RU Porygon-Z pseudo

[OVERVIEW]
Although Porygon-Z has the offensive capacity to function decently in RU, it provides very little else compared to its competition, which makes it difficult to justify on a team. In terms of pure wallbreaking power, it is outclassed by Indeedee and Toxtricity, while boosting sets are too frail to reliably set up. Choice Scarf sets face competition from the myriad of revenge killing options in the tier such as Choice Scarf Flygon, Golisopod, and Choice Scarf Gardevoir, all of which provide significantly more utility and defensive presence to a team. Furthermore, the ubiquity of Ghost- and Steel-types in the tier forces it to rely on prediction and makes it unable to take advantage of its greatest strength in Adaptability-boosted Tri Attack.

[SET]
name: Choice Scarf
move 1: Tri Attack
move 2: Shadow Ball
move 3: Trick / Teleport
move 4: Ice Beam / Thunderbolt
item: Choice Scarf
ability: Adaptability
nature: Timid
evs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Porygon-Z's Adaptability-boosted Tri Attack makes it an adequate revenge killer and cleaner, and it can make progress against both offensive and defensive teams through its coverage moves or Trick. However, it offers no defensive utility at all and cannot switch into most attacks, requiring significant team support to consider using over other revenge killers like Flygon.

(explains why that's its greatest strength).

(maybe talk about how the lack of bulk makes it impossible to pull off an Agility set? people might wonder why it can't do that. up to u tho)
