt Switch, you might need to specify this or remove this so partners well with walls that can handle them like Corviknight and Deoxys-Defense. Frail offensive breakers like Choice Band Chien-Pao and Azelf appreciate Iron Hands ability to safely pivot them onto the field and wall revenge killers. You should probably list a few revenge killers.

I would add a sentence about it taking up the regen slot, making it harder to build defensive cores with, so it's best suited on more offensive teams or with a stout wall like Deo or Blissey

Implemented most changes, didn't implement last sentence as I'm not sure if it's entirely true as it's just another RegenVest option like switching from Swampert to Meloetta or Manaphy which I don't believe mention this issue and I think this is only true for stuff like Physdef Regen (or particularly awkward RegenVests like Jirachi but I don't think it applies to Hands). Kept Dragonite and CPao mentions as it can "check" them in the most technical sense (win in a 1v1) and also scout them quite well (+ DNite it just threatens to OHKO with IPunch and eats a +1 EQ).

Frail offensive breakers like Choice Band CB Pao should be the standard, it also makes it sound like Azelf runs CB Chien-Pao and Azelf appreciate Iron Hands ability to safely pivot them onto the field and wall revenge killers like Choice Scarf Walking Wake and Roaring Moon.
