Polteageist is one of the few Pokemon that has access to Shell Smash. Once set up, its passable Speed is boosted to obscene levels alongside its huge Special Attack stat, making it a decent cleaner in the late-game. However, Polteageist is severely held back by the presence of Dark-types that prevent it from pulling off a sweep, such as Mandibuzz and Hydreigon. Polteageist, with its low HP stat makes use of Giga Drain reasonably well to quickly heal itself in a pinch while also being necessary to beat Tyranitar and Crawdaunt. Stored Power finishes off its coverage by defeating Toxapex. Focus Sash guarantees Polteageist gets a Shell Smash boost as long as hazards are removed beforehand. Both of Polteageist's abilities only function in circumstantial situations, but they have their uses. Weak Armor raises Polteageist's Speed even further upon taking damage while also increasing the Base Power of Stored Power. Cursed Body, on the other hand, has the potential to deny priority moves that the opponent initiates with in an effort to revenge kill Polteageist. A Timid nature is to ensure that Polteageist outspeeds an Adamant Barraskewda in the rain after Shell Smash and Weak Armor boosts, but Modest is also recognizable for the extra Special Attack increase.

Polteageist is a simple fit on hyper offense teams to clean up opponents in the late-game. Polteageist typically is used alongside dual screens support to ease setting up. Grimmsnarl is an applicable screen setter that also checks Hydreigon. Excadrill is a reliable hazard setter/remover and wallbreaker that defeats Tyranitar and Grimmsnarl. Other wallbreakers like Gyarados and Hawlucha can make quick work of defensive cores via Dynamax, softening them up for Polteageist to end the game. Hawlucha has the added benefit of pressuring Dark-types for Polteageist as well.

Focus Sash should be the sole item because Polteageist will barely manage to set up otherwise.

Polteageist is one of the few Pokemon that has access to Shell Smash. Its passable Speed is boosted to obscene levels alongside its huge Special Attack stat, making it an insane decent cleaner in the late-game. It's not insane, or anywhere near that level really. You should add a sentence here to point out that Polteageist has absolutely no way to deal with two of the most common Dark-types in Hydreigon and Mandibuzz, and is significantly held back by that. Polteageist makes use of Giga Drain reasonably well with its low Health stat to quickly heal itself in a pinch while being necessary to beat Tyranitar and Crawdaunt. Stored Power finishes off its coverage by defeating Toxapex. White Herb is the preferred item on Polteageist to remove any debuffs accumalted from Shell Smash that priority can punish. Focus Sash is also usable for Polteageist to assure it uses a Shell Smash all the while making it safer to set up. Make sure to change this sentence in accordance to the changes to the main set. Weak Armor is for possible scenarios that let Polteageist power its Speed even further and boosting Stored Power but Cursed Body is also feasible to lock the opposing Pokemon out of any attacks that threaten Polteageist. I don't think this sentence explains either of the abilities very well.

Polteageist is a simple fit on Hyper Offense to clean up teams in the late-game. Polteageist typically is used aongside Screens Support to ease setting up. Grimmsnarl is an applicable Screens setter that also checks Hydreigon. Excadrill is an easy hazard setter/remover and wallbreaker that defeats Tyranitar and Grimmsnarl. Other wallbreakers like Gyarados and Hawlucha can make quick work of defensive cores via Dynamax and soften them up for Polteageist to end the game. Hawlucha is particularly notable because it is very good at taking advantage of Dark-types. Finally, Galarian Darmanitan pivots in Polteageist with U-turn and revenge kills Hydreigon and Tyranitar while transposing pressure on the opponent through its highly powerful moves.

Polteageist is one of the few Pokemon that has access to Shell Smash. Once set up, its passable Speed is boosted to obscene levels alongside its huge Special Attack stat, making it a decent cleaner in the late-game. However, Polteageist is severely held back however by the presence of Dark-types like Mandibuzz and Hydreigon that prevent it from pulling off a sweep(add comma) such as Mandibuzz and Hydreigon. (for clarity, you wanna provide the reason that Dark-types hold it back before providing the specific examples) Polteageist(add comma) with its low HP stat, makes use of Giga Drain reasonably well with its low Health stat to quickly heal itself in a pinch while also being necessary to beat Tyranitar and Crawdaunt. Stored Power finishes off its coverage(add space)by defeating Toxapex. Focus Sash guarantees Polteageist gets a Shell Smash boost as long as hazards are removed beforehand. Both of Polteageist's abilities only function in circumstantial situations(add comma) but they have their uses. Weak Armor raises Polteageist's Speed even further upon taking damage before boosting while also increasing the Base Power of Stored Power. Cursed Body(add comma) on the other hand(add comma) has the potential to deny priority moves that the opponent initiates with in an effort to revenge kill Polteageist. (I'm a little confused here: you're saying that Cursed Body could potentially disable a priority move used vs a 100% HP Polteageist, which then stops it from being used again after the Focus Sash activates, correct? If so, the suggested changes are good. If not, tag or PM me so I can look at that sentence again bc I might be misunderstanding something and don't want to mislead you.) A Timid nature is to ensure that Polteageist outspeeds an Adamant Barraskewda in the rain after Shell Smash and Weak Armor boosts(add comma) but Modest is also recognizable for the extra Special Attack increase.

Polteageist is a simple fit on hyper offensive teams to clean up teams opponents in the late-game. (standards indicate playstyles like hyper offense shouldn't be capitalized so I think it makes more sense to refer to them as "hyper offensive teams" here) Polteageist typically is used alongside dual screens support to ease setting up. Grimmsnarl is an applicable screens setter that also checks Hydreigon. Excadrill is an easy a reliable hazard setter/remover and wallbreaker that defeats Tyranitar and Grimmsnarl. Other wallbreakers like Gyarados and Hawlucha can make quick work of defensive cores via Dynamax(add comma) and softening them up for Polteageist to end the game the latter of whom notably pressures Dark-types as well. Hawlucha has the added benefit of pressuring Dark-types for Polteageist as well.

Looks pretty good, just do me a favor and make sure I didn't misunderstand what you mean at the Cursed Body sentence. If everything looks okay there, this is GP 1/1.
